THE DEMONIC SUBMISSION DOCTRINE OF JONI LAMB DAYSTAR

The Heretical Submission Doctrine of Jimmy Evans & Joni Lamb | The Roys Report

This podcast by Julie Roys and Lance Ford uncovers the horror of the demonic "submission doctrine" operating within Daystar. This unbiblical doctrine is not limited to Daystar, it causes widespread damage to believers within many churches and is most prevalent within NAR and Charismatic churches. (1 Timothy 4:1). The above analysis of the spiritual abuse meted out by Joni Lamb and Jimmy Evans to Joni's son, Jonathan, and his wife Suzy is very eye-opening. Hopefully, it will help many Christians to discern the true nature of submission and authority within the church.

..and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. (John 8:32).

JONI LAMB DAYSTAR: SHE WHO MUST BE OBEYED!

The Roys Report: Full Audio of Daystar Meeting

Roys Report: "During their time at Daystar TV Network, former Vice President Jonathan Lamb and his wife, Suzy Lamb, say they were spiritually abused by Jonathan’s mother, Daystar President Joni Lamb, and her close ally, Jimmy Evans. In this special edition of The Roys Report, we’re releasing full audio of Joni and Jimmy Evans’ meeting with Jonathan and Suzy Lamb in which Evans claims Joni is 'the voice of God' to Jonathan and Suzy..  What you are about to hear is one of the most stunning examples of spiritual abuse that I've ever witnessed.. "

The above meeting was between Jony Lamb, her close ally and "spiritual adviser" Jimmy Evans, and Jonathan and Suzy Lamb. Evans is the founder and president of XO Marriage and Tipping Point Ministries. He is a pre-trib rapture teacher and touts himself as an end-time prophecy expert. His theology raises several red flags biblically, and his behaviour during this meeting did nothing to ease my doubts regarding his suitability as a prophecy expert, a marriage counselor, or a spiritual adviser. I have added a link below that biblically debunks the pre-trib rapture. (1 John 4:1).

The main topic of the discussion centred around the marriage between Joni Lamb and Doug Weiss. Doug Weiss divorced his wife Lisa of thirty years in 2021 just two months after the death of Joni's husband Marcus Lamb. Joni claims to have begun dating Weiss in August 2022 and they married in June 2023. She paid for the $100,000 honeymoon in two installments with the Daystar credit card.1 From a biblical perspective, marriage to a divorced person in these circumstances is unsanctioned. No legitimate pastor could have endorsed this marriage. Nevertheless, Jimmy Evans gave it his full approval and officiated. Apart from the scriptural perspective, the speed of events leading up to the marriage is very odd given Joni's recent bereavement.

To add to the strangeness, Weiss previously held out his first marriage as a beacon and an example that enhanced his reputation as "a renowned expert in the field of relationships and sexuality". Even after his divorce, Weiss kept up the illusion that he was married.

Nex News: "Dr. Doug Weiss and his wife, Lisa Weiss, have forged a strong partnership built on love, understanding, and shared values. Their journey as a couple has been marked by mutual respect and support, which has contributed to their enduring bond. As Dr. Weiss empowers others to enhance their relationships, his own marriage serves as a testament to the principles he advocates."3

According to Evans: "Doug Weiss was justified in divorcing his wife because he was emotionally abused."  This statement is at variance with Weiss's previous declaration of "happiness" with his first wife.
Behold, you delight in truth in the inward being, and you teach me wisdom in the secret heart. (Psalm 51:6).

Biblical divorce and remarriage - it's an open and shut case!

You do not have to be a rocket scientist to understand that there is only one circumstance in which a man or woman can divorce and remarry. However, "biblical expert" Jimmy Evans has contrived additional nonbiblical categories and has put many at risk of committing adultery. He has added "abuse, addiction, and abandonment" to adultery as valid reasons to divorce and remarry. Joni Lamb and Doug Weiss have applied Evans' nonbiblical category of "emotional abuse" to their adulterous marriage and Joni has insisted that it is accepted as valid within the cultish community of Daystar. (Proverbs 30:6; Deuteronomy 12:32; 2 Corinthians 10:5).

Now I tell you that whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another woman commits adultery.” (Matthew 19:9 cf. Mark 10:11-12; Luke 16:18).

"It was also said, ‘Whoever divorces his wife, let him give her a certificate of divorce.’ But I say to you that everyone who divorces his wife, except on the ground of sexual immorality, makes her commit adultery, and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery. (Matthew 5:31-32).

To the married I give this command (not I, but the Lord): A wife must not separate from her husband. But if she does, she must remain unmarried or else be reconciled to her husband. And a husband must not divorce his wife. (1 Corinthians 7:10-11).

