MORIEL'S LETTER TO STUDIO SCOTLAND & GLOBAL VISION24/7

The following letter from Moriel Ministries to Stuart Menelaws of Studio Scotland & Global Vision24/7 is perhaps a cautionary lesson for anyone considering challenging Jacob Prasch.

The primary lesson is that we should not give any opportunity for the enemy to make mischief among us. Although it was unedited, Global Vison24/7tv's excerpt of the Q&A video David Nathan's Right of Reply at Bill Randle's church ended prematurely, before Bill Randles objection to David Nathan's comment about the blood of Jesus during the millennium. {1} This was unfortunate, and it has resulted in further unpleasantness. As David Lister says, the video resulted in "misleading viewers from the factual reality seen on the unedited video." Moriel's subsequent video does give us a fuller picture, although that video is problematic in that it was manipulated in Prasch's favour! {2} The Moriel video has made it very difficult for those of us who, despite our reservations, have attempted to support David Nathan, believing him to be an innocent victim. Another problem is that David Nathan's old video of the "healing jacket" was in fact put up on YouTube in June of this year. Why would Bread of Life Ministries air a false teaching that was retracted by Nathan years ago? 

Nevertheless, Prasch's false intra-seal theory that he has taught as doctrine on a number of occasions is an enormous issue. Also outstanding is the question of his ecumenical association with David Noakes and Clifford Hill of Issachar Ministries. Prasch has consistently ignored these serious matters, but they bear witness to the fact that he is no better than other false teachers. I think there is a word for that somewhere! (Matthew 7:1-5). 

Both Lister and Prasch reject Nathan's false teaching that a personal word from the Lord is co-equal with the written Word of God. I am not sure that David Nathan has actually taught this, but I agree. that we test everything by the scriptures. (1 John 4:1; Acts 17:11). David Noakes' "prophecies" do present a problem in this respect however since he has the presumption to prophesy in the first person of the Lord. If a "prophet" speaks in the first person of the Lord, he is, by definition, speaking the very words of God. In this particular case, technically, Noakes' "prophecies" are supposedly co-equal with the written Word! Perhaps Prasch would like to illuminate us on this point?

Dear Sir

I am writing in my capacity as International Administrator for Moriel Ministries.

As you are aware, the Moriel board has determined various teachings of Mr. David Nathan, formerly associated with Moriel, to be false and heretical.

We reject Mr. Nathan’s denial of the Gospel not being eternal and the Blood of Jesus not being eternally efficacious while the blood of millennial animals will be. Here, we are in agreement with the public letter in this regard by Pastor Bill Randles. We further reject David Nathan's false teaching of a personal word from The Lord being co-equal with the Written Word of God, and his insistence that God The Father is not the Creator and that The Father never created anything. We additionally reject as categorically false the teaching posted on the internet on the 24th of June of this year that Christians can pray the anointing of God into the fabric of a jacket or tie.

While we accept Studio Scotland and GV24/7 have the legal right to promote and promulgate such a heretical "ministry", it is something with which we want no association. Our board was frankly shocked to see that you had edited the Q&A video of Jacob Prasch and David Nathan at Pastor Randle's church, misleading viewers from the factual reality seen on the unedited video.

When Jacob Prasch agreed to appear in your films 'The Daniel Project' and 'The Daniel Connection', he did so in good faith as unto The Lord for evangelistic aims. He received no remuneration as did the secular actors in your films, nor did he ask for any. We know at least one of these films, and possibly both have been sold to secular interests. Jacob Prasch did not do these films 'gratis' for commercial reasons but as a faith based enterprise only.. Neither he, nor his board wish material featuring him in film, orally, in name, image, or otherwise being distributed by an organisation promoting what we can only deem as heresy, nor have his name or work misused for commercial purposes in any non Evangelical enterprise.

Moriel is is also in total harmony with those pastors, churches, and ministries that have banned David Nathan as a false teacher such as Tony Pearce, John Haller, Pastor Charles, The Christian Ministers Fellowship International (CMFI), Genesis Radio & TV and various others.

We respectfully request therefore that you immediately remove these two videos having Jacob Prasch and any other containing any narration by Jacob Prasch. We are a ministry, not a business, and we uphold scriptural truth, we do seek not any alliance with those merchandising such serious doctrinal error of a blatantly heretical and very serious nature.

Kindly remove aforementioned titles featuring Jacob Prasch. Neither he, nor we wish his name to be even be associated with Studio Scotland.

I always make myself available to meet and discuss challenges that life can bring, particularly where conflict may arise and yesterday I replied to a disparaging email from Jacob Prasch with the intent to see if we could meet to discuss recent events – his response was both unhelpful and shameful. To that end I have been counselled to keep my reply to your organisation only to the subject of the production questions raised.

The following information is given in accordance with PACT industry regulations during the period 2006-2010 covering documentary production and distribution.

