RICHARD TAYLOR: IT TAKES A THIEF TO CATCH A THIEF AND THE FAKE WELSH OUTPOURING

What are Richard Taylor's motives for doing the Crime-Stopper series “It Takes a Thief to Catch a Thief”? From a biblical standpoint, should a minister of the Lord (so called) be engaged in this sort of activity?
Richard Taylor demonstrates with aptitude and pride those things of which he should be ashamed (Romans 6/21). He appears to be very much enjoying the notoriety and a kind of perverted glory from his previous life of crime instead of fulfilling the calling of a genuine shepherd to suffer for the gospel of Christ. In the process he is upsetting and humiliating the very people he purports to be helping – namely the shopkeepers and their staff. Taylor demonstrates criminal “skills” which the general public were no doubt previously unaware. To shopkeepers and law enforcement agencies it is important to know these things, but these techniques may actually put ideas into the minds of weak people who would not otherwise have considered stealing. This series may be something of a double edged sword which could actually encourage stealing rather than prevent it!
The series itself confirms that as fast as deterrents to shoplifting are put into place, the criminals always find new ways of getting around them. The problem with humanity is the heart, not the outward actions (Jeremiah 17/9). People need to repent and believe the gospel of Jesus Christ so that their sins can be blotted out (Acts 3/19). Along with protecting the flock entrusted to them, this should be the number one priority of any true pastor. The gospel of Jesus Christ is the only way that people can really be changed from their hearts and be saved.
And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation. (Mark 16/15)

Whoever loves his life loses it, and whoever hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. (John 12/25)C
What counts is whether we have been transformed into a new creation. (Galatians 6/15b)
Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. (1 Corinthians 6/9-11)
Paul's instruction to Timothy:
Share in suffering as a good soldier of Christ Jesus. No soldier gets entangled in civilian pursuits, since his aim is to please the one who enlisted him. (2 Timothy 2/3-4)
To another he (Jesus Christ) said, “Follow me.” But he said, “Lord, let me first go and bury my father.” And Jesus said to him, “Leave the dead to bury their own dead. But as for you, go and proclaim the kingdom of God.” (Luke 9/59-60; Matthew 8/21-22) In other words – let the spiritually dead, (those who are not true Christians – unregenerate people who have not been renewed by the Holy Spirit) deal with their own problems. Jesus Christ goes on to say: “But as for you (in this case probably an apostle) go and proclaim the kingdom of God.” This man probably wished to stay with his father until his father's death, and his request seemed reasonable in humanistic terms..... but not to Jesus Christ. Following Christ is a tough call contrary to popular belief. Jesus Christ told this man to prioritise and focus on his calling.

In the case of Richard Taylor, no biblical argument can be made for doing the series “It Takes a Thief to Catch a Thief”. The Bible tells us that the whole world lies in the power of the evil one (1 John 5/19). The problems of this world will never be resolved until the return of Jesus Christ. Christians are not called to fix the problems of this world or to attempt to make the world a better place without the gospel.
Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. (1 John 2/15)
They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. (John 17/16).

IS RICHARD TAYLOR STILL A SCAM ARTIST?

I do not believe for one second that Richard Taylor is a genuine minister of the Lord. For one thing his doctrine is totally unbiblical and his guest speakers are all apostates without exception. The so called Welsh Outpouring has dredged up many problems involving the dubious ministry of Richard Taylor and his sidekick Andrew Parsons. Instead of breaking the law of the land as a criminal, Taylor has taken full advantage of his transferable skills as a con artist. Furthermore he has influential connections and even has the authorities on side - The way of the wicked prospers and the treacherous thrive. (Jeremiah 12)

…..if the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?” (Psalm 11/3)
In just a little while, the wicked will be no more; though you look carefully at his place, he will not be there. (Psalm 37/10)