For the man who does not love his wife but divorces her, says the LORD, the God of Israel, covers his garment with violence, says the LORD of hosts. So guard yourselves in your spirit, and do not be faithless.” (Malachi 2:16).

Jonathan and Suzy's qualms about the legitimacy of Joni's marriage were completely justified. To have given way to this level of ungodly coercion would have violated their consciences and would have been sinful. Joni and Jimmy Evans' maltreatment of them culminated with the reprehensible ultimatum "Submit or leave".

Jimmy Evans to Jonathan and Suzy Lamb: "So do you feel that she (Joni) is in an adulterous relationship?"
Suzy Lamb "No. that's not why we didn't do that."
Evans repeated the question
Jonathan Lamb: "Well I think God is the judge of that, I can't really say for sure."
Evans: "Well you're judging".
Suzy: That's not because of that though.. That's a boundary, that's her marriage, it's different from ministry. Ministry.. we are here to talk about God and we're here to do that.  Her marriage is out of Daystar, we have no relationship with him (Dough Weiss). He has not talked to us once and we.. I will never be fake on TV.."

I appreciate that Jonathan and Suzy were in a difficult position and that their relationship with Joni and their jobs were at stake. However, I think they would have done better to voice their objections to the marriage upfront. I am reminded of John the Baptist's bold rebuke against Herod regarding his illegitimate marriage to Herodias. (Matthew 14:4). Not everyone is that bold, but the issue of Joni's adulterous marriage to Doug Weiss is a deal-breaker as far as Christian witness and ministry is concerned. Jonathan and Suzy could not have endorsed the marriage without participating in Joni's spiritual defilement. (Matthew 15:19; Proverbs 1:1,10; 1 Corinthians 13:6).

But now I am writing to you not to associate with anyone who bears the name of brother if he is guilty of sexual immorality or greed, or is an idolater, reviler, drunkard, or swindler—not even to eat with such a one. (1 Corinthians 5:11).

Joni is desperate to gain approval for her adulterous marriage, in fact, she demands it. She is willing to put this marriage above her alleged faith and her family. I refer to it as "alleged faith" because Daystar is an ungodly channel that gives a platform to many false teachers. As the meeting progressed, the spiritual abuse and persecution against Jonathan and Suzy was difficult to listen to. The scripture twisting, and the false accusations of rebellion and witchcraft were nothing less than demonic. Between them, Joni Lamb and Jimmy Evans did a thorough job of calling evil good and good evil. (Isaiah 5:20). These tactics have nothing to do with biblical Christianity.

Evans: "Joni is the voice of God to you". Anyone who insists on submission to unbiblical precepts in the name of God is operating in the spirit of deception. (1 John 4:6). No one can take the place of God in another person's life in any circumstances. Children, it is the last hour, and as you have heard that antichrist is coming, so now many antichrists have come. Therefore we know that it is the last hour. (1 John 2:18). "Antichrist" is translated from the combination of two Greek words ἀντί + Χριστός (anti + Christos). In Greek, Χριστός means "anointed one" and the word Christ derives from it. "Ἀντί" means not only anti in the sense of "against" and "opposite of", but also "in place of". (2 Thessalonians 2:3-4).2

Joni Lamb's dodgy counselors

Joni's counselors have been very willing to flout the scriptures to accommodate her adulterous marriage. (Psalm 107:11).

When Jonathan pressed Joni for the name of the pastor who advised her about her marriage she refused to name him. All we know is that he is "a pastor of thirty-five years". This argument of "experience" and length of time in so-called "ministry" is a red herring.  The fact that he gave this appalling advice demonstrates that he is unqualified. ( 2 Timothy 2:15).

Joni named Shawn Bolz as one of her "prophetic advisors". Shawn (Smart Phone) Bolz is a deceiver who is known for his "iPhone prophecies" i.e. he uses the internet to obtain information about people in his audience to give them "words of knowledge". Bolz was caught out when he mixed up two people with the same name in one of his meetings and it backfired on him. Tom Lennie: "This single incident confirms beyond reasonable doubt what I and many other Bolz sceptics have strongly suspected for years – Shawn Bolz uses the internet to obtain the information for his ‘words of knowledge’."4

Joni Lamb: "Shortly after some people learned that Doug and I were seeing each other, Shawn Bolz told me the Lord showed him there would be many significant marriages in 2023 and that God was bringing couples together in unusual pairings."5

