EMMA STARK'S TOILET EXPERIENCE

 (19) Tour of the Prophetic | Emma Stark & Ivan Roman - YouTube

Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world. (1 John 4:1)

I am reluctant to post anything more about Emma Stark and her deranged stories. Whether she just makes up stuff or whether her alleged encounters with Jesus and angelic beings are demonic I cannot say. In any event, this stupidity is NOT from the Lord.

In this particular video Emma claims to have been taken up to the throne room of heaven from the toilet. She also claims that Jesus has red shoes. (27:00 mark) I'm sorry but if you really do believe this nonsense then you are seriously deceived.

The book of Revelation gives a description of Jesus'appearance, and there is no mention of red shoes!

Then I turned to see the voice that was speaking to me, and on turning I saw seven golden lampstands, and in the midst of the lampstands one like a son of man, clothed with a long robe and with a golden sash around his chest. The hairs of his head were white, like white wool, like snow. His eyes were like a flame of fire, his feet were like burnished bronze, refined in a furnace, and his voice was like the roar of many waters. In his right hand he held seven stars, from his mouth came a sharp two-edged sword, and his face was like the sun shining in full strength. (Revelation 1:12-16).

DECEPTION IN THE NAR IDENTIFIED: MICHAEL BROWN + JOSEPH MATTERA

Dr Michael Brown and Joseph Mattera have recently produced a document identifying deception inside the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR). Incredibly, Brown has previously denied the existence of the NAR. He has been called out repeatedly as someone who facilitates and gives credibility to NAR false teachers and has been dubbed "the apostle of obfuscation". The document below seems definitive and appears to condemn various heretical NAR practices. However, Brown is someone who should be treated with extreme caution, even when he appears to say the right things. Mark and avoid those wolves who identify themselves as "apostolic". (Romans 16:17).

In light of the controversy surrounding the terms “New Apostolic Reformation” (NAR)
and “Christian Nationalism,” we are issuing this statement of clarification.1

WE AFFIRM the importance of Ephesians 4:11 ministries for the Church today and believe that such ministry functions have existed throughout Church history, even if not described in these exact terms.

WE AFFIRM that contemporary apostolic and prophetic ministries are important for the well-being and mission of the Church, just as evangelistic, pastoral, and teaching ministries are important.

  • By “apostolic,” we are referring to visionary leaders who are missional, fathering, and pioneering, such as church planters, networkers, or movement leaders, often marked by their focus on gospel expansion beyond one local region. Such leaders are identified by their function, whether or not they use the term apostolic and whether or not they are Pentecostal or charismatic.
  • By “prophetic,” we are referring to Church leaders who understand and declare the mind of God for specific times and seasons, helping the Lord’s people respond biblically. Such leaders are identified by their function, whether or not they use the term prophetic and whether or not they are Pentecostal or charismatic.

WE REJECT the belief that contemporary apostles carry the same authority as did the original Twelve Apostles.

WE REJECT the belief that contemporary prophets have the exact same function or carry the exact same authority as did Old Testament prophets.2

WE REJECT the belief that every church must be submitted to apostles and prophets to be in right order before the Lord.

WE FURTHER OPPOSE the possible abuse of ecclesial titles that manifests itself in self-proclaimed apostles and prophets claiming territorial authority over pastors in a community, city, or nation.

WE REJECT the belief that “new revelation” is essential for the life and growth of the Church or that contemporary apostles or prophets are the only ones privy to such “new revelation.”

WE AFFIRM the full sufficiency of Scripture for the health and mission of the Church.

WE AFFIRM that the spirit of true apostles and prophets should exemplify the attitude and lifestyle of Jesus (Philippians 2:4-12), coming alongside other church and workplace leaders to serve them, not replace them.

In short, WE DENY any affiliation with what is presently characterized as “NAR” in many circles of both Christian and secular press. We also believe that reports of an alleged conspiratorial, worldwide, dangerous “NAR” movement are highly exaggerated and misleading.

As for “Christian nationalism,” WE RECOGNIZE that for some, this simply refers to a healthy form of Christian patriotism, of loving God and loving one’s country. In that sense, the term is benign.

WE ALSO RECOGNIZE that some media outlets put the worst construction on our words, take us out of context, falsely associate us with dangerous, fringe groups, and unfairly malign us. For those who genuinely want to separate fact from fiction, we make these clarifying statements.

WE RECOGNIZE that America has a rich Christian heritage, despite its many historic failings, and that to the extent we have honored that heritage, the nation has been blessed. And we applaud those who encourage other Americans to pattern their lives after Christian principles that have helped bring God’s favor to our nation through the generations.

In addition, WE BELIEVE that nationalism is a biblical concept in the sense of nations having defined borders and identities, as mentioned by Paul in Acts 17 and by Moses in Deuteronomy 32. God sets national borders and governments and authority spheres for a purpose.

WE ALSO BELIEVE in the positive value of respecting national borders and national authority, in contrast with an international one-world government.