It really was very odd that Cllr Haynes should represent local residents over retrospective planning permissions and also promote Unite@Victory on her Facebook page. Cllr Haynes has close relatives and Facebook friends attending Victory Church in Cwmbran. Needless to say, no action has been taken against Victory Church to address retrospective planning permissions despite legitimate complaints. Similarly no action has been taken to protect the residents of Victory Outreach UK, despite a number of people raising genuine concerns that the ex-prisoners under the “care” of VOUK have come under the cultish influence of the leaders of Victory Church. These ex-prisoners were obligated to attend the nightly meetings and were subjected to hours and hours of mind control techniques and false teaching. In addition no answer has been forthcoming concerning VC's very strange acquisition of their campus at Merthyr Tydfil. With suspect qualifications and phony healings, Richard Taylor is as much a scam artist as ever he was, only now he does it by spiritual deception. Incredibly, despite irrefutable evidence to the contrary, a core group of people still attend Victory Church and attribute the false manifestations to an “outpouring” of the Holy Spirit.
An appalling and horrible thing
has happened in the land:
the prophets prophesy falsely,
and the priests rule at their direction;
my people love to have it so,
but what will you do when the end comes?
(Jeremiah 5/30-31)

These are just a few of the issues that have been thrown up by the so called “Welsh Outpouring” which is spreading like gangrene into various parts of the UK (2 Timothy 2/17).
Taylor and Parsons are not honest and open about their finances.
Local residents have been upset by the nightly “outpouring” meetings which were held without planning permission. Victory Church only have planning permission for one assembly meeting a week.

Concerns were raised that the residents of Victory Outreach UK were coerced into attending all the“outpouring” meetings and were suffering from abusive treatment. http://watchman4wales.blogspot.co.uk/2013/09/richard-taylor-andrew-parsons- self.html#comment-form
Concerns were raised by the medical profession about the alleged “healings” at Victory Church, none of which can be medically verified. http://www.itv.com/news/wales/update/2013-08-15/cwmbran-church-under-scrutiny-over-miracle-healings/)
Taylor and other leaders of Victory Church insist that they are addressed as “Pastor” as a prefix to their names. Ironically the qualifications of Taylor and Parsons previously published on their website are suspect. http://bewareofthewolves.blogspot.co.uk/2013/09/call-no-man-your-father-matthew-239_9.html
Bethania Chapel in Dowlais, Merthyr Tydfil was acquired by Victory Church under very dubious circumstances. http://bewareofthewolves.blogspot.co.uk/2013/10/the-welsh-outpouring-open-letter-to.html

TAYLOR AND PARSONS SCAM OUT OF THE PIT OF HELL!!!
SCRIPTURE OUT OF CONTEXT

“In 2013 after hosting a national conference in Cardiff The Lord spoke to them (Taylor and Parsons) from psalms 2:8 ‘Ask of Me, and I will give You The nations for Your inheritance, And the ends of the earth for Your possession’ Today VIM (Victory International Ministries) is carrying an evangelistic anointing to the nations by hosting conferences, crusades, revival meetings and teaching materials to resource the body of Christ in reaching nations.” http://viministry.org/about-us/
Psalm 2/8 taken IN context is messianic i.e. it refers to the Messiah and no one else! It is a conversation between God the Father and the Son and concerns the reign of the Lord's anointed, Jesus Christ during his millennial reign. The Gentiles will be divided into nations with Jesus Christ as their righteous ruler (Psalm 2/8; Isaiah 42/1; Daniel 7/14,27).
I will tell of the decree:
The LORD said to me, “You are my Son;
today I have begotten you.
Ask of me, and I will make the nations your heritage,
and the ends of the earth your possession.
You shall break them with a rod of iron
and dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.” (Psalm 2/7-9)
For Taylor and Parsons to take messianic prophecies and apply them to themselves is the very height of arrogance. This is the spirit of antichrist who is not only against Christ but is a usurper and puts himself in the place of Christ.
The title of the series “It Takes a Thief to Catch a Thief” is very apt.

University College London researchers have come up with some very interesting findings:
“Human beings are surprisingly bad at spotting deception - perhaps because we do so much of it - but one group are VERY good... liars themselves.

In a speaking test, liars were able to spot other liars far more accurately than people who told the truth - which might explain why poker players are good at both.”
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-2179710/It-takes-thief-catch-thief-Liars-far-better-spotting-lies-normal-people.html
Taylor says that the thieves don't care about those they steal from. That phrase: “they don't care” has stuck in my mind regarding Taylor - he just doesn't care.

Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons, through the insincerity of liars whose consciences are seared..... (1 Timothy 1/1-2)
Come out of her, my people, lest you take part in her sins, lest you share in her plagues; (Revelation 18/4)

WELSH OUTPOURING VICTORY CHURCH CWMBRAN: RICHARD TAYLOR'S SICKENING CONNECTION WITH TBN APOSTATES

After the glaring exposure that has been given to the Welsh Outpouring, it is hard to see why anyone with even a modicum of common sense would possibly want to remain at Victory Church in Cwmbran, South Wales.

CONCERNS ABOUT VICTORY CHURCH IN CWMBRAN

  • Victory Church is a member of the ecumenical Churches Together in Wales (Cytûn) which includes the apostate Roman Catholic Church and World Council of Churches member churches.
  • Taylor's doctrine is unbiblical; he says that unbelievers receive the Holy Spirit prior to hearing the Word of God! (Romans 10/14)
  • Taylor receives very questionable direct words from the Lord.
  • The two main leaders at Victory Church; Richard Taylor and Andrew Parsons have affluent lifestyles and are not transparent about their finances.
  • Victory Church have hosted false teachers Tommy Tenney, Roy Fields, John Glass, Lou Engle and Nathan Morris.
  • Taylor's known influences are Reinhart Bonnke, Rick Warren, Joel Osteen, Ed Stetzer, Mark Driscoll, Tommy Tenney and John Glass.
  • Taylor has upset local residents by holding nightly “outpouring” meetings without planning permission. (1 Timothy 3/7)
  • Victory Church is operating illegally as they only have planning permission for one assembly meeting a week. (Romans 13/1-7)
  • There are reports that the residents of Victory Outreach UK are coerced into attending all the“outpouring” meetings and are suffering from abusive treatment. http://watchman4wales.blogspot.co.uk/2013/09/richard-taylor-andrew-parsons-self.html#comment-form
  • There are concerns from the medical profession about the alleged “healings” at Victory Church, none of which can be medically verified. http://www.itv.com/news/wales/update/2013-08-15/cwmbran-church-under-scrutiny-over-miracle-healings/)
  • Taylor and other leaders of VC insist that they are addressed as “Pastor” as a prefix to their names. Insistence on a title is worldly and unbiblical. The role always comes after the name biblically.
  • Taylor and Parsons titles and qualifications are suspect. http://bewareofthewolves.blogspot.co.uk/2013/09/call-no-man-your-father-matthew-239_9.html
  • Bethania Chapel in Dowlais, Merthyr Tydfil was acquired by Victory Church under very dubious circumstances. http://bewareofthewolves.blogspot.co.uk/2013/10/the-welsh-outpouring-open-letter-to.html
  • Taylor is quite happy to use the Druidic red dragon symbol on his twitter page and Wales For Christ promotion. This symbol is Satanic. (Revelation 12/3)
  • The pretentious exclusivism of Hope For Justice Charity Black and White Ball Fundraiser. http://bewareofthewolves.blogspot.co.uk/2013/11/victory-church-cwmbran-elitist-hope-for.html

RICHARD TAYLOR'S TBN APPEARANCE 31st OCTOBER 2013

Would a true minister of the Lord be proud to appear on the godless Word-Faith TBN channel?

TBN is a major promoter of heresy under the guise of Christianity. Paul and Jan Crouch, founders of TBN, have been associated with scandal after scandal for many years. Their tarnished reputation hardly bears thinking about. Apart from subscribing to the Word-faith prosperity doctrine, the “little gods”  heresy (explained on the link below) and numerous other heretical teachings, the financial dealings of TBN are shocking even by worldly standards.

The nepotism of the Crouches is legendary – their own family members control the boards of all TBN entities which makes them ineligible for membership of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability, an evangelical self-regulating group. In 2012, the Daily Mail reported that Paul and Jan Crouch were accused of misappropriating TBN's “charitable assets”  toward a $50 million jet, 13 mansions and a $100,000-mobile home for Jan Crouch's dogs! Paul and Jan Crouch have separate mansions
in a gated community on Newport Beach. Paul Crouch's
executive salary as president of TBN is $400,000 and Jan Crouch's
salary is $365,000.