Joni's "spiritual adviser" Jimmy Evans: "Jimmy himself knew that he was accountable to God for what he taught and how he counseled. He later confided in me, 'Joni, when you came to me and began to talk to me about Doug, I was concerned as your older brother in Christ. My concern was, I don’t want anything for you that God won’t bless. If I felt like this guy was a bad guy, someone that had divorced without a cause or whatever, I’d chase him off. I don’t care what you say; I’d chase him off! I seriously prayed about it because I knew I needed the discernment of the Lord..' I brought Jimmy in at the start of my relationship with Doug, and he immediately called and talked to Doug extensively. Not only did Jimmy and Doug talk, but they also went through several intensive sessions together so Jimmy could determine the biblical credibility of Doug’s divorce and whether I could confidently pursue a marriage relationship with God’s blessing.5

Joni: "The other day we had Barry Segal on. Well, Suzy and Rebecca they just like and love Derek Prince right, love him. So his first wife died. Did you know his second wife was divorced for abandonment, there was no adultery. Barry Segal same thing, married to Batya. Guess what? She was married before; abandonment, no adultery. So you can say all you want that he (Doug) doesn't have a biblical reason, but he does, he does have a biblical reason." (45:00 mark)

Firstly, I regard Derek Prince as one of the most dangerous false teachers ever to have deceived the church. This praise of Derek Prince demonstrates the unspeakable level of delusion within the professing church. I have added a link to Prince's lethal false teachings. Putting my loathing for Prince's teaching aside, perhaps Joni was mistaken, or, given her questionable relationship with truth, perhaps she was lying when she said there was no adultery in Ruth Bakers' first marriage! In his own words, Derek Prince describes his marriage to Ruth Baker..

Derek Prince: "I fully satisfied myself that Ruth’s first husband had been manifestly unfaithful and that was the basis of the divorce. On that basis I felt that Ruth was scripturally free to marry me without any stigma of inferiority or guilt."6

I know nothing about the circumstances of Barry and Batya Segals marriage and I am unable to validate Joni's claim that there was no adultery. If this is true, it is obvious that believers should never follow the bad example of others, we should always follow the scriptures! (3 John 1:11).

This horrible situation is not only about Joni Lamb and what she wants. Joni has publicly dishonoured God, she has hurt her family, she has damaged the wider Christian community and she has brought the gospel into disrepute. (2 Peter 2:2; Romans 1:32). The murky world of Daystar is something to be avoided at all costs!

And now I make one more appeal, my dear brothers and sisters. Watch out for people who cause divisions and upset people’s faith by teaching things contrary to what you have been taught. Stay away from them. Such people are not serving Christ our Lord; they are serving their own personal interests. By smooth talk and glowing words they deceive innocent people. (Romans 16:17-18).

Disclaimer: The views expressed in this post are my opinions and personal interpretations of the scriptures.

I have added this disclaimer because Daystar Television Network has employed the law firm Kelly Hart & Hallman LLP to send requests for “correction and retraction of statements" to various discernment ministries with the threat of defamation lawsuits levied against them if they don’t remove the so-called “defamatory statements”. Yet again we see this heretical network throwing its weight around and flouting the scriptures! (1 Corinthians 6:1-8).

THE DAYSTAR SCANDAL: FALSE TEACHERS WILL REAP GOD'S JUDGEMENT!

Daystar is right up there with TBN as the second biggest apostate TV "ministry" in the world. Daystar was launched in 1997 by Marcus and Joni Lamb. Since then Daystar has given a platform to numerous false Word-Faith/NAR teachers including Benny Hinn, Kenneth Copeland, Jesse Duplantis, Joyce Meyer, Paula White, Mike Murdoch, Robert Morris, Rod Parsley, etc.

The vicious and very public battle between Daystar and Joni Lamb's son Jonathan and daughter-in-law Suzy is reaching epic proportions. I will not repeat the accusations about their daughter's alleged sex abuse cover-up here - I have provided a link to the Roys Report which gives all the disturbing details.

Understandably, much sympathy is being generated towards Jonathan and Suzy Lamb. However, no one is mentioning the elephant in the room. Prior to this horrible situation, Jonathan and Suzy reaped considerable benefits from Daystar's illegitimate ministry in their high-profile roles. Jonathan was the heir apparent, briefly becoming Vice President following his father's death until he was demoted and ultimately fired on November 16th, 2024. Doesn't their heavy involvement in, and leadership of, this aberrant form of Christianity raise concerns about their beliefs? Nothing is being said about this by those supporting the couple, but it is important. Do Jonathan and Suzy understand the theological compromise of Daystar, and have they repented? The core of the false Word-Faith prosperity "gospel" is selfishness and self-preservation. Orthodoxy defines orthopraxy. In other words, what we believe determines what we practice. It is hardly surprising that Joni Lamb and her cohorts have acted in ways that reflect their distorted theology.