At the same time, WE REJECT as unbiblical the belief that America is a uniquely chosen nation, similar to Old Testament Israel being the chosen nation of God. (Although God has used the USA in various ways to bless the world with humanitarian aid and military support, and although the Church of America has sent out missionaries worldwide, in the New Testament, Jesus, as the King of kings and Lord of lords has a special assignment for every nation, tribe, kindred and tongue represented on the earth.)

WE ALSO RECOGNIZE that there is a dangerous and unhealthy form of “Christian nationalism,” one that speaks of a potential Christian uprising against the government or hints at the use of force to advance God’s kingdom.

WE CATEGORICALLY AND UNEQUIVOCALLY DENY any affiliation with or connection to that form of Christian nationalism.

Because WE BELIEVE that God made one human race expressed through different ethnicities and races, all of which deserve dignity and respect as His image bearers, WE REJECT all ideologies and movements claiming ethnic or racial superiority.

WE DENOUNCE calls to violent, armed resistance in the name of Christian nationalism or as an alleged means of advancing the cause of the gospel.

WE REJECT the triumphalist, top-down, take-over of society as part of a so-called “dominion mandate,” also noting that we do not know of any major Christian movement that espouses such a top-down, take-over mentality.

WE REJECT the merging of Christian identity and national identity, as if the Kingdom of God and our particular nation were one and the same.

In contrast, WE BELIEVE the biblical way to influence society is by living the cruciform life in which believers lay down their lives in the service of others, resulting in human flourishing for the glory of God. This can include Christ-like engagement in every sphere of society.

And WE DO BELIEVE that Christians have as much right as any other group to have their voices heard in the public square and to influence society, functioning as the salt of the earth and light of the world, and we encourage such activities as good citizens of our various nations and as part of our sacred calling.

WE BELIEVE that Christians should seek to make a positive impact on every aspect of society, including education and media, along with politics, and that by acting on gospel principles, whole nations can be changed.

WE BELIEVE that Christians should be politically informed, should exercise their right to vote, should hold elected officials accountable, and when called by God, should run for political offices themselves.

BUT WE SEE IT AS SPIRITUALLY DANGEROUS IF/WHEN…

  1. We wrap the gospel in the American flag (or any national or state flag).
  2. We equate our country with the Kingdom of God.
  3. We confuse patriotism with spirituality.
  4. We compromise our ethics to keep our party (or leader) in power.
  5. Our church/denomination/ministry becomes an appendage of a political party.
  6. We put more trust in earthly methods than in spiritual methods.
  7. We marry the cause of Christ to the cause of a political party (or leader) as if they were one and the same.
  8. We become as vulgar and rude as the candidates we follow.
  9. We look to the White House or any branch of government in any nation more than to God.
  10. We make a human being into a political savior.
  11. We equate loyalty to God (which should be unconditional) with loyalty to a party or political leader (which should be conditional).
  12. Our prayers and our prophecies become politically partisan.

FINALLY, WE CONCLUDE BY CONTRASTING THE KINGDOM OF GOD WITH EXTREME NATIONALISM:

  • The Kingdom of God prioritizes the advancement of the gospel. Extreme nationalism prioritizes the advancement of its ideology even at the expense of the gospel.
  • The Kingdom of God produces loyalty to Christ above all else. Extreme nationalism produces loyalty to one’s nation above all else.
  • The Kingdom of God raises the banner of Jesus above all else. Extreme nationalism raises the national flag above all else.
  • The Kingdom of God promotes the interests of God above the world. Extreme nationalism promotes the interests of one’s nation above the Kingdom.
  • The Kingdom of God views the world through a biblical lens. Extreme nationalism views the world solely through a geopolitical lens.
  • The Kingdom of God is dependent upon neither an earthly kingdom nor an earthly ruler but upon Jesus as the King of kings (Revelation 19:16). Extreme nationalism is dependent upon both the ideology of an earthly nation and its ruler.
  • Followers of the Kingdom of God are passionate about a Christ-centered global awakening. Adherents of extreme nationalism are focused primarily on a political/ideological awakening.
  • Christ-followers are primarily identified with the Kingdom of God. Extreme nationalists derive their primary identity from their nation.
  • Christ-followers derive their primary value from being children of their heavenly Father (Romans 8:14-17). Extreme nationalists derive their primary value from being citizens of their country.

May the Church put God’s Kingdom and His righteousness first so that He can trust true believers, who genuinely represent His heart, to be the salt of the earth and the light of the world.

1. By “NAR” we are referring to a phrase coined by several leaders in recent years to describe what they perceive as a new church reformation led by apostolic leaders. Because “NAR” means different things to different people, both positive and negative, we wanted to clarify what we do believe and distance ourselves from what we do not believe.

IN SUPPORT OF MIKE WINGER

Mike Winger posted this video last night and I want to show support for him. I regard Bill Johnson and Kris Vallotton (Bethel Church Redding) as very dangerous false teachers. I thought that Mike was too soft on them in his original video, but I understand that he seeks to show grace to everyone. It is difficult to find the right balance, but I sometimes think that Mike could be tougher on false teachers. The Wingnut did not do his homework, but this is fairly typical of those suffering from blind devotion to John MacArthur.

