Victory Outreach in Arnhem has testimonies and a reputation for all kinds of abuse and financial misconduct. Thankfully Victory Outreach in Arnhem Netherlands which was run by 'Pastor' Wilfred Dijksteel has now closed. The work of Victory Outreach began in the Netherlands in 1985 when a team from the US was sent to start a church in Amsterdam. From there new churches were founded in cities like Rotterdam, Utrecht, The Hague, Arnhem, Alkmaar, Almere and Heerlen. A total of 3,300 people in the Netherlands joined the church.

"De Victory Outreach in Arnhem was finally cancelled because of so called scams homies (residents). Dat are the groups who come for help, but meanwhile bedrogen (cheated). De VO Arnhem never paid including health insurance, which resulted in skyrocketing medical bills from the homie itself must betalen (pay).Er applications were made with fake signatures, such as benefit instanties. De home / Victory Outreach put that money in their own pockets and let the homies get burned because they have to pay it all back which never! they receive Same with psychological assistance grant ... they never got because one must pray and read the Bible as it was with something. Victory Outreach Arnhem put homies practically naked on the street if they even made the smallest (in their eyes) mistake. Their properties were given as half and the rest was gone / sold! Victory Outreach (Arnhem) has nothing good with people in mind! Everything's own interest as owning four houses and a church, three cars, long-distance travel to so called conferences, charities, etc. .. etc. .. etc!! Victory Outreach CHURCH IS A SECT but those people with addiction problems confronted by terrible with them in their churches debt / mistakes / errors etc lets say for microphones . One is ashamed blankly and does not hold because everyone is in their inner your curse / blame / disapprove!! No sign of sympathy or help you, get absolutely nothing! The homies are REQUIRED to take to the streets around doors, markets, supermarkets, plazas with flyers and speak that Jesus is there and that they MUST come to their services to EVERYONE for the punishment of God come out differently over them!! And that MUST homie say! ! The homie is just one day in the home and be there for them when confronted his breath still smells of alcohol, his eyes in every direction and tolls only on the legs can stand! Contact with family?? NO WAY WHICH ARE PAGAN ... THERE YOU SHOULD REMAIN AWAY!! If there are collected in the church is small and you get money out of your pockets then get there snarled the pastor crackling EURO NOTES TO HEAR .... NO MONEY FOR YOU? THEN YOU MUST SIGN AN AUTHORIZATION WHERE THE VICTORY OUTREACH TO THEM HOME TIPP-EX WITH YOUR RATE OF CHANGE IN 5 EURO 25 EURO!! Since it does not come back because bank records are held back or thrown away!!  THAT IS THE VICTORY OUTREACH!!! NOT CHURCH BUT A SECT AS WOLVES IN SHEEP CLOTHES LIFE ...."

"Also the VO Cult no longer exists in Arnhem and everyone has left the cult. They have not paid their rent and as a result they were kicked out of their VO home and have fled to Germany. The pastor is suffering from a psychiatric condition and he is suffering from mental torture, but physically there is nothing that can be discovered. He is suffering great pain. Their children have gone off the rails. One works in a coffee shop and is stoned and drunk, the other was placed in a psychiatric institution."

I have now also received the testimony of Dennis Willekes, another ex resident of Victory Outreach Arnhem as follows:

"In 2009 I came in the Foundation “the Home Arnhem”, belonging to the Victory Outreach. Our payment went to the bank account of “the Home Arnhem". From that payment,they held 450,- Euro for accommodation etc. They should pay from the payment every month the Health Insurance, but they never did that! They kept that money for themselves. That went on for about 18 months. When I asked for an explain I never got a clear answer. I got more then 2000,- Euro of debt. I got 3000,- Euro back from the Tax Authorities and The Home Arnhem promised to pay my fines that I have. But after a few months the police told me that they never were paid! They promised also to pay 700,- Euro for the Health Insurance from that tax money I got back,but again it disappeared in their own wallets!!  I know that there worked a woman at the office of the Home who told me that she must often fill in reports that where not true and transactions that were wrong!! The Foundation the Home Arnhem declared the money from me at the (tax) authorities which they had already in their wallets again, so now I have to pay that too!"

I have decided to re-publish the comments that were removed by Adam Simmonds PCC Northamptonshire back in February in a most underhand and ? illegal way in his attempt to suppress free expression and exposure of TLC’s unbiblical agenda. The only proviso I would add to the original post is that the comments below are people’s experiences and views about Trinity Life Church as they relate to Biblical Christianity. I do exhort people to test TLC by the biblical criteria they profess (1 John 4/1).

Treena – You raise some serious questions yet I doubt you will get positive answers from the church leaders there. Like you say questioning their theocracy leads only one direction. May I read from this that you are no longer at TLC? And what of the senior elders above this local leadership team, do AOG church officials condone these actions? Have they nothing to say regarding this effort to acquire funding?
From my own experience of this model for church it only leads into ‘cultism’ and the heavy shepherding of the flock by leaders who view dissenting and correcting voices as threats to their ‘authority. Yet even Peter was publicly rebuked by Paul (over compromising with the Jews)and later he wrote that though what Paul said was difficult to receive it was nevertheless true. This situation in present church leadership reminds me so much of the prophets who tickled each others ears with supposed prophecy whilst the leader Hananiah(?) dramatical grabbed the horns of the altar declaring victory. When Jeremiah spoke the true word from the Lord he earned a swift rebuke and slap on the face from the ‘prophet’ who claimed he had more of the anointing and the spirit of God than Jeremiah. They put Jeremiah down and put him out, but his true prophecy stood time and testing. I remember well watching the leaders of All Nations dancing on stage in Lakeland, Florida with Todd Bentley a few years ago, yet not one of these apostles or prophets seemed to know or care of Bentleys failings and less than a month later Todd was exposed. Didn’t these prophets perceive it? King David couldn’t hide from the word of God as he was exposed over Bathsheba by Nathan. Perhaps this city will have other voices who continue standing by the roadside and calling out? They went for ‘catching the anointing by association, receiving an impartation of the glory’ quote from Ian Rossel before he flew. How have All Nations, TLC prospered since?