Paul instructed Timothy: Keep a close watch on yourself (your life) and on the teaching. Persist in this, for by so doing you will save both yourself and your hearers. (1 Timothy 4:16 cf. Titus 3:8).

Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth. But avoid irreverent babble, for it will lead people into more and more ungodliness, and their talk will spread like gangrene. Among them are Hymenaeus and Philetus, who have swerved from the truth, saying that the resurrection has already happened. They are upsetting the faith of some. But God’s firm foundation stands, bearing this seal: “The Lord knows those who are his,” and, “Let everyone who names the name of the Lord depart from iniquity.” (2 Timothy 2:15-19).

Daystar and Joni Lamb's financial abuses

The unholy antics of the Daystar dynasty are too numerous to mention, but two recent examples are noteworthy.

*The Christian Post: "Since October 2022, Daystar Television Network’s ministry jet has made 24 round-trip flights from Fort Worth to Colorado Springs and 13 round-trip flights from Fort Worth to Destin at an estimated cost of $769,220.
The purpose of the Colorado Springs flights were a mystery until Daystar President Joni Lamb announced her engagement to Colorado Springs psychologist and author Doug Weiss in March 2023.
The following screenshot shows Daystar’s jet flying to Colorado Springs and returning to Texas two days after Lamb’s surprise engagement announcement. Is it appropriate for a church leader to use the ministry jet to visit a fiancé?
If the couple used commercial aircraft rather than the ministry jet for personal flights, they could have saved more than $700,000 on travel expenses.."1

*Candy Chand recently reported in an article on X that Joni Lamb billed the Daystar ministry $100,000 for her honeymoon!

Susan Puzio of Prophetic News Radio has made some very insightful comments about this disgusting abuse. Puzio: "You sacrifice, they party on your money!"

@candychand11

Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter. (Isaiah 56:11).

Puzio: "If you could lie on Jesus you can lie on anybody, and that's what's been happening at Daystar for years. You could buy a blessing, you could buy household salvation, you could buy miracles to get your children off drugs, you could buy healings, you could buy prosperity, 'Just give $1000 here, sow a seed and watch what God will do'."2

Now I urge you, brothers, to watch out for those who create divisions and obstacles that are contrary to the teaching you have learned. Turn away from them. For such people are not serving our Lord Christ, but their own appetites. By smooth talk and flattery they deceive the hearts of the naive. (Romans 16:17-18).

EMMA STARK'S FALSE PROPHECY OVER AMERICA

I saw the angel of America...and this is what he did! | Prophetic Word for America

The above is a short clip of a longer video where Emma Stark claims that "the Lord" spoke to her directly about America.

Stark: "PROPHETIC WORD FOR AMERICA: The hammer, in the hand of the Angel assigned over the nation of the United States of America, has been struck against you. This, America, is your salvation. You NEED to hear the full unpacking of this word: https://youtube.com/live/Ky-bY3C6TLQ Be sure to reference the book of Jeremiah as you hear this word: 'Is not my word like a fire, declares the Lord, and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?'" (Jeremiah 23:29)."

Stark: "I saw a hammer in the angel's hand.. The Lord spoke to me about you America.. having been a hammer nation.."

Note the context of Jeremiah 23:29. The word of the Lord is like a hammer.. the nation of America is not a hammer nation.

Is not my word like fire, declares the LORD, and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces? (Jeremiah 23:29).

Ironically Jeremiah 23 continues with a scathing rebuke against false prophets!

Therefore, behold, I am against the prophets, declares the Lord, who steal my words from one another. Behold, I am against the prophets, declares the Lord, who use their tongues and declare, ‘declares the Lord.’ Behold, I am against those who prophesy lying dreams, declares the Lord, and who tell them and lead my people astray by their lies and their recklessness, when I did not send them or charge them. So they do not profit this people at all, declares the Lord. (Jeremiah 23:30-33).

Stark inserts America into Jeremiah 51:20: "You 'America' are my hammer.."

You are my hammer and weapon of war: with you I break nations in pieces; with you I destroy kingdoms," (Jeremiah 51:20).

In context, the various prophecies in Jeremiah 50-51 concern Babylon's impending doom. This is the word that the LORD spoke through Jeremiah the prophet concerning Babylon and the land of the Chaldeans: (Jeremiah 50:1). God pronounces destruction against the empire that He used to bring judgment against Judah. Babylon was a "hammer" in the sense that it was a destructive tool used by God to bring judgement upon Israel. This word has no relevance to America being "a hammer nation.. or "the police of the world" in any righteous sense. Babylon was an oppressor. (Isaiah 14:4-17). These prophecies were fulfilled in 539 BC when Judah was restored to the land of Israel. (Ezra/Nehemiah).