Update

This apology from Tim has done a lot to put matters right and I do applaud him for his apology and humility. As far as I am aware, it is unknown for any of MacArthur's sycophants to redress their wrongdoings. I will never agree with Calvinism, but I have warmed to Tim somewhat. This video does address the weaknesses in Mike Winger's teaching in a much more balanced way.

EMMA STARK: JUNE 2022 FALSE PROPHETIC WORD

“Houses of Worship” Prophetic Word – Emma Stark – Global Prophetic Alliance (propheticscots.com)

(3) Watch | Facebook

But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be under a curse! As we have said before, so now I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be under a curse! (Galatians 1:8-9).

The New Apostolic Reformation (NAR)

The NAR is a toxic movement that is based on unbiblical dominionist theology. Their eschatology necessitates that in order for the Lord to return, the church will become all-powerful on the earth. This stands in stark contradiction to the scriptural description of the end times. (Matthew 24:9-12; Luke 18:8). A critical part of NAR strategy is the claim that God is restoring the alleged "lost offices" of "apostles and prophets" to church governance. These modern "apostles and prophets" seek to impose another foundation that is at variance with the original foundation laid by Jesus Christ and His chosen apostles. (Ephesians 2:20). The NAR does not claim a continuation of the gifts of the Spirit as is implied in the New Testament, rather they claim restoration of the gifts. It is a gross error to assume that a prophet, or someone who prophesies, necessarily holds a position of authority within the church. Paul refers to prophecy as a gift, not an office. (1 Corinthians 12:10, 14:1; Romans 12: 6 cf. Acts 13:1). Interestingly the Old Testament prophets stood outside the hierarchical system of governance. (Jeremiah 1:6-7; Amos 1:1 etc.)  Three distinct criteria for the office of "apostle" are defined in the New Testament: An apostle must have been an eyewitness to the post-resurrection appearances of Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 9:1); he was chosen by the Holy Spirit (Acts 9:15); and he ministered miraculous signs and wonders (Acts 2:43; 2 Corinthians 12:12). NAR leaders are a dishonest hierarchy of imposters who distort the scriptures and who seek to dislodge believers from the true foundation of Jesus Christ and the teaching of His authentic apostles. These imposters are referred to by Peter as those who bring the gospel into disrepute.. "blots and blemishes.. with hearts trained in greed". (2 Peter 2:2, 13-14).

But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction. And many will follow their sensuality, and because of them the way of truth will be blasphemed. And in their greed they will exploit you with false words. Their condemnation from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep. (2 Peter 2:1-3).

The NAR movement puts an unbalanced emphasis on supernatural manifestations and extra-biblical revelation, putting an experiential relationship with God above the scriptures. These people always want to conjure up something in the present (examples include fire tunnels, fake glory clouds, gold dust and feathers). The scriptures are depreciated at the expense of extra-biblical spiritual experiences where spiritual discernment is abandoned and reason is suspended. The never-ending cycle of first-person "prophecies" and "the next move of God" that fail to materialize necessitates ever-increasing ramped-up dramatic proclamations and strategies in order to perpetuate the dubious agenda of these wolves.

New versus old wineskins

The Introductory Notes to Emma Stark's latest "prophetic word" contains a number of concerning statements. Emma Stark urges people not to sow money into places that are "old wineskins".

Emma Stark: "Finally, at the end, when Emma is commenting on the word she has given, she urges us to not sow into places that are old wineskins or partnered with the political spirit.. Please continue to support those faithful Levites who have prayed without ceasing for you, your family, your city and your nation!"

Neither is new wine put into old wineskins. If it is, the skins burst and the wine is spilled and the skins are destroyed. But new wine is put into fresh wineskins, and so both are preserved.” (Matthew 9:17 cf. Matthew 9:16-17; Luke 5:36).

The consensus amongst bible scholars is that the old wine, the old wineskins, and the old garment are symbols of Judaism and the Mosaic Law, whereas the new wine and the new garment are symbols of Christianity and grace. When Emma Stark and Simon Braker refer to "old wineskins" they refer to orthodox Christianity which they have rejected. According to the NAR, the "old wineskins" are churches that do not recognize the authority of self-appointed "prophets and apostles". These offices were originally promoted by archdeceiver C Peter Wagner, the founder of the NAR who anointed himself "Presiding Apostle". NAR "apostles and prophets" and their “new wineskin” churches are at odds with the biblical model of church governance. There is no example of a church in the New Testament that gives a single individual authority over a church or a group of churches. Paul and Barnabus appointed elders in every town. (Acts 14:23; Acts 15:6; Titus 1:5). Elders (overseers) held overall responsibility for the oversight of New Testament churches, not prophets, and certainly not fictitious "apostles". The "new wineskin" model turns the scriptural model of the church on its head and gives authority to usurpers who can say anything they like without being held accountable. (1 John 4:1).