::The Daniel Project television documentary::

Mr Prasch was one of 10 participants to be interviewed who claimed a specific knowledge on related subject matter. In accordance with regulations governing the use of interviews within a documentary format for terrestrial television, interviews must be conducted with no payment so as to confirm a non-bias agenda (expenses only are normally covered unless waived).

Payment may only be made to professional presenters or voice-over artists in accordance with the type of contract agreed in writing. Presenters are not deemed expert witnesses but merely actors. Every professional documentary or film project is subject to very strict rules and under no circumstances would a film be acquired by any distributor or broadcaster if the substantial paperwork necessary was incomplete. 

After stringent legal processes, productions are acquired by a distributor(s) (they are not sold by the production company) whereby the producers (Studio Scotland Ltd) must sign away all rights but are still liable for all broadcast compliance files, insurance, lawyers, clearance, classification, translation and marketing costs. This is standard procedure. The distributor is the one who leases the production to a broadcaster for a fixed term and agreed rate which we may eventually see a proportion of once all their costs are covered. This can take several years because the remuneration is small and the distributors have to cover the cost of their stand and associated expenses to travel to a film market or festival in order to ‘sell’ our particular film – amongst the thousands of others that are also vying for attention.

Mr Prasch signed a full release contract form in accordance with ‘The Producers Alliance for Cinema and Television’ broadcast standards, a copy of which, if requested may only be sent to Mr Prasch at his personal request or a legal body acting on his behalf. If Mr Prasch would like to receive a copy of said document please ask him to send an SAE to our studio with a signed covering letter. This will be dealt with promptly.

The signed contract is with Mr Prasch and not any bodies or groups he is a part of. By law we cannot divulge personal contractual information to a third party. Removal from commercial films is not possible. Studio Scotland has no rights over both productions. This is standard practice.

::In regard to Mr Prasch’s request to share his beliefs within an evangelistic format::

Proselytisation within a TV documentary format will be rejected under  European broadcast standards, however, in keeping with this request, this was made possible by Studio Scotland via an ‘extras’ section available on an approved DVD and on free digital download for The Daniel Project. The distributor at that time ‘Mercury Media International Ltd’ gave approval (not usual for a distributor) in allowing many churches, and faith based organisations all over the world to use the film as an outreach tool as long as no payments were made – hundreds of showings in churches, halls, hotels, prisons, army camps and universities were granted free licenses. We have a substantial file of emails from churches, pastors, educators and individuals around the world, who have been positively impacted by watching or showing the production. There is also a tiny selection of many hundreds of reviews listed on the official website.

The production was translated to Brazilian Portuguese and Hispanic Spanish for use across South America – and could also be understood by Europeans who didn’t understand English - and we also provided English Subtitles for Hard of Hearing. All of that at a cost of many thousands of dollars. Controversial TV documentaries have strict translation guidelines and must be passed once again through the legal, insurance and certification system. Like everything else, this was financed solely by Studio Scotland. We have not recovered the costs for doing this.

With a legally cleared South American DVD master, we have since been able to supply various ministries reaching out to those communities with 100s of DVDs in card folders at the cost of physical production and delivery. Hundreds if not thousands of DVDs have been given away free of charge and our production / mastering house near London has a record of every DVD produced. This is a requirement in regard to library footage licencing as The Daniel Project has over 100 library licences which we must adhere to as another legal requirement.

::The Daniel CONNECTION feature film::

The Daniel CONNECTION feature film was made for those who would not watch a documentary and has the same aims as The Daniel Project. It has a different distributor, rules and regulations, Studio Scotland Ltd are still thousands of dollars in debt to the distributor and that is before payments can be made to recover costs for production. This is standard for the industry and is clearly understood by professionals within the media. All actors are paid during production in accordance with their agency contracts along with point system benefits after full recovery costs for those eligible. This is a standard practice for cinematic production.

::Commercial gain?::

Three international broadcasters/distributors and an international DVD distributor (servicing supermarkets and book stores worldwide) asked us to re-edit the documentary and in some cases to incorporate other spiritual beliefs to be more in-line with their broadcast policies, which in turn would have enabled Mercury Media and Studio Scotland to gain financially. We refused and those broadcasters/distribution outlets rejected The Daniel Project. We believed it to be important to remain true to the original format and to have integrity in all our dealings.

::In Summary::

Based on an original cable TV /Video resource produced by Stewart and Deborah Menelaws, ‘Cup of Trembling- countdown to Armageddon’ in 1996, ‘The Daniel Project’ was without doubt, one of the most ground breaking terrestrial TV documentaries of its time, working within the strict confines imposed on production covering faith based subjects. As a secular project within a secular environment it has touched the lives of millions via a wide range of networks world-wide.