Parallels between Isaiah 13 and Jeremiah 50 indicate that Jeremiah 50 has eschatological implications, specifically regarding "the Day of the Lord". Jeremiah 50 is an allusion to the final restoration of the Jews (Jeremiah 50:4; Zechariah 12:10), and the eschatological destruction of Babylon the Great ..come out other my people  (Revelation 18:4).

Stark's "prophecy" does not correspond to the biblical narrative surrounding Jeremiah 23:29 or Jeremiah 51:20 in any sense whatsoever. (1 John 4:1). The scriptures place no eschatological emphasis on America and no indication that "America will be saved". America will undoubtedly be one of the nations that follows the beast (the Antichrist). (Revelation 13:3).

Emma Stark repeatedly refers to "The Angel of the Lord" and "The Angel of the Lord of the land mass of America.."  This is abnormal terminology. The Bible is always specific, angels are never referred to as "The Angel of the Lord". There is an important distinction between "angels of the Lord" or "an angel of the Lord" and "the Angel of the Lord with the definite article. For instance, Michael is specifically referred to as one of the "chief princes" (rulers) in Daniel 10:13,21. Gabriel is referred to as "an angel of the Lord". (Luke1:11-38). The Angel of the Lord is the only "Angel" appearing continually throughout the Old Testament who refers to himself as the Lord and God in the first person. Other angels refer to the Lord God as a hallowed third person and always humble themselves and refuse to accept any kind of worship. (Genesis 16:7-12,21:17-18; Exodus 3:2; Judges 2:1-4,5:23,6:11-24,13:3:22; 2 Samuel 24:16; Zechariah 1:12,3:1;12:8).

GotQuestions: "The appearances of the angel of the Lord cease after the incarnation of Christ. Angels are mentioned numerous times in the New Testament, but “the angel of the Lord” is never mentioned in the New Testament after the birth of Christ. It is possible that appearances of the angel of the Lord were manifestations of Jesus before His incarnation. Jesus declared Himself to be existent “before Abraham” (John 8:58), so it is logical that He would be active and manifest in the world. Whatever the case, whether the angel of the Lord was a pre-incarnate appearance of Christ (Christophany) or an appearance of God the Father (theophany), it is highly likely that the phrase “the angel of the Lord” usually identifies a physical appearance of God."

Stark: "Now the Lord is saying here to me, 'Quote to America scripture only'. So this is not what Emma says, this is what scripture says.. I am reading to you from Zephaniah 3: 'I will not put you to shame but I will remove from you the arrogant and the boasters..'   ..there is a whole shift of how America will be saved.."

Stark's quotation from Zephaniah 3 is out of context. Zephaniah 3:9-10 is a prophecy about the nations (plural), Zephaniah 3:11-13 refers to Israel.

For then I will restore pure lips to the peoples, that all may call upon the name of the LORD and serve Him shoulder to shoulder. From beyond the rivers of Cush My worshipers, My scattered people, will bring Me an offering. On that day you will not be put to shame for any of the deeds by which you have transgressed against Me. For then I will remove from among you those who rejoice in their pride, and you will never again be haughty on My holy mountain. But I will leave within you a meek and humble people, and they will trust in the name of the LORD. The remnant of Israel will no longer do wrong or speak lies, nor will a deceitful tongue be found in their mouths. But they will feed and lie down, with no one to make them tremble.” (Zephaniah 3:9-13).

Zephaniah mentions the phrase "the day of the Lord" more than any other book in the Old Testament. The Day of the Lord is characterized by a pouring out of divine wrath on God’s enemies at the end of the age. (Matthew 24:29; Revelation 6:17; Joel 2:1-2; Amos 5:18-20; Zechariah 1:14-15). The Lord's judgement on the whole earth will be followed by the His ultimate blessing on all nations, especially the faithful remnant.

Do not be deceived by Stark's false prophetic words. When tested, they are exposed as distortions of the scriptures and are either contrived or demonic.

Do not add to his words, lest he rebuke you and you be found a liar. (Proverbs 30:6; cf. Deuteronomy 4:2).

There will be fearful judgement for false prophets and their followers.

But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction. And many will follow their sensuality, and because of them the way of truth will be blasphemed. And in their greed they will exploit you with false words. Their condemnation from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep. (2 Peter 2:1-3).

OH THE IRONY! FALSE PROPHET CINDY JACOBS CALLS OUT EMMA STARK'S FALSE PROPHECIES

Cindy Jacobs Denounces False Trump Prophecy | Bishop Bill Hamon Agrees

The above video was posted by false prophet Jennifer LeClaire regarding Emma Stark's "prophecies" regarding Donald Trump and America during November. Anyone with any sense should reject Stark as a prophet since none of her false prophecies align with the scriptures. (1 John 4:1). It should not escape anyone's attention that the pot is calling the kettle black since the whole prophetic movement (aka New Apostolic Reformation) is awash with false prophets!

