ADAM SIMMONDS PCC NORTHAMPTONSHIRE AUTOCRACY

In February of this year Adam Simmonds PCC Northamptonshire had two of my posts removed from Blogger.  These posts were a critique about Trinity Life Church (TLC) in Leicester of which Simmonds is a Director and Trustee.  I have since republished these posts due to my concerns about the cultish actions of TLC which is part of the Assemblies of God Pentecostal denomination.  I suspect that Simmonds used his position as PCC to have my posts removed, and since he has refused point blank to provide evidence that he took this action as a private citizen I will draw my own conclusions.  Below is the full response I have received from Iain Britton Chief Executive and Monitoring Officer of the Northamptonshire Police and Crime Commission regarding my complaint. It should be noted that this matter was not "investigated" as Iain Britton claims.
How can anyone effectively "investigate" a matter without evidence other than the subjects word?  Considering the police are a law enforcement agency, should they not be an example to the rest of society and be seen to be doing the right thing in upholding justice and truth? In any other kind of investigation carried out by the police, evidence would be called for and examined - but Simmonds is the exception!  The "legal requirement" is Simmonds get out which means that the Northamptonshire’s Police and Crime Panel Complaints sub-committee is a complete joke since it simply takes the word of the PCC and does not require supporting evidence! What kind of “investigation” is that?  In effect this means that Adam Simmonds PCC for Northamptonshire is UNACCOUNTABLE and UNANSWERABLE!!!  This is actually very serious since it undermines the democratic society we supposedly live in due to Simmonds autocracy!!!
REPLY FROM IAIN BRITTON:
"Dear Ms Gisborn,
As the Chief Executive and Monitoring Officer of the Northamptonshire Police and Crime Commission, I have been asked by Mr Simmonds to reply to your email regarding the issue which has been considered by Northamptonshire’s Police and Crime Panel Complaints sub-committee.
The Sub Committee was satisfied that the complaint to Google was made by the Commissioner in a private capacity, made no reference to his  public role, and did not involve the use of official resources. The Sub Committee therefore resolved that it needed to take no further action in relation to the complaint.
Mr Simmonds fully complied with the legal requirement to declare the fact that he is a Director and Trustee of the Trinity Life Church Leicester and I am satisfied that he has acted with prudence and discretion with his dealings regarding this matter with Google. Not only was this matter was a private and personal matter for Mr Simmonds,  it has now been fully investigated by the appropriate body responsible for complaints, who concluded that he undertook his dealings with Google as a private individual in his own time. I also believe it is worth noting that Google’s online complaints process is  open to anyone in the world with access to the internet,  and it is their decision to remove any content which  may have contravened their published Terms of Service
I trust this now provides a conclusion to this issue.
 Yours faithfully,
Iain Britton

This is televangelist and false prophet Benny Hinn in action - this wolf was validated by Trinity Life Church when he came to Leicester earlier this year!!!
Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves. You will recognize them by their fruits. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? So, every healthy tree bears good fruit, but the diseased tree bears bad fruit. A healthy tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a diseased tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus you will recognize them by their fruits. (Matthew 7/15-20)