Diotrephes is an example of presumptuous individuals who reject the authority of the bona fide apostles:

I have written something to the church, but Diotrephes, who likes to put himself first, does not acknowledge our authority. So if I come, I will bring up what he is doing, talking wicked nonsense against us. And not content with that, he refuses to welcome the brothers, and also stops those who want to and puts them out of the church. (3 John 1:9-10).

Emma Stark compounds her error by referring to a new elite class of believers.. an international coalition of Levites.

Emma Stark: "And the Spirit of the Lord says, 'I am lassoing into place an international coalition of Levites who [will be] in every continent [so that] there will be houses of worship where I can sit.."

The Levitical priesthood is an Old Testament model. The priests of Israel were a separate group of men from within the tribe of the Levites who had responsibility for various aspects of tabernacle or temple worship. There is no elite group or special priestly class of believers within the New Testament church. The New Testament describes the priesthood of all believers

But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light" (1 Peter 2:5-9).

Emma Stark: For I want to be Emmanuel, the God who is with my people... ..there will be houses of worship where I can sit.."

The name Emmanuel (Immanuel) is a name for Jesus which appears four times in the scriptures. (Isaiah 7:14, 8:8,10). Immanuel is found only once in the New Testament: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall call his name Immanuel” (which means, God with us). (Matthew 1:22-23). These interlinked prophecies were fulfilled by the physical birth of Jesus Christ. There is no sense in which God wants to be Immanuel, Jesus already is Immanuel (God with us). God sits on his holy throne in heaven. (Psalm 27:8 Isaiah 40:22). There is no scriptural evidence to suppose that God wants to "sit" anywhere on the earth at the present time. God is present amongst true believers by His Spirit: For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.” (Matthew 18:20 cf. Matthew 28:20).

Worship Apostles?

Emma Stark: And I will put worship apostles back in the earth”, says the Lord. “It is the anointing of the ‘apostles of worship’..   You're going to have strategies of sound. You’re going to have building grace, because apostles have building grace. You're going to know what it is to build ‘sound mountains’ - ‘worship sound mountains’ in the earth. I don’t even know what that is but the Lord says that there are going to be ‘worship sound mountains’ in the earth that rise above all the other mountains. And the sound that comes from apostolic worship leaders will be a sign that many will flock to - to find Jesus.

Jesus charged the apostles with the "great commission". They were called to preach the gospel verbally and to make disciples of all nations. (Matthew 28:18-29; John 17:18). The specific instructions given to the apostles bears no resemblance to "sound mountains".

..go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey all that I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:19-20 cf. Acts 1:8).

Now, brothers, I want to remind you of the gospel I preached to you, which you received, and in which you stand firm. By this gospel you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you. Otherwise, you have believed in vain. For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that He was buried, that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, and that He appeared to Cephas and then to the Twelve. After that, He appeared to more than five hundred brothers at once, most of whom are still living, though some have fallen asleep. Then He appeared to James, then to all the apostles. And last of all He appeared to me also, as to one of untimely birth.1 Corinthians 15:1-8)

Emma Stark's intention to set up "sound mountains" stands in contradiction to the biblical concept of ekklĂ©sia. Churches (ekklĂ©sias) are found in the scriptures, not "worship sound mountains" or "strategies of sound". Ekklesia predominantly applies to the local assembly of believers who profess faith in, and allegiance to, Jesus Christ. The idea of exclusive worship centres based on "sound"  is alien to the varieties of gifts and activities found in the New Testament Church. (1 Corinthians 12:4-11).

..in vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men. (Matthew 15:9).

God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.” (John 4:24).

Emma Stark appears to backtrack in her Introductory Notes and I wonder if there has been an adverse reaction from competing NAR "houses of prayer" such as IHOP.

Emma and David Stark: "So, for clarity: this word is NOT about not praying or in any way demeaning the importance of prayer and those places that are specifically called to pray. The focus of the word is very clearly on something else - houses of worship - and the new wine structures where, as the word goes on to say,  …from that place will come the words, the healings, the miracles, the deliverances, the community transformation. It is from the house of worship that I will birth the next move of what I am doing in the earth… Prayer will be fundamental in this, of course!"

Emma Stark: "The day of God's glory weight   --  3 Psalm 22:3 'Yet you are holy, you who are enthroned upon the praises of Israel.'  Some translations of the Bible have this as God inhabiting or dwelling in the praises of Israel, His people. For clarity - yes, God already has a throne - Heaven is His throne and the earth His footstool (Is.66:1) The Son is already on the throne, seated at the right hand of the Father. His throne is eternal (see Ps 45:6; Heb 1:8; Ps 2:6; Lam 5:19 etc). This word is a strategy for hosting His glory in the midst of our gatherings"

Emma Stark's current "prophetic word" is much the same as her previous "words". It is experience based and calls for a new thing that THEY have to establish rather than what God has already established.

