Further to my recent post regarding Chad Davidson's attendance shame at TPUSA Cal State Fullerton.1 Good Fight Ministries could hardly claim ignorance that TPUSA is ecumenical, and yet in their hypocrisy Chad Davidson and other "reliable" ministers attended this event, including Mike Winger and Ray Comfort. In a recent comment on GFM's livestream, the question was asked: "Is TPUSA ecumenical?", to which they replied "Yes". This completely contradicts their praise of Charlie Kirk after his death when they described him as a "defender of the faith" who "loved Jesus".
GFM have failed to respond to my concerns and also the concerns of others. This is not the first time I have failed to receive a response from the leadership of Blessed Hope Chapel/Good Fight Ministries. In previous posts I have highlighted Joe Schimmel's skewed eschatology.2
Given their numerous exposés of false teachers, I think GFM 's followers deserve an explanation. Otherwise should we assume that they are no better than the phonies who turn a blind eye when their true colours are revealed?

Yes Treena. Their open compromise reveals they are indeed no better than the phonies they have exposed. Like many in the "Discernment Industrial Complex" who never respond but instead double down after being called to account for their betrayal of the Biblical Christ and His gospel.
ReplyDeleteThe world's instant, excessive veneration of Kirk reveals where this is all coming from. If he really has been killed it is very sad that someone who could not tell the true gospel from that which is presented by cults like the Mormons, the Vatican and the NAR left this world in darkness and without Christ. These false ministries which are promoting him as an ideal believer will have to answer to God for all those who they hindered from entering the Kingdom.
This whole Kirk debacle is doing one good thing. It's revealing who really is on the Lord's side and who is not.

DeleteI personally sent Holly Davidson the clip of Charlie stating there needs to be a strong Mormon Church in the US. A comment he said just before he died. I commented that I was appalled as I would think his mentors would at least give him basic training in false religions and to not give way to them. The way in which they (GFM) handle this is 'he had loose ends spirtually" and he was growing away from the NAR etc. Isn't this pragmatism? I know when the Holy Spirit shows me I am in error, it is strong conviction and repent and do not go back to that in any way. Compromise is not unity. I fear the believers will be tested in this and many will be dound wanting. I am going through this very thing with my immediate family. Give them grace, no ones perfect. Yes, but these obvious things are egregious to the faith. When does one know how much grace you give for consistent wishy washy, approval of man tactics. I wonder what Frank Turek would say? (Charlie's Mentor). It is time to champion truth not harbor weakness. This is what causes the American church to falter. Ecumenism is the downfall of many.
ReplyDeleteNo true Christian should give Charlie Kirk a pass. GFM has shown the world that they are willing to compromise on the basic tenets of the faith to support a false teacher. I am appalled! God bless.