As I read the Gospels I am constantly challenged on my personal walk of faith and being willing to allow God to address issues in my life. Working out your salvation with fear and trembling is hard because we get offended when Jesus puts His finger on something and we don’t want to give it up or allow God to change us. The rich young man went away very sad of course, and when Jesus spoke of eating His flesh and drinking his blood, many turned away offended at his teaching. The disciples had to come to the decision to follow Jesus because, “you have the Words of Eternal Life, where else do we go?”… back into the world perhaps with the comfort of soothing hyper-worship, non-threatening seeker friendly sermons, paying tithes to buy another week of blessings?

Narrow is the way Treena and few there are that find it but I am glad that you constantly signpost the way for people to follow. Blessings, Andy T

Dear Andy T. Thank you for your comment. I left TLC some years ago, not long after David Hind was appointed for obvious reasons. Many wise people have left TLC. I once respected the previous pastor Brian Niblock, but he is up to his neck in it with them. I moved on to Holy Trinity which was a terrible mistake but I have learned a lot. Thank you very much for your encouragement – I do believe that it is right to bring these things out into the light and hopefully others will take heed. God bless you

Treena, again I have to agree with much of what you say. I had the dubious honour of meeting David Hind a couple of times as a fellow pastor and found him to be a dangerous and quite frankly cultish leader.

I could see where he was heading a number years ago and the way he was appointed is quite frankly wrong on so many levels.

I worry for TLC and the many hundreds who are being led astray by these leadership team, dont even get me started on the whole area of employing family etc.

TLC is one of the worst churches here, but they are all in a terrible place with the Lord – and so arrogant. The leaders won’t repent even if proven to be unbiblical! TLC used to be a good church years ago – it is such a shame.

yes he was, front row on the left of the stage, he had to move his chair when the ‘ministry’ time started at the end. Slouched and chewed gum through the whole time!? On stage sitting near choir were Ian Rossol, a ‘Bishop’ Lupiya and an asian businessman who co-ordinated event, sorry don’t know name, worship lead by mixed choir and worship leader from All Nations.

the event was a near washout, Benny was late having driven up from London, the worship was constantly interrupted by Hinn associate pleading for people to fill out some donation card or to give updates on whereabouts of Benny. Why was he not already in Leicester? I sat upstairs behind group of young teen girls who bounced up and down one minute and then rolled around the floor growling the next? No ministry came to them, some woman just patted one girl on the back and left them to it?

Hinn spoke on the Holy Spirit, some dubious comments from my view…certainly the disciples needed the power of the Holy Spirit to stand and be a witness for Jesus hence pentecost but some of the other stuff about Jesus lacking power, people not believing and the gospel not affecting people prior to the Acts 2 made me uncomfortable. A call to receive the baptism or a fresh anointing of the Holy Spirit followed. The prayer for healing was a general thing and certain people went on stage to say they had been healed of bad legs? pain in stomach and one woman seemed to be manifesting demonically but no one knew who she was or if she came with any church and in my opinion it looked like an act of desperation from a clearly troubled person.

Still lots of smiling faces exited anticipating the promised return of Benny Hinn in the future…, the £10 I paid for the ticket provided me an opportunity to see in the flesh what I see on the TV but I came away thinking it so much hype and the ‘miracles’ left for another time…count me out.

DIVISIVE AND DANGEROUS: MIKE BREEN'S 3DM HUDDLES AKA MISSIONAL COMMUNITIES!

This is a follow up to my previous posts about 3DM. It has been written following concerning reports recently brought to my attention from within the UK which I hope to expand upon at a later date.

For the record, Mike Breen has re-named his infamous “huddles” - they are now called “Missional Communities.” http://missionalcommunitiesblog.com/ The 3DM website has also changed: http://3dmovements.com/

3DM and The Order of Mission (TOM) were developed by Breen on the back of the nefarious Nine O Clock Service in Sheffield. TOM is based upon Roman Catholic monasticism, a dubious movement which came out of the Dark Ages, having influences from Buddhism, Hinduism and Jainism. It is very telling that so many church leaders find it useful to go back to the Dark Ages rather than to the apostolic period and the early church. How perverse to put geometric shapes (lifeshapes) combined with Roman Catholic monasticism ahead of the Gospel of Jesus Christ as if these things can somehow improve on God's word.

The Church of England endorse 3DM. Perhaps the uninformed are impressed by this endorsement, but what credibility does the CofE have? They are apostates, blighted by false doctrines and tainted by ecumenism and compromise through and through. They are blind guides who are leading their followers to Babylon.

Breen describes “huddles” AKA “Missional Communities” as a discipleship vehicles, the aim being accountability.

For all of his rhetoric about accountability, this is something that seems to be distinctly wanting in Breen's own life. His so called “apostolic” position as “Senior Guardian” of TOM has continued for a period of eleven years since April 6th 2003, and not the six years specified on the Order of Mission website. Breen claims to be accountable to the Visitors of the Order, the Council (the Guardians of the Order) and the Chapter itself, but the anomoly is that he says that he also seeks to be accountable to a monk at a local Benedictine Abbey!

Apostles do not exist in the church in the sense of the New Testament apostles.  The New Testament refers to the "apostles teaching" (Acts 2/42);  in other words THE original apostles had the authority to define doctrine. No one can put themselves in that position in the church since doctrine has already been defined.  "Apostles" exist in a lesser role as church planters, but they should always be accountable.  Breen says that he is at the top of the “totem pole” and that he has no peers! Totem poles are associated with Shamanism and the occult – this is certainly not an expression one would associate with a Christian ministry!  In any event to describe oneself as an APOSTLE and put oneself at the top of anything as a disciple of Jesus Christ is pure arrogance. Jesus Christ made himself nothing; Paul said he was the least of the apostles etc. (Philippians 2/7; 1 Corinthians 15/9)

I have to say that although I view Mike Breen as an out and out wolf in sheep's clothing, the blame for the devastation experienced by the churches who have incorporated 3DM must lie to a significant extent with the so called ministers (hirelings) who give a platform to false teachings. Without the hirelings, people like Mike Breen would not be able to peddle their teachings.