Emma Stark: “Kanye West is a small first fruit”. I assume she means things like Kayne West's appearance with Justin Beiber and Satanist Marilyn Manson at his creepy Haloween Sunday Service in 2021 in front of a watching world! {1}

JOEL RICHARDSON: IDENTIFICATIONAL REPENTANCE IS A FALSE TEACHING

(33) Daniel's Four Visions: Chapter 9 - YouTube

Identificational Repentance

Identificational repentance is the technical term for repentance on behalf of others. This false teaching was introduced via the neo-charismatic Third Wave Movement and forms part of the intercessory warfare model of false NAR teachers. False "apostle" C Peter Wagner alleged that "identificational repentance" was one of the "ten Major Prayer Innovations of the 1990s".

Alleged 10 Major Prayer Innovations of the 1990s
  1. Strategic-level spiritual warfare. The idea of taking authority over high-ranking principalities and powers assigned by Satan to keep social networks of various kinds in spiritual darkness was the focus of the Spiritual Warfare Network starting in 1990. Key authors included Cindy Jacobs, Dick Eastman, and C. Peter Wagner.
  2. Identificational repentance. The body of Christ began to learn that it is possible to heal the wounds of the past through identificational repentance and thus to weaken strongholds that Satan has built. The key author was John Dawson.
  3. Prayer evangelism. Prayer has ordinarily been an add-on to evangelism, but now we know that prayer itself, when intelligently strategized and focused, can be a direct force for winning people to Christ. The key author was Ed Silvoso.
  4. Personal intercession for leaders. For pastors and other Christian leaders, identifying and relating positively to personal intercessors can mean the difference between success and failure in ministry. Key authors included John Maxwell, Terry Teykl, and C. Peter Wagner.
  5. Two-way prayer. Prayer is not just speaking to God, but also hearing directly from Him. Derivatives of this include prophecy, the office of prophet, and prophetic intercession. Key authors included Cindy Jacobs and Chuck Pierce.
  6. On-site praying. Prayer began to move out of the church and into the community through praise marches, prayer expeditions, prayer journeys, and prayerwalking. Key authors included Graham Kendrick, Steve Hawthorne and C. Peter Wagner.
  7. City transformation. Through prayer, the kingdom of God can move out of the church and penetrate all levels of society, thereby transforming cities and other territories. Key authors included George Otis, Jr., Ed Silvoso, John Dawson, and C. Peter Wagner.
  8. The AD2000 United Prayer Track. A vehicle for mobilizing prayer for the lost at a level never before seen in church history. Key authors included Luis Bush, Beverly Pegues, and Dick Eastman.
  9. Commitment to the land. Spiritual authority of pastors and other leaders increases proportionately to their commitment to the territory in which God has placed them. The key author was Bob Beckett.
  10. Spiritual mapping. Spirit-guided research can help target our prayers and produce informed, and thus more effective, intercession. The key author was George Otis, Jr. {1}

Biblical repentance necessitates a deep awareness of the wickedness of personal sin and turning away from it. Repentance involves sorrow, contrition, confession, faith, and obedience to God's revealed will. In the Old Testament, every individual was responsible to turn from his evil way. (Jeremiah 18:11; 26:3, 36:3; Leviticus 5:5; 26:40-42; Ezekiel 14:4-6, 18:30, 33:11). In the New Testament, the key term for repentance is metanoia. The call to repent was addressed to every person who heard the message of the gospel. And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. (Acts 2:38 cf. Matthew 7:24-26).

Given the scriptural directives above, it is not possible for anyone to repent for sins they have not personally committed. It is likely that we will suffer the damaging effects caused by the sins of our ancestors or our contemporaries and we should not ignore/deny them. Nevertheless, it was/is the responsibility of the individuals committing those sins to repent, not ours

The rationale for identificational repentance is rooted in Old Testament passages such as Daniel 9:1-15 and Nehemiah 1:5-7. Richardson bases his argument on the premise that an individual can identify with, confess and repent for the corporate sins of a particular group he/she identifies with, even though he/she has not committed those sins. This teaching is highly problematic because it re-connects believers to secular groups that are not redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ. Israel was chosen out of all the nations to be His treasured possession (Deuteronomy 14:2). Today God calls people out of the world to repent individually. God does not call believers to re-identify with secular groups belonging to the world. (2 Corinthians 6:17). The realm of the world is under the influence of the god of this age/the prince of this world. (2 Corinthians 4:4). For believers to re-identify with a particular nation or city inverts the scriptural command to be separate from the world.

They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. (John 17: 14-16 cf. 2 Corinthians 6:17; 1 Peter 2:9).

Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world, my servants would have been fighting, that I might not be delivered over to the Jews. But my kingdom is not from the world.”

And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper,f to be with you forever, even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you. (John 14:16-17 cf. 1 John 4:5; John 17:16).

Identificational repentance is linked to other "innovations" promoted by Wagner, involving unbiblical activities such as prayer walking, spiritual mapping and spiritual warfare. These activities sidestep the gospel of Jesus Christ and the commission given to the church to make disciples of all nations. (Matthew 28:19 cf.1 Timothy 2:1-6; Ephesians 6:19).