Tragically, in recent years, a number of Christian based distribution outlets regretfully will no longer stock ‘The Daniel Project’ DVD – and it is Mr Prasch’s behaviour and conduct that has been cited as the issue. Sales of the actual DVD are almost non-existent. The documentary itself is currently showing on Amazon Prime TV and was acquired by the multi award winning documentary distributor ‘Journeyman Pictures’’. All distribution rights belong to them (they acquired Mercury Media resources who went into liquidation owing us royalties). The film continues to touch lives on secular media – and that is who and what it was made for.

::Mr Prasch appearing / removal on faith based media::

In regard to Mr Prasch appearing on our free to view subsidiary Global Vision TV at GV247.TV which is a non-profit part of the company but is required to be connected due to licensing contracts with interviews, film, video and imagery, we had already taken steps to remove Mr Prasch. We are still in the process of clearing his image from various files and whilst this will take time, please be assured, we have made that a priority.

DOES JACOB PRASCH REALLY CARE ABOUT DOCTRINE? MORIEL MINISTRIES

I have previously warned that Jacob Prasch will be sharing a platform with ecumenical "prophet" David Noakes whom he regards as a "valid prophetic voice", at Moriel's Scottish Conference in November. {1} Noakes' first person extra-biblical prophecies should be of great concern to anyone supporting Moriel. We know that the canon of scripture is complete and that any prophecy should be tested against the scriptures. (1 John 4:4) These extra-biblical "revelations" from Noakes concerning Britain are highly irregular for two reasons. Firstly he is ecumenical, which as many will appreciate, precludes him from the office of "prophet" and in fact even puts doubt upon his faith as a genuine believer. Secondly, Noakes' prophecy concerning Britain has no foundation in the scriptures. The Bible contains all the revelation we need for life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3). The Word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). The Bible is “useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work” (2 Timothy 3:16-17). 

This is not the first time that Prasch has supported an ecumenical teacher! He openly supports ecumenist and false prophet Clifford Hill, founder of Issachar Ministries and Prophecy Today. His baffling endorsement of ecumenist Chuck Smith is another blatant case in point. {2} More recently, Prasch's endorsement of Billy Graham's false ministry as portrayed by Jackie Alnor is also inexplicable considering his previous criticism of Graham. {3}

The Plank in Jacob Prasch's Eye

Apart from his ecumenical associations, Jacob Prasch's intra seal theory is a preposterous denial of the gospel! Intra-seal is a perverse doctrine that cuts unbelievers off from God during the final seven years of history, the period known as Daniel's seventieth week. Intra-seal has been taught by Prasch several times dogmatically. It is important to make the distinction that David Nathan (Bread of Life Ministries South Africa) proposed his millennium theory as his own opinion. He has repeated this proviso on a number of occasions. Intra-seal is more dangerous than Nathan's millennium error since it concerns the salvation of unbelievers in this age. Prasch teaches John Nelson Darby's pre-trib error that the Holy Spirit is the "restrainer" of 2 Thessalonians 2:2-3. There is absolutely no foundation for this view in the scriptures. Prasch also teaches that the Holy Spirit will be taken from the world, that there will be no church (since when did believers cease to be the church?), there will be no gospel, grace will come to an end, there will be no conviction of sin etc. for these final seven years. How then will unbelievers be saved during the 70th week, and where does it say any of these things in the scriptures? Shall we write off unbelievers during the 70th week on Prasch's say so?

As far as I am aware, David Nathan has not challenged intra-seal directly. However, on at least one occasion he categorically stated that the "restrainer" of 2 Thessalonians 2:2-4 is the Archangel Michael and not the Holy Spirit. On a past video recording, he explained the phrase: "At that time", confirming that Daniel 12:1 refers to Israel and the end times, and that Michael will “stand aside” (Hebrew amad): "That is who is restraining, it is Michael, the angel that God has set over his people Israel." David Nathan not only confirmed the pre-wrath position, he also confirmed that a seven year tribulation is definitely not found in the scriptures. As such he has rejected intra-seal by default. The YouTube video in question has unfortunately been deleted: Eschataology Part 7 (The seven seals). {4}

David Nathan's lack of support for intra-seal may be a factor explaining why he really fell out of favour with Prasch who does not like to be gainsaid. This very subject was brought up by Lifestyle C who no longer endorse David Nathan since Prasch's termination of their association:

Danie Strydom, Lifestyle C: "With this response by Jacob we concur although we personally have more questions outstanding currently that have not been answered to satisfaction in our own context in South Africa on teachings on Prayer as well as Reformed Theology and the Angel as Restrainer with which we differ with David and which has also led to this decision!" {5}

It would be very helpful to get clarification from David Nathan  about his intra-seal views, although perhaps he considers that a counter attack upon Prasch's dubious eschatology is unwise at this time (?)