The terms false prophets and false teachers are interchangeable in the New Testament (2 Timothy 3/1-5). Jeremiah 23 is a polemic against the false prophets of his time. God holds the shepherds (pastors) responsible for giving a platform to false teachers/prophets:

An appalling and horrible thing has happened in the land:
the prophets prophesy falsely, 

and the priests rule at their direction;

my people love to have it so,
but what will you do when the end comes? (Jeremiah 5/30-31)

“Woe to the shepherds (pastors) who destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture!” declares the LORD. Therefore thus says the LORD, the God of Israel, concerning the shepherds who care for my people: “You have scattered my flock and have driven them away, and you have not attended to them. Behold, I will attend to you for your evil deeds, declares the LORD. (Jeremiah 23/1-2)

The role of a shepherd is to feed the flock of God with the Word of God and to protect them from the wolves. As in Jeremiah's time, these days many “pastors” do the diametric opposite and feed the sheep to the wolves!

The secrecy surrounding the implementation of 3DM within many churches is very ominous. 3DM is often introduced insidiously via “Leader Huddles” often with little or no reference to church members, so that secret elitist groups come to exist, often leaving bewildered congregations feeling excluded and betrayed. THE APOSTOLIC PATTERN

3DM exclusive “huddles/Missional Communities” make a complete mockery of Jesus Christ's high priestly prayer: Holy Father, keep them in your name, which you have given me, that they may be one, even as we are one. (John 17/22)

The very unity of the spirit that Jesus Christ prayed about in John 17 is negated by 3DM which creates “huddles” by invitation only for so called “people of peace” thus creating cliches of spiritually superior people. 3DM becomes the raison d’être and replaces the gospel of Jesus Christ. The thing that replaces the word is rooted in the spirit of antichrist, it is a pseudologon.

There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call— (Ephesians 4/4)

The tabernacle was built according to the pattern that God gave to Moses (Exodus 25/9,40; 26/30 etc.) Similarly the church is built upon Jesus Christ and the apostles i.e. the God given pattern - not the pattern of any man. When God gives the pattern, it is pure arrogance if any man thinks that he can do any better.

Brothers, join in imitating me, and keep your eyes on those who walk according to the example (the pattern) you have in us. (Philippians 3/17)

THE 3DM PERSON OF PEACE:

“Moving towards discipleship community with 3DM's process begins with the senior pastor picking up to a dozen 'persons of peace' and inviting them into a regular huddle. Persons of peace are people whose hearts have been prepared by the Spirit to hear the invitation and challenge to deeper personal discipleship.” http://godsfaintpath.com/3dm-taster

“The 'person of peace' is someone who is open to spiritual conversations and going deeper spiritually.”

“The 'person of peace' is the one who God has prepared in advance for you to advance the Kingdom.”

“If someone is not a 'person of peace,' then we entrust them to God and (move?) to someone else so that we can invest in the one(s) God has prepared for us.” The assumption is that God prepares people for us! –---- God prepares people for himself surely?

The implication of the above is that if you are not open to 3DM then you are spiritually defective; God is not working in your life and that you are not worth bothering with.

3DM is a highly manipulative appeal to pride as a tool to ensnare people into believing that they are spiritually superior to the other sad specimens in the church. They are in effect saying: “We are ready to progress to a higher level because we are the special ones God has chosen to prepare and are worthy to have the sought after designation of 'a person of peace' and to be part of 3DM.”  Others are denigraded as “not yet ready” and “not a person of peace”. This kind of inverted snobbery comes straight from the pit of hell.

THE SON OF PEACE IN BIBLICAL CONTEXT

Jesus Sends Out the Twelve Apostles

These twelve Jesus sent out, instructing them, “Go nowhere among the Gentiles and enter no town of the Samaritans, but go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. And proclaim (Greek κηρύσσετε) as you go, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse lepers, cast out demons. You received without paying; give without pay. Acquire no gold or silver or copper for your belts, no bag for your journey, or two tunicsd or sandals or a staff, for the laborer deserves his food. And whatever town or village you enter, find out who is worthy in it and stay there until you depart. As you enter the house, greet it. And if the house is worthy, let your peace come upon it, but if it is not worthy, let your peace return to you. And if anyone will not receive you or listen to your words, shake off the dust from your feet when you leave that house or town. Truly, I say to you, it will be more bearable on the day of judgment for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah than for that town. (Matthew 10/5-15; Luke 10/9)

The twelve were to go to the Jews only i.e. “the lost sheep of the house of Israel.” Their greeting (accompanied by signs) was the same message preached by John the Baptist and Jesus Christ: Repent for the the kingdom of heaven is at hand. (Matthew 3/2; 4/17)

In Luke 10//1-12 the seventy two were instructed to first salute the inhabitants with the colloquial form of greeting “Peace be to this house” (1 Samuel 25/6). Notice also that it was directed towards households.

This was a proclamation directing the Jewish people to repent - it was not an invitation!

The times of ignorance God overlooked, but now he commands (Greek παραγγέλλει)  all people everywhere to repent.....(Acts 17/30)  κηρύσσω and ἀπαγγέλλω are much stronger words than invite. The ESV translates παραγγέλλει "command" – it is to proclaim declare announce direct.  παραγγέλλει is also used in Mark 8/6: And he directed the crowd to sit down.  By using this passage Breen has twisted and demeaned the message of repentance and the nearness of the Kingdom to a pathetic invitation to join an unholy “huddle”. 3DM is not directed towards those outside the Kingdom who need to hear the message of repentance. 3DM is "an invitation to a deeper personal discipleship” directed towards scripturally ignorant Christians with the aim of interpreting the Bible through the prism of geometric shapes whilst incorporating unbiblical oaths and vows!  This has absolutely nothing in common with sending out the twelve/seventy two!  Breen is an eisegate.

KAIROS

There are 86 occurrences of kairos in the New Testament, none of which are connected to subjective personal revelation relevant only to the individual. Breen has over-spirituaized kairos and tagged on the word “moment” hence:

Instead of kairos being objective it becomes a personal “learning situation” based on subjective experiential revelation which is then transposed into the “kairos learning circle”.

Breen's kairos becomes experiential revelation at an isolated moment in time relating personally to the individual. Biblical kairos is multi faceted and refers to an event or period of time accompanied by other events or signs within a certain context pointing to objective truth and relevant to many. This is not to say that the Holy Spirit does not reveal things to individuals, it is to dispute the validity of reducing the use of kairos with moment tagged on as a formulaic tool for individual repentance and faith.

For instance:

And behold, they cried out, “What have you to do with us, O Son of God? Have you come here to torment us before the time?” (Matthew 8/29) This refers to the future time of judgement.