LeClaire: "A series of troubling prophetic words about President Trump and judgment on America, as well as Leviathan and the fall of democracy have been issued. Cindy Jacobs and the Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders have denounced and condemned these words."

Below is an excerpt from the ACPE statement which has been signed by Mike and Cindy Jacobs,
Bill Hamon, Joseph Garlington, Tom and Jane Hamon, Sharon Stone-Black and Greg Black, Chuck Pierce, Dutch Sheets, Barbara Yoder, James Goll, Patricia King, Todd White, Arleen Westerhof, Katherine Ruonala, Matt and Kim Lockett, Michele Jacobs, Tommy and Miriam Evans, Larry Sparks, Matt Sorger, Jon and Jolene Hamill, Anthony and Melissa Medina, Barbie Breathitt, Rebecca Greenwood, Eleanor and Robert Roehl, Faytene Grasseschi, Herman Martir, Mark Gonzales, Mary Glazier, Patricia Bootsma
-
all of whom should be marked and avoided. (Romans 16:17-18).

The full statement can be accessed on the following link:
Statement from ACPE - Nov 16 2024 — Generals International

"1. The ‘God Punched Trump’ Prophecy
On November 4th, 2024—Election Day Eve in the U.S.—a prophetic word regarding Trump’s presidency was issued by this minister. Additionally, on November 5th, 2024 (Election Day), this same minister released a separate word connecting a Trump presidency with God's judgment on the people of God in America.
Excerpt from the November 4, 2024 posted video:
“God punched Donald Trump in the face and his teeth came out and there was a lot of blood. And that was quite symbolic of what he represented. The word of the Lord is this, that there would be a catastrophic time of him (Trump) leading and then he would be removed by God because he had become the champion of himself and then Trump fell over. His partnership with unredeemed sex, unredeemed power, and unredeemed money had opened the door for all sorts of evil to be released through him.”
2. The Trump Presidency Being God’s Judgment Prophecy
Excerpt from the November 5, 2024 posted video:
During the broadcast, it was also strongly inferred that prayer would not change the outcome of these words. They were settled.
'We, (referring to the minister and their team) believe that Trump is going to be a judgment on the people of God.'
3. The Leviathan Released Because of Trump Prophecy
Other words from within this minister’s group have been issued during this time saying a seven-headed Leviathan had been released across the world and brought chaos because of Trump. We also judge this to be a false prophecy that is based out of a political bias and hatred of President Trump stemming from a political world view that differs from his conservative stances.
Other 'prophetic' revelations and declarations presented in the same media broadcast were also very concerning to us, but we will not specifically address them at this time.."

An update has been released by Jennifer LeClaire answering questions and outlining past and ongoing concerns about Stark's "ministry". LeCaire states that the ACPE does not consider Stark to be a "false prophet", although they claim that she has spoken presumptuously. This is a contradiction in terms. The ACPE's flawed understanding of prophecy is extremely dangerous and gives rise to precisely these kinds of issues. Biblically anyone who makes a false prophecy is a false prophet. Deuteronomy 18:22; Jeremiah 28:9; Ezekiel 13:2-4; Zechariah 13:2-4; 1 John 4:1; 1 Corinthians 14:29. Cindy Jacobs: Why We Didn't Call Emma Stark's Name & Other Answers

But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction. (2 Peter 2:1).

DECEIVER DEREK PRINCE: CHRISTIANS WITH "TWO SPIRITS" IS A VILE TEACHING

Can You Have the Holy Spirit and a Demon at the Same Time? – Derek Prince Explains

I wrote extensively about Derek Prince's false teachings from 2014-18. I am revisiting the subject of demonic possession due to the prominence of various "deliverance ministries" via false teachers such as Vlad Savchuck, Isaiah Salvidar, Bob Larson, Torben Sondergard, and Kathryn Krick etc. whose ministries often mirror the aberrant ministry of Prince and others. In this video, Prince falsely teaches that a Christian can be indwelt by "two spirits".

Prince: "The most difficult people to deal with are people who have two kinds of spirit. One is the Holy Spirit and the other is not. Now people will tell you that the Holy Spirit wouldn't dwell in an unclean vessel. That's wrong. The Holy Spirit does dwell in unclean vessels.."1

A biblical rebuke to this false claim:

What God has made clean, do not call common/unclean (koinos). Acts 10:15 cf. Acts 11:9).2

This phrase is repeated twice in the Book of Acts and is preceded by the Greek word for "voice" (φωνή, phōnē) which suggests an authoritative proclamation. The phrase "has made clean" (καθαρίζω, katharizō) signifies a divine act of purification. This indicates the new covenant in Christ, where all believers, Jew and Gentile alike, are made clean by grace through faith. (Ephesians 2:8).

