REVELATION TV: HOWARD CONDER SAYS CHARITY COMMISSION ARE "DESPICABLE" AND "DUH - THICK" - INTERIM MANAGER TO BE APPOINTED!!!

The Charity Commission is to appoint an Interim Manager to act in the administration of the Revelation Foundation. This very serious step was downplayed by Conder, Pettie and Tun on air last night who completely misrepresented the true picture. The Charity Commission HAVE NOT stated that there is "loss or misappropriation of charitable funds" at all!!! The Commissions wording is actually: "potential significant loss of chariticable funds....."  The word twisting and the suggestion that the Commission's "silence" means that there is no case to answer is typical of RTV's underhand tactics of distorting the facts.

RTV's statement below is dishonest and misleading. Feeding misinformation to the public to their own advantage is to pre-empt the outcome of the investigation. This is completely unacceptable. RTV should be made to retract their deceptive statement: ".....the Charity Commission has identified no loss or misappropriation of charitable funds by the trustees”.

"A spokeswoman from the Commission told Civil Society News that this part of the statement was completely untrue."

Statement from Revelation TV 16th June 2015

"After a thorough investigation of Revelation Foundation over nine months the Charity Commission has identified no loss or misappropriation of charitable funds by the trustees. (!!!) The day to day operations of Revelation Foundation have continued throughout, without interference from the Charity Commission and no criticism has been made of programme content or production. The Charity Commission has noted the legal and accounting complexities of Revelation Foundation’s activities in the UK and Spain and has appointed an accountant to act as an interim manager to work with the trustees to resolve issues relating to the legal and accounting procedures of Revelation Foundation and its associated Spanish companies. The trustees have nothing to hide and welcome this appointment and will draw upon the expertise of the accountant and his team to ensure the public have full assurance as to the work of the trust."
http://www.revelationtv.com/rnews/entry/charity-commission-finds-no-loss-of-charitable-funds

The Charity Commission can take the very serious step of appointing an Interim Manager to act in the administration of a charity after opening a statutory inquiry if it considers that:
  • there has been misconduct or mismanagement in the administration of a charity or
  • it is necessary or desirable to protect the charity’s property
https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/how-the-charity-commission-appoints-interim-managers

Conder's manners do not improve. His verbal abuse now extends to the Charity Commission as well as to his critics.  He called the Charity Commission "despicable" and at one point at about 50 minutes in he said "duh - how thick can you get." I am sure he will continue to endear himself to the Commission in the future!

No one who practices deceit shall dwell in my house; no one who utters lies shall continue before my eyes. (Psalm 101:7)

SATANIC ATTACK OR STUPIDITY?

RTV take the deluded view that the investigation by the Charity Commission is the work of Satan and they frequently bemoan this so called "fact".

"We do believe that we are in a spiritual battle. Certainly the enemy is using the investigation to cause us to have a great deal of time taken away from ‘Kingdom business.’"
http://www.revelationtv.com/rnews/entry/charity-commission-update

It is very unwise of RTV to publish such statements, but we should not be surprised. Such remarks are likely to alienate both the nonchristian general public and the Charity Commission. They do nothing to promote the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ!

What RTV calls "Kingdom business" is rank apostasy. I am positive that Satan is very happy to let RTV continue airing their false teachings without interference. Even if this investigation were the work of Satan (and it is not) then RTV should be rejoicing. The apostle Paul's view of hardship and persecution stands in stark contrast to the beligerant attitude of RTV (Philippians 3:8-10..... See also Romans 10:1, 12:12; 1 Corinthians 11:24; 2 Timothy 3:12; James 1:2-4; 1 Peter 2:23).

  1. No disrespect to anyone, but it is impossible for the average person to understand what's really going on..RTV say..the bloggers say..how can we tell which is truth? God alone knows, I suspect.

  2. We can certainly say for certain that Howards attitude and lack of manners and accusations are disgusting to say the least, there is recordable evidence of that for sure.
After He made an apology on FB to those He had "possibly " his words falsely accused , He was off again last night , look at 29 mins into The Late show when he was once again having a go at Someone. My understanding is that anyone who contacts the Charities commision is kept anonymous so how on earth can this Man keep accusing People who He imagined may have done it.
Moreover today I stumbled on His speech Re Rory Alec and He asked People not to go on line or gossip etc etc , YET HE himself has done just that to several People.
So we can be sure he is a hypocrite as well.
We also have evidence on Sarah Acott's blog and others of Him being associated with Howies club, which is being denied left right and cntre also His Son being associated with playboy parties, selling tickets for them.
So in my mind this is more than enough evidence to make his Character questionable , let alone anything else. He has insulted those God has put in place at the Charitable Commision as well, what an incredible witness He has been to the faith to the charities Commision. Need I say more any expansion on what do we believe, all the bloggers words are backed up by evidence are His.

  3. Also this is what has been found re being made to have an interim manager, note the reasons

We can exercise our powers set out in s.76(3), to appoint an interim manager for a charity, at any time after we have instituted an inquiry under s.46. However, we must first satisfy ourselves that:
•There is or has been misconduct or mismanagement in the administration of the charity; or
•It is necessary or desirable to act to protect the charity's property.

  4. Hi Anonymous.

I think the other comments ask a good question... can Howard prove his allegations?

I know everything I've written on my blog can be backed up with evidence.

Howard had a solicitor write to my father and I threatening us with libel for the loss of a million dollar donation from CBN.

The donation was lost due to Peter Darg disclosing a report that I had sent exclusively to the trustees.