TBN has absolutely no transparency about finances and no accountability. Wall Watchers (an organization that monitors the financial transparency of church ministries) gives TBN an 'F' for financial transparency and keeps them on its list of the 30 worst ministries (if the term “ministry” is even applicable). The latest scandal is that the Crouches own granddaughter Brittany Koper claims that she was fired by TBN after she reported “illegal financial schemes” - this case is currently pending.

Are the Crouches and TBN's money preachers Richard Taylor's role model? TBN is nothing more than a racket which has turned the temple of God into merchandise (Matthew 21/12; Mark 11/15;Luke 19/45; John 2/13). What Taylor and TBN do have in common is their false gospel, their secrecy about financial matters, their lack of accountability, their fake image and their dubious dealings.

Here is just a tiny sample of the sickening array of false prosperity
teachers that appear on TBN:

  • Proven False prophet Benny Hinn predicted that all the homosexuals in America would die by fire in the late 1990's. Hinn predicted that Jesus Christ would appear visibly on stage during his 2002 crusade in South America. Hinn is notorious for his false teaching that there are nine persons in the godhead and also the “little gods”  heresy. He doesn't take very kindly to criticism either! “I place a curse upon every man and every woman that will stretch his hand against this
anointing. ..... I curse that man who dares to speak a word against this ministry.”
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i-A51ltVq7I Perhaps Hinn should take note of what the Bible says about false teachers: But though we, or an angel from heaven, should preach unto you any gospel other than that which we preached unto you, let him be accursed. (Galatians 1/8)
  • Kenneth Copeland teaches that Jesus became a demonic being when he was crucified and had to go to hell and be born again. He teaches that Adam was an exact duplicate of God and he also teaches the “little gods” heresy. He says that Jesus Christ was not God during his earthly life.
  • Another false teacher who love titles is “Bishop TD Jakes”. Jakes denies the triune nature of God and supports the Oneness heresy i.e. one god having three manifestations, modes or roles (this heresy was originally taught by Sabellius and is known as Modalism).
  • Creflo Dollar whose surname is applicable to his false ministry is another “little gods” heresy teacher who says that Jesus Christ was not God during his earthly life. “Jesus didn't come as God, he came as a man, and he did not come perfect.”
  • Paul Crouch has publicly stated that anyone who tests the teaching of any ministers on his programs will go straight to hell!

And the LORD said to me: “The prophets are prophesying lies in my name. I did not send them, nor did I command them or speak to them. They are prophesying to you a lying vision, worthless divination, and the deceit of their own minds."  (Jeremiah 14/14)

JOEL OSTEEN'S PROMOTION OF VICTORY CHURCH

Is being promoted by Word-faith self esteem “preacher” Joel Osteen something that a true man of God would covet?

Osteen is a so called “preacher” who does not preach about sin, condemnation and judgement. He is a man who has denied that Jesus Christ is the way the truth and the life (John 14/6). Osteen says that there are “Many paths to Jesus”  in other words he promotes a false Christ. Osteen: “.......explaining the scriptures is not my gift.” !!!! Joel Osteen's ministry as a “preacher”  is an oxymoron if it is not his gift to explain the scriptures!   One might ask why he is even in this ministry if it is not his gift. Osteen studiously avoids causing offence to anyone, but the cross of Jesus Christ is an offence (Galatians 5/11). Paul the apostle: If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ. (Galatians 1/10) It is disgusting to watch Osteen procrastinate about the gospel of Jesus Christ in his interview with Larry King. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ihnGEV-q1gw  Joel Osteen's personal net worth is $40 million!

It is written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer,’ but you make it a den of robbers.” (Matthew 21/13; Jeremiah 7/11)

The Bible tells us that in the end times many people actually want to be deceived rather than believe the truth. They actually hate the real Jesus Christ of the Bible; ultimately and chillingly, God gives them over to the lie:

The coming of the lawless one is by the activity of Satan with all power and false signs and wonders, and with all wicked deception for those who are perishing, because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. Therefore God sends them a strong delusion, so that they may believe what is false, in order that all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness. (2 Thessalonians 2/9-11)