Deliverance ministers practice a form of spiritual abuse wrapped up in Christianese. These wolves plant seeds of doubt in the minds of believers that they have not been truly cleansed from their former sins. (2 Peter 1:9). They lead believers into far worse problems than they claim to solve; they kill joy and assurance and their lies lead to confusion, anguish, and bondage. (1 Peter 5:8; 2 Corinthians 11:14). The scriptures state repeatedly that the Holy Spirit brings cleansing and renewal to regenerated believers.

Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out, (Acts 3:19).
... to open their eyes, so that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.’ (Acts 26:18).
But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. (1 Peter 2:9).
Titus 3:5; 1 John 1:9; 2 Peter 1:9; Hebrews 9:14; 1 John 1:7; Hebrews 10:22; 1 Corinthians 3:16, 6:11,19; Ephesian 5:26; Romans 15:16 etc.

Prince engaged in obfuscation and double-talk. On one hand, he taught that believers cannot be demonically possessed; on the other, he taught that believers can have "two spirits". Prince: "..he came to believe that Christians could be 'demonized', (normally described as "possessed" by demons.."

The scriptures teach that believers are cleansed from their sins and made holy by the blood of Jesus Christ. This is not to promote sinless perfection since sanctification is an ongoing process within believers. However, no true follower of Jesus Christ is an "unclean vessel"!  It is inconceivable that the Holy Spirit would dwell within a person together with a demon.

Believers can be tempted, harassed, and oppressed by demons at times. However, a genuine follower of Jesus Christ cannot be demonically possessed. No believer was ever delivered from a demon in the New Testament! If we are plagued by former ungodly habits and addictions it is necessary to persist in prayer and to recognize that God will deliver us from temptation. (1 John 1:9; Matthew 6:13; Galatians 5:16). The Corinthians had many serious issues with sin and immorality. However, Paul did not recommend "deliverance", he instructed them to cleanse out the old leaven (sin). Cleanse out the old leaven that you may be a new lump, as you really are unleavened. For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed. (1 Corinthians 5:7,6:11; Romans 6:2; 2 Peter 1:9). If someone has made a conscious decision to follow evil that is another matter entirely; such a person cannot be truly devoted to Jesus Christ. (Numbers 25:3).

Prince's endorsement of false prophet William Branham is a major red flag!

It should be glaringly obvious to any bible believing Christian that William Branham was a false prophet/teacher. Prince claimed that Branham had "two spirits" dwelling within him, "the Holy Spirit and a demonic spirit".4
Does a spring pour forth from the same opening both fresh and salt (pikron) water? "Strongs 4089: pikros bitter, acrid, malignant."5

Self-proclaimed "prophet" William Branham (1909-1965) was an early Pentecostal leader. He hugely influenced the Latter Rain Movement and his false teachings have left their mark on those who promote the restoration of apostles of prophets in the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR). In reality, Branham was an occultist and a cult leader.

Branham's followers refer to his false teachings collectively as "The Message". His eschatological views were utterly demonic. He proclaimed himself the angel of Revelation 3:14,10:7. He also claimed to be the prophet Elijah and taught that his ministry would result in the return of Jesus Christ. He prophesied that by 1977 all denominations would be consumed by the World Council of Churches under the control of the Roman Catholics, that the rapture would take place, and that the world would be destroyed.

Branham taught the false Oneness doctrine. However, he differed from the Oneness baptism formula and insisted that his followers were re-baptized in the name of Jesus Christ only. He also taught annihilationism, predestination (similar to Calvinism), eternal security, and the serpent seed doctrine (i.e. the serpent had sexual intercourse with Eve).

Apologetics Index: "Branham taught that the Word of God was given in three forms: the zodiac, the Egyptian pyramids, and the written scripture. He said that anyone belonging to any denomination had taken 'the mark of the beast'.
Branham denied the Trinity, calling the Trinitatian doctrine 'of the devil.'
'Now don’t get excited. Let me say this with Godly love. The hours approached where I can’t hold still on these things no more… Trinitarianism is of the devil. I tell you that – Thus saith the Lord.'
William Branham, Footprints on the Sands of Time: The autobiography of William Marrion Branham, Part Two (Jeffersonville, IN: Spoken Word Publications, 1975), 606-7.
He insisted that believers baptized by a Trinitarian formula should be baptized in the name of  'Jesus only'
His doctrine of the 'serpent’s seed' taught that Eve’s sin involved sexual relations with the serpent. Some humans are descended from the serpent’s seed and are destined for hell, which is not eternal, however."6

Derek Prince (1915- 2003) became a Pentecostal teacher in 1962. He was born in India to British parents and was a scholar of Greek and Latin, attending both Eton College and Cambridge University. It is my observation that some people from privileged backgrounds have a sense of entitlement and assume that they can automatically become church leaders. In reality, this is far from the case. (1 Samuel 16:7). Even after the failure of the infamous Shepherding Movement Prince persisted with this arrogant assumption and continued to damage the body of Christ. Thus you will recognize them by their fruits. (Matthew 7:20).