At that time Jesus declared, “I thank you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that you have hidden these things from the wise and understanding and revealed them to little children; (Matthew 11/25)
For the full context one has to read the chapter from verse 20– it refers to the unrepentant cities and the revelation of Jesus Christ as the Messiah to babes (νηπίοις).

a. universally, a fixed and definite time
b. opportune or seasonable time
c. the right time
d. a (limited) period of time
e. as often in Greek writings, and like the Latintempus, καιρός; is equivalent to what time brings, the state of the times, the things and events of time:

PEACE

The Bible tells us: “.....be eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.” (Ephesians 4/3)

How ironic that 3DM uses peace in order to bring the very opposite of what Christ intended i.e. disunity and division!

But I am afraid that as the serpent deceived Eve by his cunning, your thoughts will be led astray from a sincere and pure devotion to Christ. (2 Corinthians 11/3)

.....my speech and my message were not in plausible words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, so that your faith might not rest in the wisdom of men but in the power of God. (1 Corinthians 2:1-4-5)

Apart from being very badly written and dislocated, the article below contains some very questionable values and statements which are attached to 3DM.

“Invite into your huddle the persons of peace in your life and those who are willing to do what you ask them to do.” Those who are willing to do what YOU ask them to do!!!

“The written Word helps us understand the living Word.” The written word (scripture) IS the living Word!!!

I would suggest that Mike Breen himself is not “a person of peace” as the phrase is biblically defined!  I would also suggest that we re-focus Breen's rejection of others back onto to himself and brush the dust off our feet. i.e. reject 3DM for the spiritual claptrap that it is and move forward with Jesus Christ as a true disciple of His.

THE DESPICABLE ABUSERS WHO RUN VICTORY OUTREACH IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST!

As many people know, I have been writing about the dubious practices and the alleged abuse at Victory Church and Victory Outreach in the UK.  It soon became clear to me during my research that the abuse was not limited to VO UK.  Though they are not connected, the whole set up of VO UK and VO International must surely be a matter of very grave concern as so many horror stories are emerging internationally. Many of the homes are run by what can only be described as despicable crooks who abuse vulnerable adults in the name of Jesus Christ. A dear man named René Van Beek has contacted me with his experience at Victory Outreach at Arnhem in the Netherlands. René almost lost his life at the hands of these abusers and has been left with brain damage after a vicious attack. I have not altered René's testimony as he wants to publicise it in his own words as follows:

"Since the age of 14, I am an alcoholic.

I was practical drunk every single day and at work, driving and everything else I had always beer or rum in my jackets and car.

After several divorces and losing jobs, I decided to stop for once and for all and searched for help. It was difficult to find a clinic because of the long waiting lists.

April 15th 2009:

Then one day I found a place on the internet: Victory Outreach in Arnhem the Netherlands. ONE BIG FAMILY was standing on the walls etc… everywhere!!

It looked good on the site because of the testimony’s and that it was run by Christians.

They had their own Pastor and Church. Also there was a house to live in and you could work on yourself with help from them and their staff.

When I had a quick intake they let my sign for several things.

I was drunk that day and didn’t understand what I was signing for.

They told me that I had to give all my bank accounts, ID card, social security number and everything I had about my health insurance. They wanted that because (so they said) they would take care of it from that day on.

I had to give all of my cigarettes & lighters because smoking was not aloud any more…not inside or outside the Victory Outreach! Damn,that was the only thing I had left that gave me a good feeling..that was history…

That house where I’ve stayed was terrible!

On every wall hung messages about what you don’t might do any more. Every day the same things…start with Bible reading & praying…

I didn’t understand a thing from what the text in the Bible meant, so I got 'help' from the Pastor and DRUGS ABUSERS!!! 

That made it even more complicated of course so I asked my questions the days since then at members from the Victory Outreach, who I saw several times a week.

6 Times in a week I got Bible study’s and there was church on Wednesday & Friday evening and Sunday the whole day!

3-4 Times in a week I had to bring flyers around the entire city, standing on markets & events and telling people that they must come to their church and tell that Jesus & God are good for them etc etc…

If the people asked me a question I collapsed!! I didn’t know any answers…I was not a teacher or talker…I was an alcoholic who was fighting to stay away from all the places where was alcohol right in front of me!!! That was no good way to work on my problem of course!

Well,that went on and on for many months. 

Everything I did was wrong in their eyes…from SATAN… I was still a Satanic person was there opinion!

I had to read 24 hours a day, 7 days a week the Bible. If I had a question I didn’t got answers…I had to pray for answers…that was all they could say. 

I wanted to talk with a psychiater…they had to do that from the doctor I had. Finally, after months there came one for me.

That was very fine & good for me…finally someone who listened and gave answers where I was looking for. But…but he came only once a month for 45 minutes.Not enough of course.

I had learned myself to put my questions on paper and looked for answers on the Internet.Lucky enough I could use sometimes the pc.

Well, that went on till February 13 – 2014.

I moved to the Re-Entry. That was the place where you came before you could go to the 'normal world'.

In that Re-Entry house I had a room near another guy.

The Pastor & his wife told me he was recovered from his drug abuse.

The Home & Re-Entry houses were for men only…so no women allowed. The very 1st night I was there I heared very clearly a woman’s voice in the room of that ex-homie (resident) which name was Remi. They were ****ing there almost every night.

I told the Pastors wife Elia Dijksteel this and all she said was 'you must have heard the radio or tv in his room!' 

The only woman who was allowed was a sister from the Victory Outreach for teaching Remi about the Bible…

Yeah right…I am not crazy!!

I didn’t know what Bible they’ve read, but certainly not the right one!

On a day in that Re-Entry, Remi called me in his room if I wanted to look at something…I turned around and it was 3 weeks later when I opened my eyes!!I was in a hospital bed with all kinds of wires & machines inside & around me…

The doctor said I felled from the stairs,an accident happened.

I had a brain damage because of that…

After a while when I was back in that Re-Entry a guy from the Home told me that it was a big huge lie from the Pastor,his wife & Remi… He had seen that the room of Remi was bloody all over the place…my blood!!! Remi had attacked me from behind and hit me with a heavy peace of metal or a bottle!!!

He trapped me on my head and when he thought I was dead he threw me of the stair to make it look like an accident!!