VICTORY CHURCH CWMBRAN ELITIST HOPE FOR JUSTICE CHARITY BLACK AND WHITE BALL

VICTORY CHURCH CWMBRAN SWANKY BLACK AND WHITE BALL AT £30 A TICKET IS AN INSULT TO POOR COMMUNITY

Is a black and white ball something that most members of Victory Church can relate to or participate in, or does it re-emphasise the elitist “them and us”, the “haves and have nots” situation which exists at Victory Church in Cwmbran? A black and white ball is no doubt quite alien to the many unemployed people that Taylor professes attend his church, the vulnerable VO UK residents and to most of the poverty stricken population of South Wales. The pretentious image that Taylor and Parsons portray to the world is far from inclusive, and like so many other things at Victory Church, completely fake as previously reported:

None of the alleged miracle “healings” at Victory Church can be medically verified.
 http://www.itv.com/news/wales/update/2013-08-15/cwmbran-church-under-scrutiny-over-miracle-healings/)

Taylor and Parsons titles and qualifications are suspect: Rev. Richard Taylor Dip Th, HNC bus management; Pastor Andrew Parsons BA(Hon)Th, Dip AdCM, DipPCB, DipPCEd, CG Cert Ed.
http://bewareofthewolves.blogspot.co.uk/2013/09/call-no-man-your-father-matthew-239_9.html

The equality of all believers should be a high priority of the true church. A model that flaunts the prosperity and position of the privileged few puts a wedge between rich and poor under the guise of a supposedly good cause. This is completely unacceptable. There are no second class citizens in the kingdom of God. Any so called “church”  that makes people feel like second class citizens should be avoided like the plague.

You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbour as yourself.” (Luke 10/27)

My brothers, show no partiality as you hold the faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory. For if a man wearing a gold ring and fine clothing comes into your assembly, and a poor man in shabby clothing also comes in, and if you pay attention to the one who wears the fine clothing and say, “You sit here in a good place,” while you say to the poor man, “You stand over there,” or, “Sit down at my feet,” have you not then made distinctions among yourselves and become judges with evil thoughts? Listen, my beloved brothers, has not God chosen those who are poor in the world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom, which he has promised to those who love him? But you have dishonoured the poor man. (James 2/1-6)

But if anyone has the world's goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God's love abide in him? (John 3/17)

And he (John the Baptist) answered them, “Whoever has two tunics is to share with him who has none, and whoever has food is to do likewise.” (Luke 3/11)

HOPE FOR JUSTICE

Hope For Justice are a so called “Christian” organisation involved with ecumenism, having links with “social gospel church” Willow Creek and the apostate Assemblies of God. Ben Cooley CEO of Hope for Justice has shared a platform with proven AOG false prophet Phil Pringle. Cooley also has the support of the pro-gay, double minded ecumenical Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby. https://twitter.com/BenCooley Cooley's tag line seems to be All that is required for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing.” a saying attributed to Edmund Burke. A worthy cause is admirable if that is what Cooley is really about; but with a Christ-less social gospel, Hope For Justice is at best little more than a worldly endeavour by do-gooders, and at worst is a deception straight from the pit of hell. The priority of the apostles of Jesus Christ was preaching the gospel: Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel! (1 Corinthians 9/16) All endeavours to do good follow this priority scripturally. There is not one word of scripture on the Hope For Justice website.

Hope For Justice boasts that since the charity was founded five years ago they have seen over 100 people rescued from human trafficking. This equates to about twenty people a year. In monetary terms, only 5% of the budget of Hope For Justice has effectively helped actual victims of human trafficking. One person saved from human trafficking is inestimable and I am not decrying the plight of these people; but my point is that this amount of money (approximately £600,000 annual budget) and manpower (fourteen employees) has produced tiny results in real terms, apart from their obvious success at marketing and raising money from swanky fund-raising events.

Hope for Justice claims to be “Christian” but publishes no specific details about what exactly they mean by “Christian” on their website. Neither do they publish any details about the salaries of the CEO or other members of staff. The outrageous salaries of CEO's of charitable organisations has been in the news very recently. On the 6th of August, the Telegraph reported that thirty charity CEO's were enjoying salaries of more than £100,000 a year. http://www.telegraph.co.uk Increasingly people are being warned not to give to charities who are not open about the salaries paid to their CEO's, and Hope For Justice is one such organisation.

Just like their friends at Willow Creek, social justice is high on the Hope For Justice agenda, but the guise of helping the poor and vulnerable is a classic ploy of the enemy at the expense of the gospel of Jesus Christ. The social justice movement are covertly pushing a radical political agenda that supports homosexual marriage and candidates that support abortion very often in the guise of “Christianity”.