The primary requirement for anyone pronouncing judgement on another is that the "judge" does not have the same or a worse sin in their own lives. In fact Matthew 7:1-5 promises that hypocritical judgements upon others will bring about judgement upon ourselves. Jacob Prasch has put himself in a very perilous position before God a number of times, but it seems to have peaked out in his attack upon David Nathan. Considering Prasch's undeniable ecumenical associations and his own false intra-seal theory that he teaches dogmatically, is Prasch in a position to judge David Nathan on any level? He is clearly not qualified to take the "splinter" out of David Nathan's eye. Even if he were in a position to expose Nathan's error, which he is not, the manner this has been executed has reinforced him as a particularly unpleasant character together with his henchman Servus Christi aka Joshua Chavez. Moriel already has a reputation as an abusive ministry. An abuser is called a "reviler" in the scriptures and Christians are warned against associations with such people. (1 Corinthians 5:11)

“Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you. Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye. (Matthew 7:1-5).

Pulpit Commentary: "..the passage as a whole does not say that we never ought to try to remove such "motes," but that this is monstrous and almost impossible so long as we ourselves have a fault of so much magnitude as censoriousness."

Gill's Exposition: "Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye,.... Very rightly does our Lord call such a man an hypocrite, who is very free in remarking and reproving other men's sins, and covering his own; and indeed, one end of his critical observations, rigid censures, and rash judgments is, that he might be thought to be holier than he is."

Matthew Poole's Commentary: "That it is notorious impudence to pretend to censure and judge others for sins in which we live ourselves." 

"a perverse judge.." {6}

Therefore you have no excuse, O man, every one of you who judges. For in passing judgment on another you condemn yourself, because you, the judge, practice the very same things. (Romans 2:1 cf. John 8:7).

I do have reservations about the ministry of David Nathan due to the views he proposed about animal sacrifices and the Blood of Christ in the Millennium, albeit that he has now modified those views. Critically, David Nathans Right of Reply {7} omitted Bill Randles voiced concern: "It is inconceivable for me to believe that anyone could be reconciled to God on any level other than by the blood of Jesus." {8} This edited video by GV247.tv was misleading, and the resulting response by Jacob Prasch puts both Stewart Menelaws and David Nathan in a bad light. Regarding David Nathan's teaching about clothing/cloths being infused with healing power, apparently this was retracted some years ago (?) Clearly there have been (or still are) doctrinal errors within Bread of Life Ministries that cannot easily be dismissed. (James 3:1).

In spite of my reservations, David Nathan's full apology on Bill Randles blog does show a humility I have rarely, if ever, seen in a bible teacher. I think he deserves credit and encouragement for this. True followers of Jesus Christ surely do not want him to be completely cast down beyond measure. None of us are without sin.. we would not want our own failings aired in such a vicious manner! The Lord's blessing and help will surely be there for anyone who is willing to humble himself so publicly and completely. I have to admire David Nathan for this.

Dear Pastor Bill

Thank you for the spirit in which your open letter has been written and the grace extended to me, to publically express my position and understanding of animal sacrifices and the Blood of Christ in the Millennium which has caused much unwanted consternation and strife amongst the brethren. This was never my intention and if I could, I would turn the clock back and do things very differently. I also want to apologise publicly if I appeared to come across in the teachings as arrogant and prideful as I certainly never intended to be, for my desire is to reflect Jesus at all times although I am aware I often fall short.

Sadly this unpleasant circumstance has exposed the hearts of numerous believers and many have brought a serious indictment against the Church of Jesus because of their conduct and responses, I do not exclude myself.

For this, I cannot take the blame exclusively as there is a correct and biblical way to deal with disagreement and error which was not followed. I do not write this as a justification or a defence but rather as a warning that what has transpired between myself and Moriel must never be repeated again for sake of our testimony to the world and those of the flock who have been badly shaken.

To begin with, I want to acknowledge that I made some very dogmatic statements which instead of giving emphasis to what I was try to explain, had the complete opposite effect and misconstrued what I was trying to convey. For this, I want to unreservedly and wholeheartedly apologise.

I am extremely grateful that you acknowledge that I do not teach that there is salvation except through the shed blood of Jesus and that the whole concern is regarding the Blood of Jesus and salvation in the Millennium alone.

The statement which I should not have made but rather should have sought to express myself very differently and that folk have objected to is, “The Blood of Jesus will not profit anyone, anything in the Millennium.”

In using this phrase, which I regret, I was not stating that the Blood of Jesus does not cleanse in all ages as this would be a clear violation of scripture. His blood alone can take away sin and every sacrifice from Genesis 3:21, when the Lord clothed Adam and Eve in tunics of skin to the sacrifices of the Millennium all point to Jesus. In the teaching I kept using the word atone to describe the purpose of the millennial sacrifices in the sense that they do not remove sin but cover sin. I reiterate again that I do not teach nor believe that the sin of an animal or animals can ever remove sin. Not under the Old Testament, not now nor in the age to come. Only the Blood of Jesus can remove sin both now and forever, including the millennium. This is and has always been what I have believed though I did not express it succinctly in the series on Eschatology.