The false teachings of Wagner and his cohorts are also employed to confuse believers regarding generational curses and spiritual healing that has already been accomplished by Jesus Christ on the cross. These teachings are rooted in dominion theology and the false beliefs of the NAR. Whilst Richardson is not overtly NAR, he has historic associations with Paul Cain and other charismatic deceivers. {2} His theology is replete with errors and he subtly inserts many perverted doctrines into his teachings. (1 Timothy 4:1).

Daniel 9

In the first year of Darius the son of Ahasuerus, by descent a Mede, who was made king over the realm of the Chaldeans— in the first year of his reign, I, Daniel, perceived in the books the number of years that, according to the word of the LORD to Jeremiah the prophet, must pass before the end of the desolations of Jerusalem, namely, seventy years.

Then I turned my face to the Lord God, seeking him by prayer and pleas for mercy with fasting and sackcloth and ashes. I prayed to the LORD my God and made confession, saying, “O Lord, the great and awesome God, who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love him and keep his commandments, we have sinned and done wrong and acted wickedly and rebelled, turning aside from your commandments and rules. We have not listened to your servants the prophets, who spoke in your name to our kings, our princes, and our fathers, and to all the people of the land. To you, O Lord, belongs righteousness, but to us open shame, as at this day, to the men of Judah, to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and to all Israel, those who are near and those who are far away, in all the lands to which you have driven them, because of the treachery that they have committed against you. To us, O LORD, belongs open shame, to our kings, to our princes, and to our fathers, because we have sinned against you. To the Lord our God belong mercy and forgiveness, for we have rebelled against him and have not obeyed the voice of the LORD our God by walking in his laws, which he set before us by his servants the prophets. All Israel has transgressed your law and turned aside, refusing to obey your voice. And the curse and oath that are written in the Law of Moses the servant of God have been poured out upon us, because we have sinned against him. He has confirmed his words, which he spoke against us and against our rulers who ruled us by bringing upon us a great calamity. For under the whole heaven there has not been done anything like what has been done against Jerusalem. As it is written in the Law of Moses, all this calamity has come upon us; yet we have not entreated the favor of the LORD our God, turning from our iniquities and gaining insight by your truth. Therefore the LORD has kept ready the calamity and has brought it upon us, for the LORD our God is righteous in all the works that he has done, and we have not obeyed his voice. And now, O Lord our God, who brought your people out of the land of Egypt with a mighty hand, and have made a name for yourself, as at this day, we have sinned, we have done wickedly. (Daniel 9:1-15).

Although Daniel and Nehemiah confessed Israel's sins before God, they did not actually repent. Daniels's intercession was based specifically on the word of God to Jeremiah that Israel would return to the land after seventy years. (Daniel 9:2). The judgment that had been administered by God for the sins of Israel was about to come to an end. Daniel expressed sorrow, regret, and remorse, and because he was part of the covenant people of Israel he identified with them. The specific word of God concerning the world is that it perishing and under judgement. (John 12:31; 1 John 2:17). The future for the nations is well stated in the book of Revelation, and it does not involve wholesale revival as Richardson claims. (Revelation 13:12).

Discernment Group: "It is significant that this article cited above, attributed to the book Deliver Us from Evil: An Uneasy Frontier in Christian Mission (World Vision, 2002), was connected with the Lausanne movement. These spiritual warfare doctrines went mainstream into the global mission world via the Lausanne Committee for World Evangelization which held a "Deliver us from Evil Consultation" in Nairobi, Kenya in 2000. Its purpose was to focus on 'spiritual warfare with the principalities and powers of evil who are seeking to overthrow the church and frustrate the task of evangelization.' Again, notice that the underlying doctrine is faulty -- that Jesus didn't defeat Satan at the Cross and He has 'unfinished work'. {3}

The prophet Ezekiel demonstrates that repentance is individual rather than corporate.

Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying, “What do you people mean by quoting this proverb about the land of Israel: ‘The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the teeth of the children are set on edge’? As surely as I live, declares the Lord GOD, you will no longer quote this proverb in Israel. Behold, every soul belongs to Me; both father and son are Mine. The soul who sins is the one who will die..
But if a wicked person turns away from all his sins that he has committed and keeps all my statutes and does what is just and right, he shall surely live; he shall not die. None of the transgressions that he has committed shall be remembered against him; for the righteousness that he has done he shall live. Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked, declares the Lord GOD, and not rather that he should turn from his way and live? But when a righteous person turns away from his righteousness and does injustice and does the same abominations that the wicked person does, shall he live? None of the righteous deeds that he has done shall be remembered; for the treachery of which he is guilty and the sin he has committed, for them he shall die. (Ezekiel 18:1-4,21-24). cf. Acts 3:19;

Fathers shall not be put to death because of their children, nor shall children be put to death because of their fathers. Each one shall be put to death for his own sin. (Deuteronomy 24:16).