In the Bible, only two people are called the “Son of Perdition”, Judas Iscariot and the final Antichrist who is yet to appear. Satan himself actually enters into both these men (Luke 22/3; John 13/27). Judas Iscariot, a major type of the Antichrist, was both a social justice advocate (supposedly) and the money man the Bible describes as a thief.

But Judas Iscariot, one of his disciples (he who was about to betray him), said,“Why was this ointment not sold for three hundred denarii and given to the poor?” He said this, not because he cared about the poor, but because he was a thief, and having charge of the moneybag he used to help himself to what was put into it. (John 12/4-6)  See also Zechariah 11/12-13; Matthew 26/15, 27/3-9.

The final Antichrist will perpetuate the greatest deception in history when he claims to be God (2 Thessalonians 2; 3-4). Like Judas Iscariot, he will be very concerned about social justice, but this will be a mask. In reality he will be the enemy of God and all genuine believers in Jesus Christ! Social justice is important of course and the terrible things that happen to victims of human trafficking are appalling, but here is the rub - beware of those promoting social justice in the name of Christianity at the expense of the true gospel of Jesus Christ.

Come out of her, my people, lest you take part in her sins, lest you share in her plagues.....” (Revelation 18/4)

UNHAPPY NEIGHBOURS AND RETROSPECTIVE PLANNING PERMISSIONS AT VICTORY CHURCH CWMBRAN - WELSH OUTPOURING ANTICS FOLLOW UP

Cllr Haynes Statement:

Following my article on Welsh Outpouring Concerns: http://eliora.hubpages.com/hub/THE-WELSH-OUTPOURING-VICTORY-CHURCH-CWMBRAN-RICHARD-TAYLOR-RIDING-ROUGHSHOD-OVER-LOCAL-RESIDENTS

Councillor Haynes has made the following statement on Facebook: Torfaen Matters on I believe the 26th of August 2013:

"Where to start...
There has recently been a very vitriolic blog posted on the www that told substantial lies about me and my family and some innocent constituents. I made contact with the blog writer. I told them about the lies they printed and gave them time to rectify, before pursuing through the courts. That blog has since been removed.
This issue revolves around a Church known as Victory Church within my ward. As you know, there seems to be an issue with some people and that church. People are entitled to their opinions on what happens there but I have no opinion on it. I do not attend, am not a member and am not interested in what goes on there other than the impact it has and any complaints raised from residents. That is as far as my interest goes.
So let’s get down to the allegations fired at me by the blog and others on TT.
1. Allegation that I am related to the Paul Haynes who is the gentleman who is no longer in a wheelchair. TRUTH - I know Paul well through him being a constituent. We are not related.
2. Allegation that I am related to Anita Barnard. TRUTH – I know Anita Barnard through being a constituent. She was also an active member of the Oppose the Prison action group that went on to form CGT.
3. Allegation that I breached the code of conduct by failing to declare an interest in so far that my sister & mother attend Victory Church, whilst dealing with resident complaints about Victory Church. TRUTH – Monitoring Officer confirms that no interest is declarable on an enforcement /regulatory issue that I will not make a decision on. I have done nothing wrong.
4. The Allegation that I removed the church from my FB profile. TRUTH-as you can imagine, the blog & lies told about me knocked me for six. I expect that in the political arena but for complete strangers and others to tell complete lies about me & my family is just not on. I removed myself from ALL FB groups except my own ward group. I even left my own families groups. Also, I did not have Victory Church on my FB to begin with. I had Unite@Victory which is a Friday group within the church. Yes I removed it but I removed myself from every group I belonged too, even the sell it/swap it sites and TM!
5. The Allegation that I attend Victory Church. TRUTH-I do not/have not attend Victory Church. I do not attend any church. I was brought up in the Methodist Church and have strong morals and try to follow a Christian life but I do not attend any church and have not since I was a teenager (and that’s a long time ago!)
6. The veiled allegation that I have not done my job properly in relation to complaints raised. You will now see that since 2010 I have logged and had enforced a number of complaints made against Victory Church......