I only offer the above as an explanation of why I used the phrase and not as an excuse for trying to justify using it. I was wrong to use it as it does not, nor ever did convey what I actually believe regarding the eternal cleansing power of the Blood of Jesus which alone removes sin for all ages.

I sincerely apologise for misrepresenting my beliefs and using a phrase that instead of explaining what I believed rather distorted them and led to confusion among believers and dissension between myself and Moriel Ministries. Moriel TV very unfortunately produced a highly edited video that took various statements that I had made out of context which only exasperated the issue. (They have done this on more than one occasion since Tim Wirth was replaced)

The motive for this remains unclear as in response to my meeting with Jacob in May, Jacob Prasch himself admitted in an email dated 22 July 2018, and I quote, “The best I could gauge the situation personally was that he partially misrepresented his own actual beliefs in the manner he addressed an important theological issue and was to some degree misunderstood. David Nathan does subscribe to the Moriel statement of Faith that The Blood of Christ cleanses from all Sin.”

I add this not as an excuse for poorly communicating my beliefs as already mentioned but rather to evidence that for reasons never disclosed, Moriel TV sought fit to produce a biased video that exaggerated the error out of context.

I have already and will continue to re-edit these teachings to remove anything that contradicts what I have conveyed above.

Regarding Moriel’s video comparing me to Benny Hinn in an old teaching I did in 2009. I want to state that I no longer believe what I taught and berate myself for still even believing that in 2009.

I can categorically state that I absolutely do not teach this anymore and I have edited the video in question to reflect this and will go through old teachings to make sure that this does not appear. I have issued an apology already for this and gladly do it again.

I do hope that this letter serves to remind us all that none of us is above correction nor do any one of us know all truth as Paul writes in 1 Corinthians 13:12 but we are all to be teachable and be willing to learn. Where we err we must repent and apologise where necessary.

Perhaps this is the right time to clarify that I do not have a "vendetta" against Jacob Prasch as has been circulated by some. I have simply exposed the errors contained within intra-seal, Prasch's ecumenical associations and his hypocrisy. I do not like false teachers, particularly those who are enemies of the remnant church. Other than the above, I have no interest in Jacob Prasch whatsoever.

DAVID NOAKES BREXIT "PROPHECY" WILL COME TO NOTHING!

Those Christians who accept a prophecy, or indeed any teaching, from an ecumenical source are extremely naïve.

In my view, David Noakes' claim to hold the office of a prophet is completely bogus. Noakes ministers through the Issachar Ministries Trust. Issachar Ministries was formerly based at Moggerhanger Park for twenty years until 2015 when they moved to Bedfordshire. Clifford and Monica Hill are the directors of Issachar Ministries, the so called "action arm" of the charity C and M Ministries, formerly Prophetic Word Ministries (PWM). {1}

Clifford Hill also founded the so called "Christian magazine", Prophecy Today in 1985 and is currently Editor in Chief. Both Issachar Ministries and Prophecy Today are ecumenical organisations promoting false hopes among believers for deliverance from the EU. Clifford Hill stated in 2016: "..Brexit is the first step of a merciful deliverance from an ungodly institution." In common with Noakes, Hill claims to be "..one of the most respected, influential prophetic voices in the UK." {2} All of this rhetoric is pure vanity!

Noakes has announced that we in Britain are "like the good figs". (Jeremiah 24:1-10). In other words, Britain is somehow set apart by God for favourable treatment. Britain, in common with the rest of Europe, has turned its back on God, and for the most part is godless and anti-Christian. The counterfeit ecumenical movement is a symptom of the apostasy that has overtaken the whole nation. (Matthew 24:4-5). Do not be fooled, there is no reason why God should exempt Britain from the relentless evil that is coming upon the whole world, culminating in the man of sin, the Antichrist! (Revelation 3:10).

I am not under the delusion that I am a prophet. However, according to the scriptures, a reconfiguration of world powers will take place in line with the "ten kings" prophecy of Revelation 17:12. Britain will not stand alone in the last days. The whole world, including Britain, will follow the biblical agenda for globalization and the one world government leading up to the return of Jesus Christ. (Revelation 13:3). This agenda is now well underway. Noakes and Hill directly contradict the scriptures with their false hopes of a major revival. (2 Timothy 3:1-5). The ancient prophecy of Daniel speaks about the fifth and final world empire being "iron mixed with clay". Many scholars believe this to be the "Revived Roman Empire". (Daniel 2:41-43 cf. Revelation 13:1). God's judgement upon the world, including Britain, is inevitable. Thus says the LORD of hosts: “Do not listen to the words of the prophets who prophesy to you, filling you with vain hopes. They speak visions of their own minds, not from the mouth of the LORD. They say continually to those who despise the word of the Lord, ‘It shall be well with you’; and to everyone who stubbornly follows his own heart, they say, ‘No disaster shall come upon you.’” (Jeremiah 23:16-17).