I couldn’t live anymore the way I used to because of my brain damage. My left site of my body was not functioning correct, the sight in my left eye was 50% less, my smell,my taste, my feelings of moving were 40% less,my concentration was gone…if I read, see or hear anything it was gone the next second and I couldn’t remember anymore…

I couldn’t feel the difference anymore about happiness>anxiety>anger>pain>good or bad etc…etc… December 12th 2012… I am back on the streets with only a plastic bag filled with cans of beer and packages of tobacco.

I had run away from that Satanic SECT and their evil.

Where the hell was I??? Was it a long bad dream I had??

Was I in the HELL for 3 years?? YES I WAS!!!!

What else could it be???

It was February 2013…I was sitting at a bus stop in Putten.

I heard a city bus breaking,the doors opened and a voice said: 'René what are you doing here man?' That was my brother in law!!!

THANK YOU GOD!!!!!

MY TRUE FAMILY FOUND ME!!!!

That day my real brothers & sisters started to look the whole day for a good place to stay for me…and they’ve found it!!

Pro Persona Wolfheze (Mental Hospital) was it called.

I signed in after a very clear and understandable intake.

Oh my God…I was so so HAPPY!!!! I ONCE WAS LOST BUT NOW I WAS REALLY FOUND!!!

That happiness flew away after a few weeks… 

After registering in the data-banks they found out that I had very very huge guilt by several organisations.

The 3 weeks hospital costs me 48.000 Euro…

A false made registered income costs me 45.000 Euro…

Several other bills costs me 9.000 Euro…

What happened?

Victory Outreach Arnhem had never paid for my insurances but put the money in their own pockets so I wasn’t insured the whole time at all!!!

They made a false report for incomes on my name with false signatures of me by the computer on Internet and putted that money in that same pockets!!

I now must pay all that bills by the Guilt-Help-Bank.

That will take over more then 3 years…just enough money I have every week for tobacco..and that’s it! No more an ice cream or a day to the zoo or whatever…no more to my family by train or bus…no more of everything…

I went to the police a month ago and they go figure out what they can do. The International Police is helping too, because the Family Dijksteel has run away from Arnhem, left their 4 houses & 'church' and are maybe in Kleve, a place in Germany…maybe they started there somewhere again with the business they had in Arnhem called “MULTI MEDIA” or “FREE MEDIA”(or something like that). I can’t remember.* If they started another VICTORY OUTREACH or a similar kind of 'church & homes'. *(Added later) The name of the business Wilfred Dijksteel have is called 'DRUKMEDIA' He makes DVD's & CD's...Flyers etc...

Is Victory Outreach a SECT? YES!!! 

Everyone who is reading, hearing or whatever this testimony of me, PLEASE, if you love living,don’t die then to go to any Victory Outreach where ever in the whole world!!

Complaint against the Northamptonshire Police & Crime Commissioner

I wrote to you on 16th April 2014 to advise that the Monitoring Officer of Northamptonshire County Council had formally recorded your complaint against the Northamptonshire Police & Crime Commissioner. The complaint was subsequently referred to the Northamptonshire Police & Crime Panel’s Secretariat in order to convene a meeting of the Panel’s Complaints Sub Committee to consider the complaint. I can now advise that this meeting of the Complaints Sub Committee is due to take place on Friday 23rd May 2014. At this meeting the Sub Committee will consider the following matters: Whether the complaint has already been resolved

The Sub Committee is firstly required to check if the complaint has already been satisfactorily dealt with by the time of its meeting. If it appears to the Sub Committee that this is the case then it may decide to treat the complaint as having been resolved. In the event that the Sub Committee decides to treat the complaint as having been resolved you will be notified of its reasons for reaching this conclusion.

This is a standard question that the Sub Committee is required to consider when dealing with any complaint in order to prevent a situation in which it continues to pursue a matter that has effectively already been settled. I do not believe that the circumstances of your complaint are such that the Sub Committee will decide to treat it as having been resolved.

If there are any comments on this question that you wish to make then please could you provide these in writing to the address given in this letter by 5.00pm on 14th May 2014. These comments will then be taken into account by the Sub Committee.

Whether the complaint should be subject to Informal Resolution

The Sub Committee is then required to determine whether the complaint should be subject to Informal Resolution or should be excluded on grounds identified in the applicable legislation. Informal Resolution is intended to be a process for resolving a complaint by mediating between the parties involved. The grounds for excluding a complaint from

Informal Resolution are as follows:

a) The complaint is concerned entirely with the conduct of the Police & Crime Commissioner towards a member of their staff at the time when the conduct is supposed to have taken place.

b) More than 12 months have elapsed between the incident giving rise to the complaint and the making of the complaint, and either no good reason for the delay has been shown or injustice would be likely to be caused by the delay.

c) The matter is already the subject of a complaint.

d) The complaint discloses neither the name and address of the complainant nor that of any other interested person and it is not reasonably practicable to ascertain such a name or address.

e) The complaint is repetitious, or is vexatious, oppressive or otherwise an abuse of the procedures for dealing with complaints. If the Sub Committee decides that a complaint should be excluded from Informal Resolution it must then determine how to deal with the matter, which may include determining to take no action in relation to it. In the event that the Sub Committee resolves that your complaint should not be subject to Informal Resolution you will be notified of this.

Informal Resolution of the complaint

If the Sub Committee does determine that your complaint should be subject to Informal Resolution it will then use the meeting on 23rd May to consider what action it may take to assist in clarifying or resolving the issues raised in the complaint. The Sub Committee will base its deliberations on the information that you provided in your original complaint and comments provided in response to it by the Police & Crime Commissioner. You also have an opportunity now to make further comments in support of your complaint. If you wish to do so please could you provide these in writing to the address given at the top of this letter by 5.00pm on 14th May 2014.

The types of actions that the Sub Committee may take as a result of Informal Resolution of your complaint include:

 Agreeing that further information or an explanation of a situation be provided to you by the Secretariat on behalf of the Sub Committee;

 Recommending that further information or an explanation of a situation be provided to you by an officer from the Office of the Police & Crime Commissioner;

 Recommending a change to a policy or practice operated by the Office of the Police & Crime Commissioner;

 Requesting that the person complained against offers an apology to you. The types of actions that the Sub Committee may take, and the operation of the Informal Resolution process, are both governed by legislation. The Sub Committee may not conduct an investigation of a complaint and is prohibited from gathering information about a complaint other than inviting the comments of the complainant and the person complained against. The Sub Committee does not have the power to overturn a decision by the person complained against, to censure them, to require them to make an apology or to issue an apology on their behalf.