Change of Use to a church - Change of use planning permission was sought retrospectively in 2010 (ref. 10/P/00424) after I reported that breach to Planning Enforcement. The application was submitted on 17 August 2010 and approved using officer delegated powers on 3 February 2011. The permission granted is for “offices & storage and charity headquarters/weekly assembly meetings and use for restoration of furniture”. There are no restrictions on the hours of operation. These decisions were made by planning Officers. I had no input or say in this.

Café - The café was retrospectively registered with the environmental health team in May 2012 after I reported it after receiving a complaint. The Café currently has no planning consent and is subject to enforcement (that I also reported several months ago after receiving a complaint).

Car Wash - The car wash planning permission was sought retrospectively in 2011(ref.11/P/00617) after I reported it after receiving a complaint. The application was submitted on 22 November 2011 and approved using officer delegated powers on 7 March 2013.

TREES – Complainant reported that the church was cutting down their own trees around the fence. I reported this in 2012. Officers investigated and none had Tree Preservation Orders on them so no action was taken. Officer stated that “Private landowners have responsibility for their own trees”.

Signage - Signage does not currently have any approval and is also subject of current planning enforcement investigation (ref.13/ENF/193) that I reported. There was previously more signage than currently exists but Neighbourhood Services have already acted on this issue insofar as it relates to highway land, after a previous complaint I logged with them in 2012.

DRINKING/DRUGS – complaints of drinking & drugs were reported to me & the Police who have investigated on each occasion. The police have confirmed to me that to date the complaints received have not brought forward any evidence to back up the complaints."

This is my response to the above statement by Cllr Haynes:

My article was temporarily suspended due to pixelated images which I have removed. There is no other reason why it was taken down despite much speculation and premature glee from certain parties.

The reason I wrote the article Welsh Outpouring Concerns was not because I have a particular axe to grind against Cllr Haynes; in fact I had never even heard of Cllr Haynes before writing the article. My concerns are about the Welsh Outpouring as it has become known, and its detrimental effect on many people in various different ways, both locally in Cwmbran and further afield. Previously I have written that the theology of Richard Taylor and his team is unbiblical and that none of the so called healings which have taken place can be verified medically.

There are also concerns that the ex-prisoners under the care of Victory Outreach UK are under the influence of the cultish behaviour of the leaders of Victory Church. These ex-prisoners are obligated to attend the nightly meetings and are subjected to hours and hours of mind control techniques and false teaching. In Welsh Outpouring Concerns, I outlined the effect that the Welsh Outpouring at Victory Church was having on the local residents of Greenforge Way in Cwmbran and their struggle against repeated retrospective planning permissions, as well as traffic problems, noise issues, unsocial behaviour etc. It seems to me that no one’s rights are respected by the leadership of Victory Church in their quest to bring the Trojan horse of false Christianity to Wales and beyond.

In Welsh Outpouring Concerns, I wrote that I believed that Clllr Haynes had breached the Councillors code of conduct due to her close connections with Victory Church and her involvement representing local residents over planning permissions. Cllr Haynes objected to this and said she would take legal action unless I withdrew it. I have now withdrawn that accusation. However I do think that it is very odd that Cllr Haynes should represent local residents over planning permissions and also promote Unite@Victory on her Facebook page. Also it is indisputable that she has close relatives and Facebook friends attending Victory Church. Anyway the Cllr has liaised with her legal team at Torfaen Council and she assures me that this does not constitute a breach. This has surprised me as it does seem inconsistent that Cllr Haynes should represent one party and also promote regular meetings being held at the premises of the other! It certainly does not seem right to me.

One comment from a local resident is that Victory Church seem to be "above the law" in that they repeatedly apply for and are granted planning permission retrospectively. The Telegraph have recently published an article and short video entitled: “Planning Approval Tricks of the Trade” which makes interesting reading/watching (note the comment at the end made by Mrs Trellis): http://www.telegraph.co.uk/comment/9923195/CPREs-Neil-Sinden-Councillors-buying-and-sellling-planning-permissions-seriously-undermines-public-confidence-in-the-system.html

I have never stated that Cllr Haynes attends Victory Church personally, only that her mother, her sister and her Facebook friends Anita Barnard and Paul Haynes attend and that she promoted Unite@Victory on her Facebook page.