The scriptural way to determine whether a prophet is true or false:

As for the prophet who prophesies peace, when the word of that prophet comes to pass, then it will be known that the LORD has truly sent the prophet.” (Jeremiah 28:9).

But the prophet who presumes to speak a word in my name that I have not commanded him to speak, or who speaks in the name of other gods, that same prophet shall die.’ And if you say in your heart, ‘How may we know the word that the Lord has not spoken?’— when a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord, if the word does not come to pass or come true, that is a word that the Lord has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously. You need not be afraid of him. (Deuteronomy 18:20-22).

Hananiah the False Prophet:

Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world. (1 John 4:1).

JACOB PRASCH & DAVID NOAKES MORIEL CONFERENCE 2018! ECUMENISM BY STEALTH?

Beware of Moriel Ministries Scottish Conference at Gartmore House from Friday-Sunday, 2-4th of November 2018. The speakers are Jacob Prasch and ecumenist David Noakes. {1} Noakes is endorsed by Prasch as a valid prophetic voice! {2}

David Noakes is involved with the ecumenical pro-Israel monastic order, the Sisterhood of Mary! There is very little specific information about the Sisterhood's precise beliefs on their website. However, Wikipedia gives the following information: "The Evangelical Sisterhood of Mary is an ecumenical, Lutheran based, religious order." {3} The ecumenical movement is the enemy of Jesus Christ! Israel does not need ecumenism, it needs the true gospel!

The Sisterhood was founded by two German women, Klara Schlink and Erika Madauss, aka Mother Basilea and Mother Martyria in 1947:

David Noakes ministers through the Issachar Ministries Trust. He has been heavily involved with his ecumenical friend Clifford Hill and Issachar Ministries for many years. Issachar Ministries, Prophetic Word Ministries (PWM), CandM Ministries, the Centre for Contemporary Ministry (CMM) and Harvest Vision are quite a complex web of inter-connected organisations based at Moggerhanger Hall in Bedfordshire which is ecumenical. Noakes is also an advisor to Issachar Ministries which previously operated under the umbrella of PWM, and he was a director of Harvest Vision (also ecumenical) until 30th November 2000. {5} Miguel Hayworth of UK Apologetics Library has exposed the ecumenical connections of Hill and Noakes in detail. He warns: "..we need to bring this to light put into question the ministry of Clifford Hill and David Noakes and not accept at face value of CCM, ISSACHAR Ministries, Moggerhanger House, etc." {6} Another of Clifford Hill's "friends" is former Archbishop and Druid, Rowan Williams.

Clifford Hill founded and edited the so called "Christian magazine", Prophecy Today in 1985. He is currently PT's Editor in Chief. In common with Noakes, Hill claims to be "..one of the most respected, influential prophetic voices in the UK." {7}

David Noakes is well known in certain circles for his first person prophecies. This is very disconcerting for those of us who have come out of charismania! Jacob Prasch does not indulge himself in first person prophecies as far as I am aware. Nevertheless, he does make various authoritative statements that completely lack scriptural basis and context. Prasch's intra-seal rapture theory is a prime example of his blatant eisegesis. His teaching that the Holy Spirit is the "restrainer" of 2 Thessalonians 2:6-7 is purely speculative. Furthermore, his unequivocal assertion that the Holy Spirit is absent during the 70th week of Daniel and his further assertion there is no conviction of sin during this seven year period is unconscionable! The list of errors contained within intra-seal is nothing less than spectacular as demonstrated in my publication and my previous posts on the subject. {8} Since Prasch insists that his intra-seal teachings are scriptural, this puts him on a par with these dubious first person "prophets" Noakes and Hill!

David Noakes is also connected to the ecumenical Maranatha Community through its co-leader Linda Stalley. The Maranatha Community was founded in 1981 by a Methodist lay preacher and RC priest for the express purposes of UNITY! {8}

Jacob Prasch recently re-published the following shocking article by Jackie Alnor endorsing Freemason Billy Graham. {9} Moriel have now removed their link to this article:

Prasch's insistence that his former friend Chuck Smith, founder of Calvary Chapel, was not ecumenical is complete nonsense. Smith was provably ecumenical as I have demonstrated in a previous post. {10}

The above information should be a huge red flag for true believers in Jesus Christ who follow the teachings of Jacob Prasch. Unless these believers are prepared to test the spirits, they are likely to become ensnared by Prasch and his ecumenical associates. (1 John 4:4).

Below is what I believe to be the last "prophetic word" given by David Noakes. It is probably about time for him to bring another first person prophecy.. who knows, maybe it will happen at the Moriel Conference in Scotland! I strongly advise believers to avoid Noakes and the Moriel Conference altogether! I now repeat my previous question that no one at Moriel is prepared to answer: Can a true prophet of God be ecumenical?

"Beloved, you are living in momentous days. These are truly the days of a turning point in the affairs of your nation. It is a time of my appointing. I have allowed you to go your own way but I have never let go of you.