A primary requirement for the office of overseer is to have the ability to teach and to accurately handle the word of truth. (1 Timothy 3:1-7; 2 Timothy 2:15). The scriptures warn that not many believers should become teachers since teachers will be judged with greater strictness. (James 3:1).

I appeal to you, brothers, to watch out for those who cause divisions and create obstacles contrary to the doctrine that you have been taught; avoid them. (Romans 16:17).

WELBY REAPING WHAT HE HAS SOWN!

Watching Welby reap what he has sown is confirmation of God's ultimate sovereignty over every situation. (Proverbs 19:21). The old boy network did not save Welby, thank God. Thousands of members of the General Synod (the Church of England's parliament) signed a petition calling for Welby to step down following the damning report about the church's handling of John Smyth, who is believed to be the most prolific serial abuser associated with the CofE. I don't hold out much hope for the CofE, but perhaps this situation will cause some to truly repent. (2 Chronicles 7:14).

Welby was initially rejected for ordination by the Cof E and was told by John Hughes, the then Bishop of Kensington: “There is no place for you in the Church of England.”1  Unfortunately, Welby persisted in his ill-conceived ambition and was supported by his ecumenical friends at Holy Trinity Brompton (HTB). Sandy Millar, Vicar of HTB, founder of the Alpha course, and his successor Nicky Gumbel are said to have profoundly influenced Welby’s ideas about Christianity and church growth.2 HTB introduced Charimania via the deadly "Toronto Blessing" to the UK in the 1990s.

Welby's misplaced support of women bishops has come back to bite him! Ironically, the most senior member of the CofE, Bishop of Newcastle Helen-Ann Hartley, called for Welby's resignation in the strongest terms, stating that he had “a complete lack of awareness of how power dynamics operate in the life of the church”. Hartley: “It is right that Archbishop Justin has resigned. This resignation does not solve the Church’s profound failure over safeguarding and the ongoing trauma caused to victims and survivors of church-related abuse nor does it excuse others whose neglect of their duties is exposed by the Makin report."3

Welby began his ill-fated role as Archbishop in 2013. Legislation allowing female bishops was passed by the General Synod of the CofE at the second attempt. The first attempt, in 2012, just before Welby took office, failed narrowly to meet the required supermajority. Welby hailed the achievement and oversees the appointments of the first swathe of female bishops in the coming years.

The insane state of affairs is that the head of the CofE denies his own denominational statement on marriage and sexual ethics. CofE doctrine states that "sexual intercourse, as an expression of faithful intimacy, properly belongs within marriage exclusively.” The doctrine of marriage, as set out in Canon B30 states that marriage is a lifelong union of “one man with one woman, to the exclusion of all others on either side”. Welby believes that sexual intimacy is not reserved for marriage and that sexual intimacy in same-sex relationships is not sinful. This is a clear deviation from CofE doctrine on marriage and sexual ethics, the Global Anglican Communion, the historic position of every other Christian denomination worldwide, and the scriptures. (Galatians 6:7). In April 2023, Conservative Anglican leaders at a conference in Rwanda declared they no longer recognized Welby’s authority as the "first among equals" and de facto head of the Anglican Communion. Among other things, they were angered by his support for gay blessings in the CofE.4

Welby's resignation statement ends: “For above all else, my deepest commitment is to the person of Jesus Christ, my saviour and my God; the bearer of the sins and burdens of the world, and the hope of every person.”5

Welby leaves a legacy of unfaithfulness and shame. He has made a mockery of the scriptures and has brought the gospel into disrepute. (2 Peter 2:2-11). The obvious question: How can anyone who blatantly disregards the scriptures possibly claim to be a follower of Jesus Christ?

Why do you call me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and not do what I tell you? Everyone who comes to me and hears my words and does them, I will show you what he is like: he is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. And when a flood arose, the stream broke against that house and could not shake it, because it had been well built. But the one who hears and does not do them is like a man who built a house on the ground without a foundation. When the stream broke against it, immediately it fell, and the ruin of that house was great.” (Luke 6:46-49).

Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’ (Matthew 7:21-23).