Prayer for secular authorities

Christians are instructed to pray for all people including secular authorities, but identificational repentance is never mentioned in the scriptures.

First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. (1Timothy 2:1-3).

Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons.. (1 Timothy 4:1).

EMMA STARK: REVELATION 11 DISTORTED ~ 2022 PROPHETIC WORD

2022 Prophetic Word - The Era of The Holy Spirit is Here - Emma Stark // The Terminal 2022 - YouTube

According to Emma Stark, previous "prophecies" concerning imminent breakthrough, success etc. being spouted for years by NAR "prophets" should be discounted because she says: "You don't see that model anywhere in scripture." If that is the case, then why were they spouting this nonsense in the first place? Emma Stark's answer: God was testing everyone so that we would know the difference between a "true prophet" and a "politically motivated prophet". Apparently, the exposing of error has given space for "the birthing of divinely authorized prophetic ministry". In other words, the charlatans who previously prophesied imminent breakthrough were "politically motivated prophets" aka false prophets. Emma Stark is now prophesying "imminent revival" (again), this time from a distorted dominionist interpretation of Revelation 11.

Revelation 11 Prophetic Church 2022?

Emma Stark prophesies "monumental changes for the entire church" this year:

"The spirit of the Lord says this: 'You will see in your lifetime a most mighty gift, a seeing and a receiving and a becoming for the first time in church history the Revelation 11 prophetic people..
The Lord is saying right now that we are entering a new day when we are going to become a prophetic church. That means that it is not just the prophets who are going to prophesy and hear God, but the entire church is going to become a church of revelation.. That means that you are about to hear God like you have never heard him before. That means that the veil between the natural and the spirit realm is about to so disintegrate that you have a clarity, open visions, encounters, seer sight gift..  that is going to come on mass from the youngest to the oldest into the house of God. It is going to change everything.. It is a church that is modelled on Moses and Elijah.. with fire in its mouth..  an emergence of prophets and people who can command the weather, who can speak plagues into being, who can devour enemies.."

Emma Stark goes on to instruct her audience to repeat: "I can hear the voice of God." She describes this as "a weapon of a decree in the spirit realm". She continues: "And the Spirit of the Lord says, 'I am about to dress the prophets in clean garments and they will rebuke Satan.'" The idea that Christians can rebuke Satan is a typical charismatic fallacy and is unbiblical. Scripturally, no one rebukes Satan except God Himself. (Jude 1:9; Zechariah 3:2).

Emma Stark offers no exegesis for yet another absurd teaching in which she distorts every aspect of the text of Revelation 11:1-14. Biblically, the idea of a "Revelation 11 prophetic church" is a contradiction in terms. The timing of Revelation 11:1-14 occurs during the period known as the great tribulation in Matthew 24:21 cf. Daniel 12:1. Revelation 11:1-14 concerns two individuals i.e. two male prophets, not the entire church. The two witnesses are.. the two olive trees and the two lampstands that stand before the Lord of the earth. (Revelation 11:4). Zechariah identifies them as.. the two anointed ones who are standing beside the Lord of all the earth.” (Zechariah 4:14). The two witnesses are sent by God from the throne room of heaven to perform their prophetic assignment from Jerusalem for a period of 1260 days (42 months). There is some debate about the identity of the two witnesses; some believe them to be Moses and Elijah or possibly Moses and Enoch. The two witnesses will minister during the second half of the 70th week of Daniel during the great tribulation. (Matthew 24:21 cf. Daniel 9:24). After 1260 days the Antichrist will kill the two witnesses and God will raise them from the dead after three and a half days. Since the third temple has not been rebuilt and the Antichrist has not yet appeared on the world scene we can be sure that we are not in that timeframe.

The Two Witnesses

Then I was given a measuring rod like a staff and was told, “Go and measure the temple of God and the altar, and count the number of worshipers there. But exclude the courtyard outside the temple. Do not measure it, because it has been given over to the nations, and they will trample the holy city for 42 months. And I will empower my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for 1,260 days, clothed in sackcloth.” These witnesses are the two olive trees and the two lampstands that stand before the Lord of the earth. If anyone wants to harm them, fire proceeds from their mouths and devours their enemies. In this way, anyone who wants to harm them must be killed. These witnesses have power to shut the sky so that no rain will fall during the days of their prophecy, and power to turn the waters into blood and to strike the earth with every kind of plague as often as they wish.

The Witnesses Killed and Raised

When the two witnesses have finished their testimony, the beast that comes up from the Abyss will wage war with them, and will overpower and kill them. Their bodies will lie in the street of the great city—figuratively called Sodom and Egypt—where their Lord was also crucified. For three and a half days all peoples and tribes and tongues and nations will view their bodies and will not permit them to be laid in a tomb. And those who dwell on the earth will gloat over them, and will celebrate and send one another gifts, because these two prophets had tormented them. But after the three and a half days, the breath of life from God entered the two witnesses, and they stood on their feet, and great fear fell upon those who saw them. And the witnesses heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Come up here.” And they went up to heaven in a cloud as their enemies watched them. And in that hour there was a great earthquake, and a tenth of the city collapsed. Seven thousand were killed in the quake, and the rest were terrified and gave glory to the God of heaven. The second woe has passed. Behold, the third woe is coming shortly.
(Revelation 11: 1-14).