It must be very "humbling" to imagine oneself a prophet to a nation and to speak for God in the first person!

There are many voices in your midst which are full of pessimism and I understand that if you look upon your circumstances, pessimism is often the outcome. But I want you to perceive as I perceive.

The prophet Jeremiah was the ultimate pessimist wasn't he?

Beloved, when there is turmoil and upheaval, do not look upon it with dismay; do not look upon it with foreboding; do not look upon it with fear. But look upon it with eyes turned to me with a questioning heart: a heart questioning what your God is doing in the midst of it. For beloved, all these things taking place are under my hand. I have brought about a remarkable work in your nation in recent times. This is not accidental, nor is it sudden, but has come about at my appointed time.

I do not have accidents; I do not have coincidences; I do not have sudden unexpected events. I have appointed events, at appointed times, and I am the one who is seated in the heavens and does whatever He pleases. Do not lose heart, because I am in charge. My hand is on your nation and I have not given up my purposes for you.

I have blessed your nation in the past and truly you have been faithless but beloved, I have remained faithful. Your enemy has done much to sow lies, to sow false doctrine, to try to bring down all that is good and all that is of God. But I have kept for myself a remnant. My Word remains true for all time and all eternity and I will fulfil my purposes.

This is a time of turmoil and upheaval because your adversary is in great rage and great fear. He is in great consternation that I will use your nation to tear his purposes apart. But that is exactly what I intend to do. I intend to bring his purposes crashing down. There will be turmoil and upheaval; there will be blood in the streets; there will be anxiety amongst those who do not know that God is in charge and do not understand what I am doing.

Beloved, there cannot be victory in war without war taking place, and war is indeed taking place, because I have joined battle. I have joined battle against the forces of darkness which desire to bring your nation to nothing and I have declared I will not have it so. My purposes for you are from all eternity. I have known exactly what I will do at this time. I have known exactly what I will do in the future and I purpose to glorify my name through your nation once again.

There is not one denomination in the UK that is not tainted with ecumenism. The scriptures say specifically that there will be a falling away, and that things will get progressively worse as the end approaches, not better. (2 Thessalonians 2:3; Matthew 24). God called Israel for His glory. (Isaiah 49:3; Jeremiah 13:11). I have not seen these words applied to another nation specifically. 

Therefore do not be disheartened. Do you think of yourself as being just a little flock? Truly there is only a small remnant who hold fast to My word. But beloved, continue to hold fast to my word and pray that the purposes that I have begun to reveal will come to fruition and fulfilment, and I will visit you afresh with my Spirit.

I will visit you afresh with my Spirit that you may be empowered: Not for your glory, but for Mine. Not to build empires but to build my Church. I desire also to visit you with my Spirit that you may be instruments in my hand to go into the fields which are ripe for harvest, and bring in a harvest; for there is a harvest waiting to be brought in.

There are many in fear and trepidation and utter confusion, and I want you to be a people who know their God and do exploits. I want you to be a people of compassion; not of judgement; not of condemnation. Judgement is mine, I will repay. But I ask you to be a people of love and concern; of compassion for the lost, and of deep desire that the truth should be brought to many who will understand it and be saved. For surely there are those whom you think are your enemies, who are longing for truth.

Prophecies about a fresh move of the Spirit and revival are usually typical of false prophets within the charismatic movement. A fresh move of the Spirit cannot come about via ecumenism!

Do not be down-hearted, therefore. Do not be dispirited. Yes, I know all too well that you are surrounded by those who wish you ill. Beloved, do not heed them but look to your God who wishes you well. Look to your God who wishes them well. I desire a people who are willing to bless their enemies and to do good to those who speak evil about them.

As you do this they will see your light. Many will reject, but many will see the light in the darkness and will desire the only light they can see. For all their plans and schemes will have fallen to the ground and then they will turn to the only truth.

Do not give up therefore. Hold fast. Hold fast to Me. Hold fast to My Word. Hold fast in love and unity, to one another. Be loyal and faithful to each other. Forgive each other all offences and stand together, that as one you may show the character of your Lord and Saviour. Beloved, understand that I have not given up, and I say to you: do not give up either, but look to Me and hope in Me that I will do what I have planned." {11}

The above video is yet another example of Jacob Prasch's extraordinary duplicity.

Prasch continues to muddy the waters by endorsing his former friend, founder of Calvary Chapel, Chuck Smith. 

Prasch: "Never once did he (Chuck Smith) endorse the ecumenical movement or the Roman Catholic Church."

This statement is blatantly false!!!

Chuck Smith did in fact make the unequivocal assertion that Roman Catholics are Christians! In his book, Answers For Today (1993), he made the following ecumenical statement:

"We should realize that we're all part of the Body of Christ and that there aren't any real divisions in the Body. We're all one. What a glorious day when we discover that God loves the Baptists! -- And the Presbyterians, and the Methodists, and the Catholics. We're all His and we all belong to Him. We see the whole Body of Christ, and we begin to strive together rather than striving against one another" (p157). (Emphasis mine).