As part of the Informal Resolution process the Sub Committee will identify a timescale for the completion of any actions that it recommends. This will be influenced by the nature of the actions identified, although I would expect it to be a comparatively short period. Once the actions have been completed you will be notified of this. The matter will then be closed.

In summary therefore:

 The Police & Crime Panel’s Complaints Sub Committee is due to meet on 23rd May 2014 to consider your complaint in accordance with the Informal Resolution Protocol.

 You have an opportunity now to make further comments in support of your complaint, and/or about whether you consider that your complaint has already been resolved, if you wish to do so. Any comments should be made in writing by 14th May 2014.

 If the Sub Committee decides on 23rd May that the complaint appears to have already been resolved or decides that it should not be subject to Informal Resolution you will be notified of this after that meeting.

 If the Sub Committee carries out Informal Resolution of your complaint on 23rd May you will be notified of the outcomes of this process once any actions recommended by the Sub Committee have been completed.

The teaching of Jesus Christ in Matthew 6/9-13 is for believers to pray directly to the Father. The New Testament also gives many examples of believers praying directly to Jesus Christ. However never at any time are prayers addressed to the Holy Spirit. You might ask: Why is this important? The Holy Spirit always leads people towards Jesus Christ, He never leads people to Himself. The classic mistake of the Israelites was to worship God illegitimately on the high places in contradiction to God's word. The idolatrous practices of the Israelites are given as examples and warnings in the New Testament so that Christians do not make their mistakes (1 Corinthians 10/6).

The practice of unauthorised worship underlies a much deeper problem. It is to go beyond what is written and to do what is wise in our own eyes; in other words unauthorised worship is rooted in rebellion against God and pride. I did actually attend the Lighthouse Church about two years ago with some friends of mine for a very short period of time. However we had some concerns about finances and also about the pastor's meetings with ecumenical church leaders in Oadby (amongst other things). After the departure of  Richard Greasley (the pastor) we actually considered going back to the Lighthouse. All I can say is that this terrible decision to come under the umbrella of TLC has confirmed our decision to leave – be it on their own heads!

Hello all My name is James and after a long time I have decided to come out and share experiences which I personally have encountered. When Victory Church first started I was there. I attended the meetings in Pontypool due to the fact that Victory Outreach had such a good name and testimony. I knew what they stood for and had a desire to get involved with this type of ministry.My first impressions of Pastor Richard Taylor was he was worldly and in love with himself so had some reservations about going to hear him.I was, however, impressed. He preached truth and seemed to have a genuine heart for the Lord. At this time I was having some difficulty in my home church which made me want to believe even more in Victory Church.Anyway, my family and I started to attend and gave considerably to Victory Church as we were constantly told how desperate the church's finances were. Then we moved to Cwmbran and it was exciting to see the church grow and develop. The first time I remember it starting to go downhill was where Richard Taylor preached "Killing Sacred Cows". His whole demeanour towards different aspects of church life was nothing short of pure mockery.

Since that night, things went downhill quite rapidly, but by this time I was really into VC. I had some great friends there, I got to know some staff members very well. I was helping out with certain maintenance work on the church and the Bush hotel. Most of this work I did for free, however they did pay me a discounted fee for fitting laminate flooring in one of the homes. During this time, staff members came and spoke to me in confidence and also residents came and spoke to me. They told me how they had to give up free time to decorate one home for Richard Taylor to live in on fear of being kicked out. I witnessed them work very long hours and were shocked that people who were unfit for work and claiming benefits could be put to work.In fact when I had a private tour with Richard Taylor and David Bailey of the new facilities in Cwmbran, Richard personally told me he had free labour to build the church, namely, with the VO residents.

I know that this was a breach of benefit rules as I used to work for a benefit fraud department of the civil service. These residents asked me if it was right for them to be living in poverty and eating rubbish cheap food when the director and role model was living it large in sports cars, designer clothes and with the latest gadgets. I assured them that the prosperous life style was divorced from the standards taught by the Saviour in the word of God.The boys showed me their meals. I wouldn't have given some of that to a pig let alone people.I have plenty more to write but as time is short, I will come back to this later. I have many experiences which I will share. I have emails from Kenny Brandie and Richard Taylor which I will not be sharing unless I absolutely have too but might make reference to them. I am coming out now as I know that so many people have been affected and are afraid to speak due to backlashes and legal letters. I can confirm a lot of what these people have said but will only share my personal experiences.

Most of my dealings with Kenny have been positive and I genuinely did like him until he sent me an email which was quite derogatory. To Reply to the well spoken gentleman, I am a big fat liar. Big and fat yes, and I am a liar outside of Christ. The Lord dealt with me lying when I received Christ as my Saviour in the year 2000 and He completely delivered me from lying, along with other sins. There is only one person who did work with me from VO and he told me some very interesting facts about the Director’s salaries, along with other very interesting facts. It is amazing to see how people’s loyalties can change in a blink of an eye.
The well spoken gentleman (if it is the one person who worked with me, unless they are lying) will be glad to know though that I will not be repeating these conversations as I will only be reporting what I saw and heard with my own eyes.
When I was in VO/VC as it was then, I loved what they were doing. VO had a great testimony and I knew what they stood for. I had a heart for that work and went in to it.
My wife and I went to see Pastor Richard Taylor and offered our services to him. It was discussed how my wife might go and work at the church one day a week voluntarily. We met with RT in the Bush Hotel and he told us what he wanted to do.
He said he wanted struggling churches to come to him for him to take them over and that he would make them grow. This is what they must do though for him to “save them”. All of the elders must step down as elders and RT would put his own people in place. Then they must relinquish full financial control of the finances and church to RT and he would be in control. Then a representative of this church must come to the VC meeting on a Saturday night and take back a DVD of RT preaching and they all watch it Sunday morning in the church. He then asked me if my church had a Pastor and looked disappointed when I said it did.
RT then told us that he wanted to be able to rent the Cwmbran building to the local council and local businesses for a large sum of money for them to hold conferences etc. He suggested that my wife could spearhead that. She was not asked to do it, it was just a suggestion. At first I thought that would be a good idea but then as I was praying about it, the scripture which someone else has made mention of came to me very clearly. “My house shall be called a house of prayer but you have made it a den of thieves.” I believe that the house of God should remain the house of God and should not become defiled with the things of the world. Leviticus 26:2 says we should reverence the sanctuary.
I became very friendly with people in VC and VO and some of these people, who were in the know and had proof of what they were saying, came to me and started to tell me things which were going on. At first I started to dismiss these things as rubbish but when different people came to me and told me the same facts unknown that I had already been told, I started to take notes. As stated I used to be employed by a fraud department and this taught me to gather evidence and to observe.
I was told stories of excessive spending and waste of valuable resources. Staff members told me about residents being forced to work excessive hours to build the church.
RT once (well more than once really), stood up in the pulpit and told everyone that he didn’t get paid for this (VC) because he was paid by media appearances and his books etc and said he did the church for free because he was called by the Lord. Well, I believed that and was conned on this fact. The well spoken gentleman as referred to prior informed me how he was paid. But I will not mention that.
It was around this time in VC that Mr A Parsons arrived at VC and I got on quite well with him. He was polite and courteous with me and I had no reason to suspect him of anything. He asked me to fit laminate flooring in one of the VO homes which RT was moving in to. He also insisted that I was paid for it as this was my line of work. I appreciated that. So in my experience I did not have any bad dealings with this man. I have heard since many stories but to remain balanced I had no bad experiences.