Howard is very comfortable taking people to court. I had no involvement with Peter disclosing my report to CBN and yet was threatened with libel.

If anything any of us are saying us not true Howard will take us to court. He has a reputation for it.

There are many things I'd love to write about, but can't back up. We only write what we can prove as frankly I know Howard has money for lawyers. I don't!

I wouldn't risk publishing something without proof.

  5. During the programme last night Sarah (at about 14 minutes in), Conder did say that he had taken legal advice about suing people for defamation, but his lawyers had advised him against it, not because it is shameful to do such a thing biblically (1 Corinthians 6/1-11), but because of financial considerations!!! Conder: ".....it is extremely difficult... and usually it is very hard to get any money from them - they might give you a penny." I am in no doubt that Conder would have sued many people had it been financially viable to do so!!! This man does not care about God's Word at all!

  6. I don't think his solicitor knew the full details when the letter was sent to dad and I. I think it was more as a threat to keep us quiet perhaps as I didn't give Darg permission to disclose my report to 3rd parties and it was madness to assert that it was my fault.

I think Alan Tun is likely advising him. I was clear with Alan that I wasn't afraid of any legal threat as Howard has libelled me and therefore me telling the truth is just a right of reply.

Perhaps Howard knows it will only fuel the fire at this point if he were to try to get legal? He knows he couldn't win a case anyhow.

  8. Hi Treena!

The bottom line in all of this is that Howard Conder has betrayed the One who bought him with His blood, and dragged His glorious Gospel through the mire, by the shameful practice of selling air time to those who preach "another Jesus... another spirit... another gospel." (2 Corinthians 11:4) And all for the sake of "filthy lucre!"

Is it any wonder that a man who has no qualms about freely partnering with liars and deceivers - and pocketing their dirty dollars - should himself exhibit such unrighteous character traits?

Last night's "show" was an unashamed exercise in "spin." RTV have not in any sense been put in the clear by the Charity Commission. The appointment of an Interim Manager is no small thing. It means that the Inquiry has been stepped up a gear; this person will now conduct a review from a position on the inside of the operation, and will in due course report back to the Charity Commission who will publish the outcome of the Inquiry at its proper conclusion.

I don't think the Interim Manager would be best pleased at comments made on the show... Conder again exhibiting a lamentable lack of wisdom and control of his tongue!

Best wishes, in Jesus' mighty Name,
    Rob.

  9. Sarah, here's a question: what is Howard's background? I know he was a drummer once, and I think most of his work was in the music industry. I'd be suprised if he has any higher educational qualifications, and I'm sure he's never studied theology. He certainly has a lot of drive and passion, but he's not exactly sophisticated and seems somewhat abrasive, particularly when challenged.

  10. Conder says that he is "not a well education person" on RTV's website Anonymous. Of course, a poor education does not exclude anyone from ministry. However without God's calling and gifting he is wasting his time. It should be obvious that the fruit is not there either... Galatians 5/22 "But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness." The lack of these things disqualify a person from ministry and in fact even puts ones salvation into question. Maybe Sarah can tell you more tx

  13. Hi Anonymous

Howard was a drummer and had a bit of career in music. From memory he got out due to the next stage being blocked by his unwillingness to get into homosexual behaviour with those in control. I don't know if this is exaggerated, but at some point he left the industry.

Howard had been making programmes long before Revelation TV was started. I remember about 20 years ago, when I was just a child going to his home in Surbiton. My dad had been helping him with technical stuff in his home studio.

I don't know anything regarding Howards education, but Treena is correct. The things that qualify a person are the fruits of the spirit, which seem lacking in both management and the trustees.

To me, lack of education is just an excuse for poor behaviour.

I left school at 16 because I was unsure what I wanted to study. I decided to take a year out and see what I wanted to do after that. I went on to be PA to the MD of a multimedia company at just 16! At 17 I was running all of RTVs live shows and then went onto do all sorts of things. At 30, I'm now reasonably successful with my own business.

Lack of education is no excuse. You don't need a university degree to be able to see that it's morally wrong to deceive people.

  14. I have been thinking today about Howards comments re sueing People. Firstly the Viewer who suggested it has no idea of what God says or doesn't care secondly if He has asked his lawyer about this way, why did He then want Christian arbitration with Sarah and Sheila. You can't have foot in both camps, but then He did refer to them on FB as " So called Christians ", He seems to think He is judge as well.

Gordon Pettie threatened a Person with libel as well . This is conclusive evidence that they do what THEY want not what God says.

Also if Howard is falsley naming People on FB and on air, he could be sued Himself.
Yet He has the audacity to ask his lawyer about sueing, this is hypocrisy and double standards. the scripture comes to mind that a double minded man is unstable in all of his ways

  15. Amen - couldn't have put it any better Anonymous.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Absolutely anonymous. Double standards are perfectly acceptable at RTV.

I did consult a solicitor before taking action as I wanted to protect myself from further lies, but have acted independently since.

Howard is known for his use of solicitors and I really don't understand how he had a solicitor threaten me a few years back, but not now.

If anything he has more of a case now as I'm actively going out to expose him. I think he's making excuses for not taking legal action about the "lies" he's made everyone think we are saying.

He cant go on air and say that his legal advisors told him he can't sue someone for libel if they can prove their allegations, especislly as he started it by telling proven outright lies!

  17. Correction to previous post: the person with links to Spain was called Alistair Scobie. No idea whether John Warters has links there. But he is a long time associate of IGP.