Above.. Once again Chuck Smith states unequivocally that Roman Catholics are Christians: "I had a cousin who was a mother superior in the Catholic Church and she was just a wonderful Christian. I loved her and we had great conversations together and I didn't try to convert her from Catholicism, nor did she try to convert me into becoming a Catholic.. it is just we both recognise that we had the same Lord and the same faith and so forth.." He goes on to say that the differences between Christians and Catholics are not that great - his conclusion: "Catholics are basically Christians too."

Prasch's prevarications about Chuck Smith's inclusivism: "Because so many of the people in Calvary Chapel, who were coming to Calvary Chapel and who were getting saved were from Roman Catholic backgrounds. Chuck took a pastoral approach evangelistically, not wanting to alienate Catholics, so he was reserved about his criticism of Roman Catholic doctrine, theology, beliefs, practices and so forth. He was not one to speak against it, he thought, rightly or wrongly, that it would be counterproductive to seeing Roman Catholics get saved given the fact that so many people in Calvary Chapels were from Roman Catholic backgrounds." 

Chuck Smith's inclusive approach was both unscriptural and ecumenical! Roman Catholicism is the very antithesis of true Christianity and only a deceiver would make such statements. In my experience, those who come out of Roman Catholicism are all the more eager to avoid it! They do not seek to be entangled by it again! (2 Peter 2:20).

ALL Calvary Chapel pastors deferred to the powerful personality of Chuck Smith rather than the scriptures, never mind about the fact that he falsely speculated that the rapture would occur before the end of 1981 at least three times! {1} The pre-trib rapture is of course a key doctrine of Calvary Chapel.

Apart from Smith's embarrassing rapture predictions, he appeared on TBN on many occasions. Chuck Smith and others like him, such as Greg Laurie and Chuck Missler, were/are tainted by association with this apostate organisation. (2 John 9-11). In fact TBN continues to promote Chuck Smith. {2} Paul Crouch referred to Smith as a "dear friend" after his death. {3} Smith was also a "good friend" of Rick Warren!!! The very thought of forming friendships with deceivers like Paul Crouch and Rick Warren should be abhorrent to any true believer!

.. have nothing to do with the deeds of darkness or those who promote false doctrines. What fellowship does light have with darkness? (Ephesians :5:11; 2 Corinthians 6:14). If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your house or give him any greeting, (2 John 1:10). What precisely were Chuck Smith's motives in cultivating friendships with such wicked men apart from leading many believers astray?

Not only was Chuck Smith both ecumenical and a false prophet, he continued to sanction the ministry of his close associate Don Stewart after his adultery. Don Stewart left his wife and two teenage daughters for no good reason and married another woman in 2011. (Matthew 19:19). {4} Smith and Stewart had a long association going back to the early days of Calvary Chapel at Costa Mesa, and they jointly hosted Pastors Perspective for a number of years. Don Stewart continues a high profile ministry in association with Calvary Chapel despite being an adulterer! He is another false teacher who relentlessly promotes the pre-trib rapture deception.

Clearly Chuck Smith had no reservations whatsoever about ditching the scriptures whenever it was convenient!

Prasch's close association with "ecumenical prophet" David Noakes and his accomplice, false prophet, Clifford Hill (Moggerhanger Park), is also highly questionable. David Noakes will be  a speaker at the Moriel Scottish Conference in Aberfoyle (Friday - Sunday 2nd-4th November 2018). {6}

Jacob Prasch's infamous intra-seal rapture theory has thoroughly baffled many believers. Although he tries to pass off intra-seal as a credible variation on the pre-wrath position, do not be fooled! I have not heard one pre-wrath teacher support intra-seal, although Prasch likes to brag that they have things in common! The silence from the pre-wrath camp is deafening! Intra-seal is an unoriginal piece of eisegesis that supports the unscriptural view of the Holy Spirit as taught by John Nelson Darby and the pre-trib camp. Prasch's assertion that the Holy Spirit is the "restrainer" of 2 Thessalonians 2:6-7 is purely speculative. Furthermore, Prasch's assertion that the Holy Spirit is absent during the 70th week of Daniel and his further assertion there is no conviction of sin during this seven year period is unconscionable! BW Newton speculated that Darby may have been sent to Oxford to watch the evangelical movement on behalf of popery. He added that he had not read a line of Darby's writings that a papist might not use. {8} We can easily re-assign Professor Hertzog's observations regarding Darby to Jacob Prasch: "..he (Darby) displayed a haughty imperious, peremptory and ungovernable spirit in public.. Was Chuck Smith Ecumenical? Most definitely YES!

Prasch's endorsement of Chuck Smith is an insult to our intelligence. (Jeremiah 9:5).