RT approached me one evening and asked me to lead the church in evangelism in Cwmbran. I was pleased to and said I would.
The next evening a visitor came and gave his testimony, I won’t say who to protect him. I struck up conversation with him and he told me that RT had asked him to come to Cwmbran and lead the church in evangelism. I smiled to myself. With that RT walked up to us and thrust an envelope into the man’s hand containing a good sum of cash. The man refused it but RT told him he had to take it, so he did.
I also built a manhole in the church in RT’s office for free and whilst I was doing that, one by one the residents came in to me and told me many sad stories of how they were being treated by VO.
Eventually I had heard enough and made the decision to leave the church. The teaching had become almost awful at this point. RT’s attitude seemed to become, in my opinion, very arrogant and if I heard him tell people to “Shut Up” one more time I would’ve burst.
I then reposted articles on Facebook counteracting the teaching of RT, which Godly friends of mine had posted. For this I was brandished a heretic by Alan Davies and all the people unfriended me on Facebook.

I want to say at this point that I have not had any personal issues with any person in VO/VC. I enjoyed good fellowship with Kenny and his wife, they came to our house for a meal and we got on well. We did invite RT over but he never came. It was the false teaching which in the end saw us leave.
And it is only the 2 emails I received since I left which caused a sour taste in the mouth.
I did consider contacting my old office to report the benefit fraud issues but decided not to because of the testimony of Jesus Christ. I did not want the world (media etc) to have occasion to slander the church or the work of VO.
I am only writing this now to provide closure in my life so I can move on. There are many people who have authority to come forward and speak out to try and curb what is alleged against RT and AP as this blog has been exposing. For many different reasons they refuse to do so. The primary reason they won’t speak is fear. I find this sad and know that the fear of man brings a snare to the believer’s life.
It is better to fear God than to fear man.
I have asked a number of people the following question, “How many lives have to be ruined before anyone speaks up?”
This is why I am speaking up because I believe by keeping silent I would be condoning all this activity. Which I do not.
There is a release in speaking the truth publicly without fear. If everyone were to speak out, there is unity and strength and the power of the accused is weakened. But that is a matter for everyone else to
seek the Lord about and act accordingly.

Some of the things taught from the pulpit were as follows and I summarise:
You have to do what the leaders tell you without question, especially if you want position.
There was a huge firepit surrounding Jerusalem where people used to burn their rubbish this is an illustration of hell. – I would hate to have lived in Jerusalem with dung and rubbish burning smells and smoke constantly surrounding the city. Come on – as if! No mention of this in Bible.
When Jesus heals people, their muscles are still weak and they need to rest much – this is why a lady who was pronounced healed had to go back to her wheelchair. The lame man was told to take up his bed and walk. The bed was for when his weak muscles were tired and he would need to lie down again. I wonder how the man in Acts at the gate Beautiful was able to walk and leap and praise God if his legs were weak.
Jesus did go down whilst in the tomb to Hades to a waiting area – this issue is not 100% clear in the bible so cannot be taught as fact.
RT said around the communion table that people have to come down to get communion as, I quote “I’m not serving you, Jesus didn’t come to be served but to serve.”
RT did a series based on Psalm 1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
A few weeks later he was caught by a very young convert (my sister) in a pub in Cardiff with a pint in his hand, he then told my sister that the drink was not for him and he was witnessing. He then told my sister that she should be too, to which she replied that she was with her hiking group.
Now, how can a man be a director of a Christian Rehab, helping people overcome addictions and helping alcoholics be seen buying alcohol even if it is for someone else? Is he trying to drum up business for the rehab? Or is it double standards?
All this and what I was told saw me leave VC and not get back involved.

I will not speak of what others have told me as for me to repeat it is pure hearsay. Unless I witnessed it myself I will not repeat it. But much of what I have read in these blogs I have heard personally told me.
The bible teaches us that God blesses unity. I ask the question how can a church experience an “outpouring” when there are so many people deeply hurt by the same said organisation? God will not bless where there is a problem between believers. The bible teaches us that if any man come to present a gift at the altar and a brother have anything against him, then they have to leave the gift and go and put things right with the brother or sister then come and present the gift.

I put a challenge out to all those who claim to be Christians – to examine your hearts. Do you have anything against another? If so pray for reconciliation, try and put things right, heap coals upon heads and let the name of Jesus Christ be exalted. Pastor Richard, Mr Parsons and Mr Brandie – many accusations have been made which are detailed on these blogs – I ask you to pray and ask the Lord how unity can be achieved between you and ex-residents and staff. No matter who is right or wrong all this unrighteousness needs to be placed at the foot of the cross and covered with the blood of Jesus.
Please seek reconciliation!