I was wrongly informed that Paul Haynes, the man who was supposedly “healed” was a relative of Cllr Haynes. Paul Haynes is no relation - this was a genuine mistake on my part and I have removed this. Incidentally, there is no medical evidence to support the “healing” of Paul Haynes.

Cllr Haynes insists that she is not personal friends with Paul Haynes or Anita Barnard; the reason they are on her Facebook page she says is that they are constituents living in her ward.

The above changes were made after the Cllr contacted me threatening me with the might of Torfaen Council's legal expertise which I am sure I am no match for. Otherwise the article remains much the same as it originally was. I am at a loss to understand how this constitutes "substantial lies".

Further Note

Cllr Haynes writes above concerning Change of Use To A Church :"The permission granted is for offices & storage and charity headquarters/weekly assembly meetings and use for restoration of furniture”. Here we have yet another anomaly. I have counted nine meetings a week in total being held at Victory Church. If Taylor has not been granted permission to hold "assembly meetings" more than weekly (i.e. once a week), then why are Torfaen Council allowing him to continue, especially in light of the residents complaints and the other concerns mentioned?

The outpouring is taking place Monday-Thursday & Saturdays at 7pm. http://www.victorychurch.co.uk/questions-answered

FURTHER UPDATE 10/09/2013

"Pastor Richard" as he likes to call himself, has announced that the "outpouring meetings" will shortly be reduced to two nights a week - Wednesday and Saturday evenings from next week. Victory Church will also be launching a Sunday evening service at the end of this month. Taylor previously stated: "We were told by God that if we showed up, then He would show up." Taylor's previous enthusiasm seems to have fizzled out and he does not want to "flog a dead horse"!

Taylor does not have planning permission to meet more than once a week so he is still operating outside of the law. Perhaps Cllr Haynes could point this out to him! I doubt that we know the real reasons for this change to two nights a week, but it can only be good news for the local residents and the rest of the world in general.

THE WELSH OUTPOURING: AN OPEN LETTER TO RICHARD TAYLOR, ANDREW PARSONS AND RICHARD SHEPPARD REGARDING THE ACQUISITION OF BETHANIA CHAPEL MERTHYR TYDFIL BY VICTORY CHURCH CWMBRAN

A comment has been posted by a named person on a previous blog regarding the recent history of Bethania Chapel in Merthyr Tydfil.

Bethania Chapel was bought in 1999 by Bethania fellowship with money provided by Woodlands Trust, a charity owned by Richard Sheppard. Bethania Fellowship carried out major repairs to the church, also building a new toilet block and baptismal pool, work which cost them tens of thousands of pounds. During this time they were repaying the money back to the charity. They were also paying the buildings insurance, a policy arranged by Mr.Sheppard for 'owners' of a building. About three years ago, Mr Sheppard said he wanted to sell the building and told the fellowship that the money they had been paying to the charity had been 'rent' not repayment, even though there had never been a rent agreement drawn up. Bethania fellowship had the building valued by two local estate agents and offered Mr Sheppard the valuation price . But he told the fellowship he wanted them to pay him at least double the price quoted by the estate agents, even though they had worked so hard on the building and put a lot of money into it. It became obvious that he didn't want Bethania fellowship to have the building, so they had to leave the church.”

It is a known fact that Bethania Chapel was in use from 1999 in contradiction to a false statement made by Victory Church that Bethania Chapel was disused for many years. “After so many years of disuse it was a blessing to see this building re-opened…….” http://www.victorychurch.co.uk/victory-church-2012-review

In an article written by local historian David Edward Pike, it is claimed that the chapel was bought in 1999 by Bethania Fellowship and that they reluctantly had to give up the building in March 2012.

The buildings insurance was a policy arranged by Richard Sheppard for "owners" of a building; the contradiction being that they were told that they had only been renting the building and were constrained to leave.

It is the responsibility of all true Christians and ministers of the Lord to be open and honest about everything they do, particularly when there are unanswered questions which throw doubt on the integrity of church leaders.

The original understanding between Bethania Fellowship and Richard Sheppard (who I am told is a "Christian" businessman) is a matter of much speculation and concern.  This subject does need to be clarified for the sake of all who are questioning the way in which Victory Church acquired the use of Bethania Chapel in March of 2012.