Emma Stark is in real danger of eternal condemnation. I appeal to both Emma Stark and her followers to take heed of the severe warning not to alter the words of the book of Revelation and repent. (Revelation 21:8).

I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book, and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book. (Revelation 22:18-19).

This is what the LORD of Hosts says: “Do not listen to the words of the prophets who prophesy to you. They are filling you with false hopes. They speak visions from their own minds, not from the mouth of the LORD. They keep saying to those who despise Me, ‘The LORD says that you will have peace,’ and to everyone who walks in the stubbornness of his own heart, ‘No harm will come to you.’ But which of them has stood in the council of the LORD to see and hear His word? Who has given heed to His word and obeyed it? Behold, the storm of the LORD has gone out with fury, a whirlwind swirling down upon the heads of the wicked. The anger of the LORD will not turn back until He has fully accomplished the purposes of His heart. In the days to come you will understand this clearly. I did not send these prophets, yet they have run with their message; I did not speak to them, yet they have prophesied. But if they had stood in My council, they would have proclaimed My words to My people and turned them back from their evil ways and deeds.” (Jeremiah 23:16-22 cf. 2 Peter 2:1).

EMMA STARK: VOMITING ANOINTING

Prophetic Word for 2022 - Interview with Emma Stark - YouTube

Encounter Today: "What is God saying about 2022? What does the church need to be ready for? Where does prophecy even come from? In this video, Pastor Alan DiDio interviews Emma Stark about what is coming in 2022 and how you can begin developing that prophetic gifting that is inside you. Sister Emma also shines a light on the religious spirit in the Pentecostal and charismatic church today, and how God is going to weaponize the church."

What exactly is Emma Stark's "vomiting anointing"?

Emma Stark describes the "vomiting anointing" as a tool she utilizes in the form of a declaration/impartation that enables believers to resist or reject the sinful things in the world that are not of God. She specifically mentions the pornography culture, the drug culture, the drink culture, the LGBTQ+ culture and she also includes "old wine" within the church.

Emma Stark: "God, help me taste what is not you and just spit it out.. Can I just be sick and repulsed by what is not your kingdom.. That doesn't just apply to sin in our society, it also applies to 'old wine', that which used to carry God and doesn't. I want to be sick when I taste 'old wine' in church. I want to be repulsed by it.. Jesus would you give to these dear precious listeners a vomiting anointing. I loose a vomiting anointing into your mouth right now..  May you be nauseous and sick when you taste the old stuff." (10:00 mark)

Christians do not need to receive an "anointing" from anyone professing to be a "prophet" in order to overcome sin or temptation in their lives. It is incumbent upon believers to abide in Jesus Christ and to avoid the sins of the flesh. (John 15:4; Galatians 5:24; Ephesians 5:18). The subject of "vomiting" in the scriptures is often applied to the land "vomiting" out its wicked inhabitants. (Leviticus 20:22). The term is also found in Jesus Christ's warning to the church in Laodicea. (Revelation 3:16). The "old wine" referred to in the New Testament is the old covenant under the Mosaic Law which has been superseded by the gospel of Jesus Christ. (Matthew 9:14-17, Mark 2:18-22 and Luke 5:33-39 cf. Hebrews 8:6). There are so many errors in Emma Stark's teaching that it is difficult to know where to begin. Her flair for superfluous reinvention and misapplication of the scriptures really is quite staggering!

According to Emma Stark the church has gone "..from shaking to dismantling to impending reformation in 2022. The entire church will be performing miracles signs and wonders." This is a time specific prophecy that Emma Stark has applied to the entire church for 2022 ~ it is not limited to the chosen few claiming to be "apostles" and "prophets". In effect, she gives gives the entire "church" free rein to follow her lead and speak utter nonsense and blasphemy.

The unbiblical "vomiting anointing" diverts attention from prayer and the pattern given by Jesus Christ: ..And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. (Matthew 6:13). Throughout the Bible we repeatedly see God encouraging believers to ask in prayer, not to decree. There are various scriptures concerning how to resist the temptation to sin, but none of them concerns a declaration or an anointing that affords special protection to believers. The only time that anointing is mentioned in relation to believers is in 1 John 2:20. True believers have the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. (1 Corinthians 10:13).

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. (James 4:7).

Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body. Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body. (1 Corinthians 6:18-20)

For because he himself has suffered when tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted. (Hebrews 2:18).

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness (Ephesians 6:10-18).

.. for my people have committed two evils: they have forsaken me, the fountain of living waters, and hewed out cisterns for themselves, broken cisterns that can hold no water. (Jeremiah 2:13).

Blessed is the man who has made the LORD his trust, who has not turned to the proud, nor to those who lapse into falsehood. (Psalm 40:4).