I echo your sentiments that others will follow your excellent example and will "come out" into the open with more facts exposing the evil antics taking place at Greenforge Way and at The Bush Hotel.

although i agree with 99% of what Mr Alan says i have to disagree with the benefits side of things. people not deemed fit for work can still work some hours and some duties. i was there when cwmbran was being renovated and was shocked by.what i saw. residents were promoted to staff trainees and asked to be on 24 hr call. the longest i seen was two years and still no wage just more responsibility.One event sticks in my mind as pure Mr Taylor, he comes barging in demanding everybody be ready for work inspite their being a bug doing its rounds. this type of behavior should be reported

but it wouldnt be legal for them to work long hours in positions of responsibility and authority
or to work in that position for a long time
as then the subject of wages would fall to vo if they were providing a service to them

I have to agree with James Allen regarding benefits. Why should the government foot the bill when they are pulling in cash from all directions and wasting the biggest part of it on expensive unnecessary items?? Sounds to me like they have well and truly tapped into the voluntary sector to feather their nests and hands the receipt to the DWP. So we as taxpayers are paying for their workforce. They parade these people before churches and prime them on how good it is at the home when they are controlled and d coerced into working for their cause because it's what God wants or be out on their backside. At the same time creating a dependency on its leaders and not teaching that they can have a life. Dangerous places that use emotional blackmail and smile and say we love you but at the same time have secret agendas and backstab frequently. Sound familiar? Just keep paying your rent and we will keep receiving housing benefit which is through the roof and call it helping you while we box you in and sit on a small fortune and lead a comfortable life. Scam!! A Christian scam. Trustees are manipulated by the ones who really have control and will use any means necessary to get their own way, and will stoop low to do it to protect their name and reputation, playing people of f one another, very manipulative all for 'God's love'.
I've got friends not Christian who would NEVER behave like these so called people of faith who disgust me. Just shows how low people will go to use church, God and the name of Jesus as a business for their own desires and acting like they're right and everyone else is wrong.

The directors are taking excellent wages from Vouk as posted on previous articles and also studying the accounts.Yet they find the need to go peddling Hand Made Crafts that the residents have made to sell on a STALL IN BLACKWOOD MARKET this stall was launched on the 9/5/2014 see twitter #GODISABLE approx halfway down page. I could understand if the Charity was strapped for cash and no one was taking excellent salaries eg just purely voluntary with no help from the social security yet to set up a stall and also advertise on video via website that text donations to vouk can now be made in the sums of between £5.00 and £10.00, any over that limit must go in the collection, exact words by asst pastor. I find this immoral.

The whole staff of the churches are paid by vouk! Then to have the audacity to say you don't take a salary from the church, yes because the charity foots the bill. Hence the line of thought that without the vouk hard work and sacrifice of its previous founders there would be no church! And guess what 1 home is sold and another stands empty fuelling the belief it will be sold to pump up the expenses of the leaders and their salaries. If the masses new the truth they would see these boys in a different light. The homes suffer at the expense of the leaders and it's so called churches, namely Taylors,Parsons and wife the pa and the brandies. Feathered nests living very comfortably indeed. Expenses paid to promote the vouk work my foot, to promote their big egos and having the best of everything at no expense whilst the residents live on a strict budget of next to nothing. Failed businessmen sucking the life from a reputable charity which they have had the face to take the credit for, baloney. I predict that they will walk away from it all like a dead dog whilst they are walking in health, wealth and prosperity!!!

Yeh I've watched him prancing round the platform doing his Richie rendition of 'how marvellous how wonderful' didn't spot it then but he obviously had one eye on the offering and standing orders, let's sing it again ' how marvellous how wonderful'. A few of my mates went there from jail and they all said he's at it. They was working at a house he was going to move in with his family and he pulled up shades on bmw roof down and they'd been threatened of eviction if they didn't work that day. the house that taylor moved into was one of the homes and he ousted the residents out so he could move in on one of the days when we were working there taylor pulled up at about 3 and the gang were having there 1st break cos they wnated the work done quick so he could move in, taylor gets out and blasts us all cos we were on a break he wou ld never thank anyone for doing the work just on our backs the whole time another day one of the boys said he didnt want to lose his day off on a sat cos theyd bin working there all week, and parsons said if you dont work you leave, and he did too a nice kid and he had to leave cos of that these pair are just a pair of cowboys

If the accounts of the former residents are true then it is very worrying .This just smacks of a controlling sort of cult.
The sermon Taylor gave (i mean rant) at the so called outpouring anniversary showed that he doesnt like to be challenged as he is by this blog.
I remember him some years ago again using the platform to have a go at persons who he said attended the church but didnt put as much as ten pence on the plate.It baffles me as to why people go to churches where they are obviously witnessing a manipulator at work.Reply

I cannot take the guilt any longer; they have hatched a plan to take revenge on the former directors. Although I wrote that I would not write any further comments, I feel I must give my heartfelt sympathy to lee, the fine young man who has lost his wife. May God be with him in this very sad time of grief, our prays and hearts are with him

Taylor and Parsons are merciless ruthless thugs who will remove anyone who questions or is seemingly disloyal to their cause. Their behaviour is downright disgusting, I'm aware of many situations that they have had a heavy hand in that cannot be deemed Christian. They use social media as a smokescreen and yet there is lots of testimony and evidence of their corrupt and evil nature's. Doesn't it say something when he will have all the vulnerable adults from vouk up on stage with him like he's some kind of mafia boss and dares anyone challenge him? Really what does that tell you? People are absolutely dim and under a spell. Taylor is a fraud and uses the bible for his fraudulent masquerading and the church to pay for his lifestyle. My blood is boiling because it's still going on as I hear and see more damage that this idiot is doing. Parsons, well why are people fooled by this clown he is a BULLY wake up people please don't dismiss us as haters, we don't hate on you but we know and have seen and still are seeing this pair at work. After all that has already happened no one questions and reasons but buys into the lie, lights blazing music blaring on a mission, yes a mission that pummels people into the ground and if you don't like it tough. What would Jesus make of that?

I can only echo your sentiments above and agree with every word you state. If only we could bring this evil duo to justice this side of glory?

I don't suppose you know anything about the devastating plan hatched by Taylor and Parsons against the former directors, as revealed above by "H" do you my friend?

I presume the directors in question are the innocent Sansomes, and I would hate to see them brutally attacked by T&P.

Please help in any way you can.
